friendly staff, beautiful location, excellent food
We came for a week end from Vienna and the familly that is managing the Hotel is simply great. Just as an example on sunday we woke really late and still proposed us to give us a breakfast. If youu need advises on what to do in the region they can propose you ideas ( They do canyioning from the Hotel)
Friendly staff. Good meals.Rural location. Excellent value for money Rather small room
Convenience - it was well placed for an extended walk we were doibng through rural Austria
Great location, only few miles away for the busy Salzburg. Food was amazing. Unquestionable service. An outstanding experience altogether.
i like the amiability off the staff;'the wiew from the balkony was great and the eqipment off the room was new and functional. the our dooble room was a very small room .the breakfast was ok but a little monotone!
+ I liked everything! + Fantastic attitude from hotel staff. + Nice hotel decors + Close to Zalcburg
This hotel I would say 2 stars hotel (rooms equipment), but they have like family service, good austrian cuisine, good location in quiet area (select rooms with forest view). Good hotel just to sleep and go on with reasonable price. Room equipment
Would perhaps be better described as a Gasthof than a hotel. Very good location for visiting both Salzburg and the Upper Austrian lakes. Quick and easy to find (stay on main road and don't go into Ebenau itself). Superb forest views from balcony at rear. Lobby and staircases are very attractively designed. Modern bathrooms. Parking ok. Breakfast average. Although the bathrooms were very good the bedrooms were somewhat undersized and basic for 3stars. No welcome as they had taken the day off but the key was left easily available. Did email me a day or two before to advise, however this was too late to be of any use to us on the road there. No shower curtain. Road at front is quite busy. The aesthetic folliage in the breakfast area was attractive but a little too handy for flys.
Nice surroundings, countryside, welcoming staff
The decor was fabulous! Staff was so helpful. We needed help to get back to Munich when the border was closed to Germany from Austria. They all helped us find an alternate route to get home. They checked trains and buses and provided us with maps and information to cross the border in a stressful time. They spoke English quite well which gave us peace of mind we could trust their understanding of our needs. So glad we booked with them. The room didn't have a surface to set our suitcase on.
The hotel and breakfast was very nice. I didn't like the location of the hotel and the elevators were very slow and crowded.
The hotel is close to the train station.
Close to train station Wifi signal was weak
The hotel was very clean and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. Definately would stay again. Nothing I didn't like - it was a bit of a walk into the centre of Salzburg but very handy for the airport bus and we were able to check in very early which was great.
Ramada is very close to the Main Station, which helps considerably. It is a modern, needbased hotel. Breakfast spread is very good. They do not serve Lunch or Dinner.
Very well located for station and only 15 minute walk from old town.Staff very friendly and helpful.9 Out of 10 overall. No
The location is very convenient. Mr Hofer, the man who works in the evening, was disguntingly rude. It is amazing to stay in a place where you have to pay for the services which is normal, but on top of it you're paying for the pleasure of being treated like dirt by this unhappy worker. Awful!
Excellent! The slight problems with hotel staff encountered the last time were addressed. Great stay. Nothing at this point.
brand new, very clean and spotless, very helpful and friendly staff a bit overpriced considering that quite rough area (Salzburg train station square), breakfast is not included and cost a fortune (14 euro), you can actually dine for that money in Salzburg!
It was great! Amazing Incredible location, just walk outside the train station and there it is in the middle of a "platz", it's brand new hotel with modern confortable rooms and the rate was alzo amazing (very low for such a nice hotel).
centrally located, very nice and helpful staff. Tour companies come to hotel and transport to the tours. Good breakfast too. all rooms are non smoking and no provisions made for smokers.
Location; cleanliness. Very comfortable
Near the bus stand, easy to find. Nice hotel staffs n knows the ins n out of the city. No Internet connection in room. No kettle in room.
the staff were very helpful, the location is excellent, the breakfast was good, the room was comfortable and clean
The staffs were very friendly and helpful.
