When we got to the red roof inn we were informed that we did not have a room because they were having some construction workers stay there or some BS like that. So they didn't have a room for a paying customer who had made a reservation at least three weeks in advance. To make matters worse they sent us to one of the crappiest hotels I've ever seen, the red carpet inn, one town over, and it was really not in a safe area either. We were forced to stay there because all other hotels were booked due to it being late in the afternoon and a holiday weekend. To top it all off the two individuals at the front desk were rude right off the bat and yelled at us like it was our fault the hotel was over booked. They were some of the nastiest people I've come in contact with.

The other guests were loud and lingered in the walkways in front of rooms! There was advertised refridgerator, which was not in the room
