Hospitality - they were at your disposal for questions at any time
A really wonderful hotel run by a most passionate Spanish couple. The hotel is pristine. We felt like we were staying in a 300 year old Spanish mansion, full of antiques. The bed as one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in! Hotel is 3 mins walk to main square.
In a region with very few decent hotels, this stands out as a haven with lots of personality - a three star hotel with a family B&B feel. Above all, it has a pool, which is vital when it's 40ºC! For where it is and the quality of the rooms (average), it is a little over-priced. But the atmosphere and the pool make up for it.
A charming and graciously-scaled family home, a renovated 17th century house, where we felt like guests rather than clients. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the public rooms were cozy and attractive: the sitting room was furnished with excellent books, board games, and a fireplace. We were lucky to stay on a Saturday when the hotel offers a tasting menu of local wines and wonderful regional food to go with them. And we arrived early enough to explore the lovely and lively old village in which the hotel is set, with its beautiful Gothic church, charming folkloric museum, and hip modern art gallery. All this was immeasurably enhanced by the warmth and attention of the Casa's delightful owners. A wonderful experience.
The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. Owner was very helpful Nothing
It's a fabulous palace in the town and is close to everything. The hosts Paloma and Miguel are extremely nice and welcoming and make you feel special in a very special place. The rooms are big and have everything you need.
Appearance - friendliness - helpfulness - pleasant staff - excellent evening me3al; the veal tenderloin the most wonderful ever tasted around the world! All other food also most tasty
Nice feeling of country side. Not the hight tech and modern kind but the peaceful and quiet one
The style of the hotel was beautiful situated in a picturesque historic village location surrounded by interesting countryside
Beautiful restored building. Staff very friendly throughout the hotel. Views of Belmonte Castle. There is a lot of building / restoration work being undertaken in the village at the moment but it was not intrusive. None of the churches were open for viewing.
Excellent position. friendley staff and excellent accomodation Nothing