The friendly and helpful staff and the clean environment was a big plus. Lack of service with luggage resulted in my husband injuring his foot with the heavy trolley. There should be some help with luggage, if necessary.
The quality of service at the front desk was outstanding, the rooms were modern and very clean, and breakfast was great!
location and helpfull staff room very small no air condition
The location, the people and the overall atmosphere for the price was great.
Location excellent with great value for money. Staff very helpful. Just situation outside the old town area with very pleasant and interesting walks. Wifi was a challenge with no access in rooms, however public access points reliable.
comfortable beds, clean room, good service. hotel on good transport routes across the city. also within walking distance of most sights. we felt the breakfast was rather poor for this class hotel.
Hotel was located in close proximity to city centre- a 10 minute walk. The room felt like home. Beds were a bit too soft and one of the pillows was too firm.
the location and the rooms
The hotel rooms are old and literally have baseboards peeling off the wall. The toilet is tiny and there's barely any elbow space in the entire restroom. There was dust all over the furniture and stains on the towels. The elevators on our floor did not even work. This is falsely advertised as a 4-hotel but is outdated and horrible quality for the money.
Nice rooms, well priced, easy access to city centre, away from the madding crowds Most expensive internet access in all the hotels I stayed in so far. E 20+/day!
Quietness Too small bathroom (the door opens in an awkard direction).
The location is excellent - not far from the old city and near the famous gardens. Ive stayed here before and enjoyed staying again second time around. Nothing - it was just what we needed
The staff was great: very helpful, professional and nice It is not entirely a 4 star hotel
Nice Room. Friendly staff. Good location. Overall a pleasant experience.
location, staff, cleanliness parking place was a bitt too far away
Location-close to the mirabell castle.this hotel seemed to be enveriomentally friendly Authorazation of credit cards several times.the .recepcionists unpolite behavior till now(3 weeks) I did not get back my secondly authorized amount of money for the room.
Service was great, and very good bed Very expensive Internet
Breakfast was good. It was very nice to have a programme/update for concerts, weather etc. for the day in the restaurant at each table. hotel doesn't have an airconditioning which might be a problem in the summer months however for the period of my stay using of fan was OK. The shower tube is really small. Use of internet is a bit overpriced.
Easy to find and quite central Efficient staff Good sized rooms Reasonable value for overnight stop Smoke is the biggest problem with this hotel. It permeates throughout the hotel bedroom corridors and into some bedrooms. Noisy traffic if windows open. Beds thought uncomfortable by some of my friends
Was well priced, a short walk from all the sites in Salzburg. Modern and well kept. Electricity to each room only turns on when your room key is in it, which can be tedious especially when charging devices. Breakfast was not included and would have cost €10 otherwise.
Very short walk to the city center, very convenient! Also reasonable parking in a garage.
1) Spacious and bright rooms 2) Excellent service and breakfast 3) Courteous staff, especially there was a gentleman on the reception in the early hours of the morning, we arrived by train from venice and when our room was not yet ready he gave us a very good reception and service with a smile 1) More english channels required on tv 2) Should start having 24 hours room service as everything around salzburg closes at 6pm
This hotel is excellent from reception check-in to check-out. The staff were superb couldn't do more for you even if they tried. The breakfast room and selection of food was perfect. Our room was like a home from home. We will stay here again.
asked for a quiet room which was perfect. Location was great for the bus stop to airport and also for the old town, both about an easy 10 min work
The hotel is well located, only a few minutes walking from a pedestrian area, and about 10/15 min from de old town. The people are nice and well informed about visits, concerts, points of interest, etc. The breakfast is simple but good. The rooms need a remodelation, mainly the bathrooms. The curtains doesn't isolate the sun, so when the sun rises it's almost impossible to sleep.
Great location. And the sauna-relaxing. Great service.
