Rooms were clean and well kept. Staff friendly and helpful Hotel need air conditioning hotel room very warm
Location vs Cost = Perfect
easy access rooms to small not worth £40 per night
The location was good for our visit to relatives in the area. I was also able to walk to the Underground station for trips to central London. The room was a bit small.
Good food at good prices Parking
The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was good. The rooms were noisy, with thin walls. The main problem was with banging doors in the small and early hours. The sprung doors need to have silencing pads as they close. We did mention this to the staff.
The restaurant was excellent and the room was stylish and suitable for a nights stay. The bathroom could have been warmer.
Generally very good
The room was very nice just the bedspread was a little dirty and was a surprise considering the quality and room furnishings (very nice). In the area of the building where I stayed, I could hear the occupants in the other rooms I.E. if they opened a door, used a power outlet. This is my only complaint. On the upside, Savoro does not have so many rooms so when it was time to sleep it was fine. Otherwise, it was very nice and a very high standard compared to most hotels in London I.E. if you are not paying â£300/night.
Clean and easy to access The internet di not work. It did notshow it was within range even though it was.
Very friendly staff and great breakfast Bathroom a little small
Good friendly staff and good bar, breakfast Room shower window seal was very poor and suffered from water dmage.
Very poor value for money-although stated on my confirmation that the cost should be taken from c card given on confirmation i was still asked to settle account upon arrival.
There were enough towels, nice towels, and extra pillows/blankets already in the room. The staff were friendly and efficient
Very nice staff and easy the whole process of booking and checking in is very straightforward. Parts of the hotel are a little run down and some repairs are obviously overdue. Nothing major to complain about though.
staff nice and friendly, breakfast really nice, parking avaliable....quiet area, nice fire place to sit...... drinks are a bit expensive in the bar, apart from that nice hotel....
Staff tried very hard to be helpfull and were very courteous. The early morning noise of traffic in Watling Street has got worse since I lived in Radlett which is something you are not in a position to rectify
Management tried very hard to be of service: not very well supported by oithers and state of equipment Intermittant heating in room. Television not working on first day, sp[asmodic on second. Waited ages for Breakfast service on first day.
The room was clean and the hotel had a nice log fire to sit in front of when eating The hotel could do with a little TLC and looked in need of a refurb.
Everyone in the hotel was polite and friendly. Food was excellent. The chef came over to us personnally to see if everything was to our satifaction. Breakfast was served quickly and efficiently and again lovely. Please can you forward good wishes for everyone concerned. Excellent in our opinion. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks
Clean, silent, comfortable Difficult to get in the hotel, doors were locked, nobody answered the door bell, phone number taped on the door did not answer. The lady in the breakfast would not help ordering the taxe, but asked me to call myself.
reasonable size room with complimentary hot drinks and biscuits, clean and comfortable, sky tv and good continental breakfast restaurant is expensive but pub with food round the corner
Nice airy room (hot - but they did provide a fan) very clean room. Fruit, water, biscuits as well as tea and coffee in the room. Requested non-smoking room and that is what we got. Excellent continental breakfast.
The views from the hotel room. Walls were a bit thin. Could here alot what was going on outside in the halls and surrounding rooms.
Good apart from the lack of parking space which was an essential element in the booking
Price and quality of room Had to phone to get in and being told we were too late for cooked breakfast when we arrived 20' before 'last orders'
the hotel was excellent the accommodation was excellent and the staff were suberb. the veiw over london was fantastic.
Ffriendliness of staff and nic eposition on Harrow on the Hill It was fine
The room and en-suite were clean. Room very small - Couldn't walk round the double bed
Nice manager who moved us to a triple room from 2 doubles as we were a party of 3 not 4 saving us money. the online reservation didnt allow us to enter 3 persons for 2 rooms. The rooms were stocked with candy bars and cookies, fruit juice, coffe/tea all complimentary and rooms were warm. The restaurant served excellent food - we had our dinner there and every course was good. We felt the breakfast was a bit of a let down after the excellent food served in the restaurant. It is a buffet but the croissants were cold and tasted like they came from a big supermarket bag. Coffee was not a nice perc coffee - tasted like instant. Small changes could have made a big difference here.
Nothing. Seriously could not think of a benefit if you paid me to do it. Not just dirty but absolutely FILTHY. I am a man, I have served in the army. I am not squeamish about some dirt but this was vile. I think there were not cockroaches because even they decided it was too much for them. The guys were so rude its indescribable. I lack the words. On top of it he just lay on a very thick Indian/Pakistani accent and pretended to speak less and less English as soon as we tried to complain whereas his accent and language level was fine at the start of the conversation. We booked a double ensuite and they tried to give us a twin with a shared bathroom. They "explained" it was the last room and we could take it or leave it (this is at 2am). We refused, got up and left and when all the hotels in the area were booked out because of the Munich airport shutting down we chose to drive 3 hours back to Nottingham directly instead of the sleep in London, walk around and travel in the morning as we had planned.
