The Piñero Bahia de Palma Hotel stands only a few metres from the beach, a fully-equipped hotel on one of the most outstanding islands in the Mediterranean - Majorca. Its fully-equipped installations and rooms, together with its proximity to the beach, make this a great choice for enjoying a holiday on the island.
The personal was extremely friendly and professional, the guests were all very friendly also. (Their nationalities were mainly spanish and portugeas). The depth of the pool is on one side 3 metres. Overall the ambiance was very good.
A bit noisy, the beds are two single beds which move easily.
I understand it was a hotel however coffee making facility along with a fridge would have been nice. Dont think it is suitable for english speaking guests as i found some of the bar staff especially took a while to understand us.
We stayed for a long weekend and found the hotel to be very nice and clean and very close to the beach and bus stops. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There were a mixture of guests from all nationalities and families as well as school groups. There was security on site to make sure that there were no noisy neighbours!! Breakfast was ok for the price. I would recommend it!!!!
The distance to the beach.
The breakfast was really poor and the rooms are very noisy. Especially in the morning when the housekeeping was cleaning the room.
Marvellous hotel, mainly spanish guests (families), the food was also Mediterranean style. It's a three star hotel so no luxury there, but for us it was way much more than worth the money paid.
The walls are thin, which really didn't bother us though.Stayed on the 4th floor and it wasn't too noisy like other have complained.
The food, the reception, the hall, the location
Very central, bus stop at 50 mt, taxi station at 50mt, beach at 100mt.The recepcionists were very helpful and friendly, resolve electrical problem in the room, they help me with the rentacar, store the luggage for the whole (last) day, explain the bus system to palma....
Brekfast was the same every day, no variety. Sometimes it smells for a few seconds from the room aircon. Maybe a little noisy but you have to know were you are...in july in S'arenal it is normal
Overall nice and clean hotel, very close to the beach.
Most of the staff did not speak English at all; and could be more polite.
Good location; reasonable price
1). The management checked in a guest and gave them my room??!! At midnight on my first night this guest opened the door to my room and started to enter. I was awakened and not amused. 2). The manager who handled my check-in felt that he needed to re-calculate my room rate. As a result, my room rate dropped by 2 Euros per day. He gave me a signed and dated receipt. The next day, another manager called my room and accused me of underpaying my bill!! He never spoke with his colleague.