Great location near the center (5 minutes walk) and not far from the train station (10 minutes wallk), nice cozy atmosphere in the hotel, clean and fairly comfortable room, very fine breakfast, friendly and helpfull staff. We really enjoyed are stay there, very good value for money. Highly recommandable, Somebody could find street noise a bit too loud.
Receptionists very helpfu1l
It was amazing vacation in ancient and splendid Altstadt with luxurious service! Our gratitude to this hotel! Special thanks to Fabian Haberle!
Excellent service and cleanliness and proximity to city centre - out of back door of hotel into main street, yet hotel quiet. Parking - very very difficult to get parking and Hotel not easy to locate because bus lane outside - buses often blocking hotel as one drives past.
Fabulous location and great service from the staff. Unfortunately our sleep was spoiled by the Irish Pub down the street being open late and very noisy patrons echoing despite closed windows until 4am.
Everything except below. The selection of food in the restaurant and the attitude of the restaurant were poor.
The room was beautiful, the location was fantastic and the hotel staff was very nice. We would stay there again!
The hotel offers fantastic rooms and is located next to all the tourist places. There is no parking lot nearby and the hotel doesn't have its own parking garage. The closest parking lot is 5 min walk from the hotel which is quite uncomfortable.
Welcome, level of comfort and service were excellent. Position in town centre could not be bettered.
the location poor rooms, no air conditioning, old building, smelly and noisy neighbor .
the site, the staff my daughter had an extrabed which was awful (the worst bed I have ever seen)
Warm, homely ambience and excellently kept. I have been staying at your hotel for the past 5 years and the overall upgrade is excellent. No negatives to report.
Great Position Breakfast a bit expensive
not too far from center the restaurant "Pitter keller"
We got in early, at 11am, and they let us check in and the room was ready. no
clean, comfortable, everything was excellent, it is the best hotel of four hotels i have been in it would be better if the breakfast was included with the rate of room i have payed
location, room size, helpful staff
Ability to have a wheelchair available...it was a life saver for a guest that ended up not being able to walk around once we got into the city I asked for follow-up and a question on my reservation 3 times to 'firstname.lastname@example.org' with the hotel and my inquiries were never answered.
Close to Railway Station and Town. we went on many rail trips The Resturant was closed but we were not informed until we looked for it in the evening. The beer kellar was promoted but was noisy and far too much tobacco smoke
Very nice 2 Twin bed suite. Close to Gardens Under reconstruction. Breakfast was crowded at times with tour buses
the rooms were beautifully decorated the location was not as central as I would have liked
Good location, very nice staff, the sauna/spa downstairs was also very comfortable. Good buffet breakfast.
Great hotel, friendly staff, very good breakfast, great location
It was at a very good location, had private parking very close to the hotel, and the facilities. My husband enjoyed the Spa. The water temperature was not good. Sometimes it gets cold in the middle of the shower.
The Hotel Sacher was a charming hotel with an interesting history. We did lots of walking and It was conveniently located to shopping, site seeing and restaurants. The staff was great and very helpful during our stay. In the evenings we enjoyed having cocktails in the bar while listening to pianist play. The Hotel Sacher is a great place to stay!!

The service Incredibly small rooms
The staff were very courteous and spoke numerous languages so it made communications easy. Also, they were very discreet and extremely helpful with any issues and questions about the surrounding areas. The view from my room were spectacular!!! Quiet, romantic, and close to downtown historical Salzburg. Nothing were wrong.
The ambiance and the location The old bathroom, quite unconfortable
always available, always ready to assist rooms are small and it is always a fight to get a room with a view
The location and the friendliness of the hotel staff. The rooms were quite dusty and old. In fact, we came to know (from the management) that only some rooms were renovated and not all unlike what was stated in the booking.com website. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet wasn't really a 5-star hotel standard.
Mr. Reinhold helped us get amazing ticket to the symphony the day of the show. He was thoughtful in organizing a private tour and directing us around the city so that we didn't waste time or miss the hidden gems. Truly exceptional service!
