site seeing and walking
Relaxing rural setting, excellent proximity to Cadi Moixero natural park. Hotel is furbished to a high modern standard - suit young couples/groups/families. Staff could have smiled a little more!
We just had great time in the hotel. The staff were so nice, they just tried their best to make us enjoy our stay, and we did very much. It is not the chepest hotel in the area but you get great value for the money so it was just faboulous. Very recommended. Well, the selection and service in the breakfast room could be improved. The staff try to give the hotel a cozy, family-style ambiance and in the breakfast room that translated to a slow service. Some items were missing for a long time (plates, milk, napkins, coffee) and we had to ask for these several times. Overall the experience in the hotel was excellent.
Spacious rooms, beatiful decoration
Friendly Staff/Magnificent views from balcony and lovely room
quiet hotel the breakfest was very poor
A new hotel, nicely desighned, comfortable, quiet. Staff very nice and helpfull. The Dolcet familly, who owns the hotel and the wonderful restaurant attached to it,are exceptionally kind and warm.
All rooms are designed, ours has a view of the valley, comfortable, clean. Staff are nice.
The hotel is set about 5km up a very narrow winding road in a very pretty village in which most cottages have been restored. The scenery is breathtaking although due to its location be prepared to eat in the hotel as the narrow road does not want to be tackled in the dark. The staff were helpful and as we were there during the summer we were able to sit outside and relax with drinks. We were only staying for one night and I could not recommend more than a couple of nights as there is nothing else in the village. However if you like walking and nature it will impress.
Great location if you like quiet villages with fantastic views. Hotel nice, people very helpful, food good Finding it ! A gps is very useful for finding the turn-off to the village and the road up the hill is pretty hairy - don't try it with a big Mercedes or anything ! Once in the village, just park up and walk around until you find the hotel itself.
