The Howard was staffed by friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. We didn't dine but breakfast was delicious and we will be back to sample the afternoon tea!
The service was beyond my expectations, I loved my stay in the Howard
The fact I had to leave
The Howard has an amzing "butler" system where a number of butlers attend to your every need. They are the most accommodating small hotel that we have ever stayed in. It is like being in an upper class private British home with elegant surroundings and service to match.
I felt very comfortable from the first time. It was like I was staying in a house and not in a hotel. Big room, mighty lighting, good service.
Tasteful breakfast but very small portions. Order more than 3 dishes!
Beautiful building, large room, excellent staff, fine food
It takes an enormous effort to make hospitality appear this seamless. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much effort, yet everything was done with a discretion that made our stay a truly pleasurable experience.
Excellent service and very responsive and warm.

Greeting very good. Overall impression, beautiful decor rooms and very helpful staff, intimate home from home feeling.
Breahfast choice and quality very good, I appreciate it was cooked to order but took a little longer than to arrive than we hoped. We had a train to catch and had allowed one hour for breakfast and had to rush our food.