Wonderful vue, large room with a pleasant balcony, very kind and attentive staff, good restaurant. One of the best hotel I've ever stayed
Sacher Hotel, location is perfect for touring Altstadt Salzburg. Junior suite was impeccable, and well furnished, entire staff most friendly and helpful, and service worthy of a five star boutique hotel. Absolutely, nothing.
Hotel is conveniently located for festival goers. Facility is old and room small.
Good location. Toilet is immaculate. Single room is small
Location was a important factor. Love the decor too!
location near the center
Everything, staff were so welcoming and made us feel special and individual which was much appreciated as this was our honeymoon. Yes - it was extremely smoky and very warm
Friendly staff, excellent location, comfortable rooms it didn't have a spa. the furniture was a bit worn
It starts with the concierge taking care of your car and luggage, the girl at the reception brings you to your room and gives you info about city and map before you can ask, really very good service. Beds are very comfortable and the room was in authentic style which fits with the rest of the hotel
Old world charm, historic building, beautifully maintained, elegant, extremely delightful staff, wonderful restaurant, terrific bathrooms. Absolutely nothing to dislike about this lovely hotel.
The service was impeccable and the room was spacious
Business trip to Munich
Wonderful sevice. Beautiful room. Excellent location. One of best hotels I have ever stayed in.
Within walking distance of the main sites... Nice bar that is open till 12.. Great breakfast.. Plenty of parking!!
The breakfast buffet was amazing. The location was close to the train station and Mirrabel Platz.
The location of the hotel was great. It was near the Central railway station which services local and International travel. Breakfast was good.
It was near the train station and close to the bus stop. The pillows smelled like perspiration. It was awful!
Very very professional staff. Excellent all round the house Wouldnt have a single complaint to make
I liked how the front desk signed us up for a particular tour.
Friendly Staff. Location. Sound proofing was excellent. i say this because the hotel is on a main road and overlooks a railway bridge and no sound really came into the room.
Location to everything was great. The food and service in the restaurant was good too.
The hotel is in a convenient location near the train station and the Mirabell park. Also, the staff was courteous and the breakfast was very good. There is also a computer with free internet in the lobby, which is always a plus. We booked a 4 person room but it was really just a large room with a pull-out couch that was very uncomfortable, as they normally are. The room was quite drab with nothing on the walls. Also the shower head was not functioning. We sort of got the impression that this 4 person room is not booked very often and the hotel treated it as such.
I really enjoyed the breakfast and the location was excellent. The stricktly non-smoking room, while on the same floor I think there were some smoking rooms.
The room was dark and dingy on the basement floor. My room was off a dark hall that had a door that opened directly to the street and was insecure. The hall was very noisy with the sounds from the street. The room had a overwhelming musty smell. The staff was not helpful with my concerns about the room stating that there was nothing they could do because they were full.
Central to old town, and staff were very friendly and helpful
The hotel staff were extremely professional and very helpful. The rooms were fabulous. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return again. no complaints at all. Everything was wonderful
Centrally Located close to Old Town and Railway Station
location in city centre, value for money, cleanliness of room staff was friendly but not very effective. there was a queue at the checkout, which prompted me to leave without getting a receipt, whcih I had to request by phone after the stay
Great location, quiet and relaxing. Room was very nice and did get an upgrade as it was my birthday. My girlfriend contacted the hotel in advance of our stay to organise a surprise cake and bubbly on arrival as a surprise. The hotel forgot this and she was really upset as she had to speak to the hotel and then the receptionist did not even apologise despite acknowledging it was their mistake. Despite cancelling it - the cake and bubbly was there when we returned to our room, but warm and by then we didn't want it - we were still charged for it!! This did take the edge off our stay unfortunately.
The 'creature comforts' make all the difference, but a hotel is nothing without it's staff and in this case they were fantastic. That there was not a No Smoking area in the main communal areas.
