Knowledgable staff. Very good location. No refrigerator. Outdated bathroom.
The cleanes and location. The room didn't have a refrigerator and wifi speed could be better.
Near the historical center. The room was a bit small.
Quaint, clean rooms. Exquisite restaurant. Great staff. Close to everything. Free and secure parking. Bathroom doors were little more than a grate and provided zero privacy. Shower was not hot.
Located right across from the zocalo, easy to get anywhere in town. Clean, comfortable. Staff is very friendly, pool is small but lovely and refreshing after a day of visiting ruins.
The room was large, comfortable and was decorated in colonial style. Very good breakfast, reasonably priced. The only downsides - about 15-20 walk from the center of town (although taxi ride was only $1), inconsistent wi-fi.
Nicely decorated and fairly large room. Very comfy bed. Grounds are well maintained and lovely. A bit far to walk to the main square. It's a big hotel, and some rooms seem to have better views than others. Our view was pretty boring.
This place was perfectly located in the center of town, and two blocks from the bus terminal. The staff was great and super helpful. Their included breakfast even offered omelettes! Make sure you rent bikes and visit some of the cenotes, Sumbalá was beautiful. It's a youth hostel, so it includes the requisite half-naked, barefoot stoners, but they have private rooms.
Very nice room that was well decorated, with a pleasent breakfast location in the courtyard.
The hacienda was great, with original design, great bathroom, relaxing screened-in patio with a hammock. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. The stuff friendly and accomodating. Unique hotel with a very relaxing atmosphere. The hotel was very difficult to find due to funky street intersections (the street the hotel is located on is not continuous). Better directions would be helpful.
Everything. Hotel is awesome, the room very comfortable and staff is great. Breakfast is not included and you can pay extra USD 6. 100% recommended and close to Chichen Itza (about 30 minutes). Much better to stay here and pay a fair tariff than pay more money to stay in a hotel in Piste or any other place closer to Chichen. Absolutely nothing.
The staff was very friendly and the location was great!
Staff were wonderful and the rooms were amazing. Incredible value for money in my opinion. My only slight concern was the noise of the farm animals from the neighbouring property.
The garden and the the ptypical breakfast We could not use the swimming pool because it was very green.
Friendly staff, nice Maya decoration and beautiful patio/garden. Exterior rooms are a bit noisy. Valladolid itself was not quite what we expected it to be.
Beautiful hotel, grounds and rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms well-equipped. The breakfast (not included) was very good too. Unfortunately my parents and I stayed in rooms facing the street and it really was very noisy. If I would visit this hotel again, I would try to get quieter rooms out the back.
Very quiet place and an oasis in the middle of the town.A real EDEN!
Staff were helpful. Nice place to relax from day of touring. Breakfast was very good but a little expensive.
Great location, beautiful garden, charming room, eager and friendly staff, free parking, delicious complimentary breakfast. Although the man who checked us in was friendly, he seemed unfamiliar with his job; perhaps he was new. Forgot to leave us the key, didn't know how to unlock our safe (which we were never able to use), couldn't process our credit card.
Such a beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. The staff went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. Daily breakfast was excellent and make sure to ask about the liquor the hotel owners produce. We will stay again for sure.
the courtyard and homemade breakfast in the morning - fantastic! Great natural light from the skylight in the bathroom, too No, the room could have used a little more natural light, but it still had a full door-sized window that opened up to the courtyard.
The staff was so helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and an asset to this hotel. We would have had a very enjoyable experience even without their help, but having their experience and knowledge at our disposal was invaluable. Absolutely exemplary. You can't put toilet paper in the toilet, but hey, welcome to Mexico.