Very, very friendly, informative and helpful staff throughout the hotel. From check-in, at the restaurants, the Concierge - their friendly, helpful attitudes will bring me back.
The staff in the Sheraton Hotel were excelent. They all had excellent English and knowledge of the area which made our stay more enjoyable and memorable. Only fault I had was I thought I had booked a Double room however when we got to the room It was a Twin. Would advise people to ensure on Check in the room u get is what u booked.
Bistro Bar Unfortunatly just a little quiet. But we assumed that it was because its out of the main season.Prehaps you could offer special return deals to anyone who has used the hotel for holiday breaks
Great location within easy walk of the city center. The spa facilities were nice. Great modern bathroom & lots of storage. Couch used for extra bed was uncomfortably hard. No restaurant in the hotel itself, but many close by.
The staff and spa Rooms a little austere and as mentioned above, the hotel has two buildings opposite each other and we were not in the main building.
Swimming pool. Afternoon tea. No doors on showers by swimming pool. Too hot at night.
Excellent location, friendly staff, nice "room" ("split" into 2 floors). Bed/Couch in a living room is not very comfortable for sleeping was not in a very good shape therefore I felt pain in my back in the morning.
The location of the hotel. Also the breakfast was very rich. They did not mention about the Annex building. Another disadvantage was the lack of lift in the building.
great location, friendly staff and clean room the romantic suite is a bit, well lets say, strange decorated ...
The location was perfect for getting into the city centre and it was easliy reached from the train station. The friendliness of the staff and the extras like the spa swimming pool etc was most appreciated. It was the smallest shower that I have had in two months in Europe.
central location- good breakfast, comfortable room, well fitted. the weather was not hot, but I imagine the room would be in hot weather. Inevitably with a central city location, early morning noise- no air conditioning, so need to keep the windows open
Excellent rooms for a very good price - large, elegant and comfortable. Phenomenal included breakfast and friendly, responsive staff. Easy walking distance to the old city; located on a quiet pedestrian street. No complaints
Good location, very good breakfast! The garage for the car a bit far from the hotel, the general looks of the hotel: it needs to be refurbished! Highly over rated! The single room was almost impossible..it felt like you were in a basement!
Outstanding hotel - staff were efficient and friendly as well as thoughtful. Room was full of character and exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere of the 600 year old hotel was fascinating. We ate room service food which was excellent - we were able to pick locally popular dishes as well as the usual chioces on Hotel Room Service menus. Parking was not convenient by the hotel, but the hotel took care of it all with free valet parking, so this was not a major issue.
Restaurant was good but too pricy. For the rest, excellent stay!
Excellent location, very professional and helpful staff.I also liked the rustique room not lacking modern amenities.I would advise more English TV programs.
This is a fantastic hotel! If you like antiques in your room and helpful staff attentiveness, this is the place to stay. The restraint is fantastic. Don't go to it if you want new fusion type food. The menu is very traditional. Each meal was prepared as if your Gran muter was in the kitchen herself. ( I don't know the German word for grand mother, I'm just guessing.) My wife couldn't have been happier with the stay. Comforters- I tend to be a little warm. The big down comforters were a little to warm for me.
Wonderful staff and perfect location The carpet, TV stand, small sofa and small table and chairs felt a bit cheap and out of place with the rest of the hotel
Great location - easy to walk to everything.
Hotel Goldener Hirsch had all the promised alpine charm of a 700-year old hotel. The decor was quaint and we received a free two-level upgrade on our room. Very spacious as a result. Staff was remarkably courteous. A bit expensive for the included amenities, and the old world charm means some amenities are missing or outdated.
The location of the hotel. We enjoyed staying in the 'old' part of Salzburg.
charming small hotel in centre of town very noisy at night
The location is excellent, very central. The hotel is located on commercial street of the city, an area with restricted car access. Consequently, I lost at least 30 minutes trying to identify the address where I could not reach by car. Finally I called the hotel and they indicate me a different address for car navigation and so I got behind the hotel. Then I realized that the hotel has no parking and I was sent to a public parking (relatively close to ~ 200 meters). A very unpleasant experience, amplified by the fact that rain in that day and walk with luggage from the public parking to the hotel it was not the favorite part of a holliday day.
The staff was very friendly. The hotel is on a cute street in Salzburg, very close to shops, restaurants, and tourist sites. We would definitely stay here again!
Mixture between traditional austrian style and luxury Nothing to complain
It was a very nice hotel right next to the train station and within walking distance to everything!
we stayed for one night. everythink was ok.
Quiet and clear room, but pricey.Breakfast is poor for12euro. The receptionist in the evening was not welcoming at our arrival,he seemed hired from street by the hotel, not plite.we booked 2 superior double room, one room with free coffee and tea and with a kettle, the other room with nothing,I have go downstairs to ask for the kettle. The next day there was still no coffee and tea.In spa area,no spa at all, only sauna, and I can not call the palce for children a play ground, there was really nothing,so they are just misleading.Highly not recommed, for sure will not stay there again.
Rooms were comfortable - beds were very comfortable. The shower & toilet facilities were in the room but separated by a door, improving noise reduction. Breakfast was typical European, but a wide selection & generous. It's fairly close to old town Salzburg, walkable but a stretch with smaller children; the hotel is close to bus lines, though. Traveling with a family of 6 - 3 adults and 3 children - caused us to be creative with our sleeping arrangements, even with triple rooms. The staff very thoughtfully put us next to one another, though, which made it much easier.
The hotel was located within walking distance of bus routes. We had problems with stairs to access our room which is not helpful to an elderly person who uses a cane. The restaurant was smokey;the food was good. Our bed fell apart ......
A good hotel. Good size rooms and excellent shower. Close to train station and easy walk to old town.
The warm hospitality shown both by the reception staff and the Breakfast Room. The House Keeping was meticulously done. The inputs/suggestions given by the reception staff was very useful in making our stay a pleasant one at Salzburg.
relaxed and very comfortable
Great room. Great Breakfast
comfort of the bed
We have many many nice things to say about the Achat Plaza....Good location between train station and old town.....spacious room.....very modern bathroom.....air conditioning (every day we were there was over 90F)...good selection at breakfast.....very helpful staff.....free bottle of water at welcome.....free wifi.....excellent restaurant for dinner......nice lounge area with comfy furniture.....easy access to the bus lines.....nice exercise/sauna room on top floor (didn't actually use it- all of Salzburg was a sauna while we were there)......very nice running route if you're a runner, through a beautiful park and back along a pedestrian walkway by the river.... No complaints at all- the Achat was really a wonderful place to stay and we highly recommend it. It was obvious that this is a well cared for hotel that values the comfort of its guests.
Some bathrooms have leaking problems. My brother's room had some yellow liquid leaked into his bath. It was really disgusting.
Free fruit juice Description of location - NOT at address stated!
Breakfast was excellent. Electric receptacles were worn-out. Had to hold plug into wall for shaver and/or curling iron.
Good location and friendly reception. Free tea, coffee and soft drinks available in lobby. Clean rooms and a reasonable variety on offer at breakfast. No bar in the hotel which I would have expected for this level of hotel. The decor was tired in the rooms and needed a refresh. Minibar not restocked the following day
Nice staff It's more like a 2 stars hotel. The furniture is 20 years old. The rooms are not soundproof at all, we could hear people talking in the next rooms as if they were near our bed. The towels were with stains and hair.
It was great. Easy to get to and right beside the old part of Salzburg. Perfect location. We traveled with a 10 month old and a 2 year old. The staff was great with the children and met our needs as soon as we asked. They even recommended great places to have dinner.
Very good situation, car parking carage (public) near the hotel, good breakfast, clean and confortable room.
Very nice room, excellent breakfast, ... 10/10
Amazing last floor room, like a suit. Really central
The front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. The room seemed a little tired.
No air conditioning
Location was great and the hotel staff were very helpful.
the location was good. close to everything salzberg has to offer. One negative is the church bell rings in the middle of the night.
I liked the friendliness and politeness of the staff , the location, service and lovely room. No
The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Salzburg which was not that obvious to us from the description of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but not overbearing or snobby like in some other higher end hotels. Their restaurant was very good as well.
Hotel was nice and beautiful. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than what I expected. You can order eggs, sausages, bacon, as you want. Very quiet surroundings, peaceful atomaspher. Room is very small. I expected a nice view from the room, so I was very disappointed. Dinner at the restaurant in this hotel, we had some wrong plate from what we ordered.(It was special dinner for us, so we were disappointed again) If I visit Salzbrug again, I prefer Hotel sacher.
The hotel was fantastic. Couldn't have asked for any better. Great staff, beautiful hotel, excellent location. Highly recommended.
Very charming place, full of character and atmosphere, ideal for a romantic getaway.
Amazing Service and a Really Nice Room Nothing
perfect location, excellent staff
the totalle awesome restaurant
Very accommodating and friendly staff. Good commend of the English language (among others). Fantastic location that offered a panoramic view of Salzburg. Closeness to elevators that would take you right into the middle of the Old Town Cannot really think of anything, with the exception for an uncaulked crack under a bathroom mirror... :)
The staff was very welcoming and friendly Room service offered a very limited menu.
near to main railway station
The breakfast buffet was by far the best we've seen on our trip so far. Lots of variety of hot and fresh foods. The location was also great being next to the train station. The bed and pillows weren't super comfy, but alright for one night.
Friendly staff, comfortable modern hotel, easily reachable and indoor parking. Pool is also fun! Neighbourhood is not the best (near station) and can be bit noisy at night. Hotel room was hot and dry for reason we don't understand
The hotel is a good value for money, provided you get a special offer rate. You get the usual size room, comfortable beds, large-ish tv, I.e all the usual things you would expect from Radisson chain. The service quality is very average - I was shocked to be told by reception to come downstairs to give in my dry cleaning as they "didn't have enough stuff available" to come and pick it up. The rooms were not cleaned properly, when we checked in we had to ask for bathroom to be re cleaned. We asked for a quiet room, only to be told that it was not available. However it did become available after some arguing.
The WiFi service which is stated as free on Booking.com was not free.
Location good recommended an excellent restaurant seven miniutes walk from Hotel car park location excellent with lift up to your floor Booked accomodation with Breakfast to be told I had not. I told them I always booked hotels with Booking.com and never had a problem before.
Very close (3 min) of railway station; 20 min walking to centre(old town). Large room, nice design and clean. Everything was perfect (except that we went to the pool in the evening,at 9 pm,and one window was open and cold inside). Nice pool+sauna. Polite and smiley reception staff. Overall, excellent. It would be very nice to have coffee/tea facilities in the room.
Hotel staff was very helpful and all spoke English very well. Hotel was clean, it is more a business class or conference center hotel, but as tourists, we always felt welcome. Breakfast buffet was very good, but they ran out of some items one morning and they were not replenished. Room was clean, not much outside noise at night. Five minutes' walk to railway station. Area around the hotel and nearby railway station seemed questionable at night, but we walked quickly and didn't encounter any problems.
nice location near train station , good breakfast, room was more comfortable nice for big family nothing
Typical US style business hotel that did all the basics very well. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of foods. Room service comes with a flat €10 service charge. I ordered a burger which with bacon despite the menu not making any mention of bacon being included.
You have to appreciate the location in front of City Park and St. Stephen area winthin 10 minutes walking distance. No.2 and U3 metro is very convenient to connct to any popular spots in the city.
I like every things in hotel except baggage porter who ask me to give him money 2 Euro for each baggage. I don't like baggage porter .
