Come and be allured by Acapulco with its stunning sunsets, famous cliffs and captivating oceanfront views. The Pearl of the Pacific has everything you expect from a beach paradise; sun, sea and the warm breeze. Banyan Tree Cabo Marqués is a luxury resort with an Asian feel, built on high stilts over cliffs of Acapulco Diamond zone to give you spectacular views and offer you the Banyan Tree signature privacy and comfort.
Pros: The food and pool and the people who worked there where very good
Cons: There was no activities. No beach to swim. I thought it would be different for that much money
Pros: The location is great, the views amazing. The place is nicely decorated and comfortable. The bedsheets and towels looks old. But the place is beautiful.
Cons: The Service is good, but as soon as we arrived the concierge tried to upgrade our villa, we felt the pressure to the point that we decide to get the upgrade. We felt uncomfortable saying No; after that they took us to a villa and when they opened the door the smell was terrible! So they decide to move us to another one. We went to the restaurant and ordered an octopus that was not edible at all. It was like a rubber band, my daughters were hungry so we decide to order just an appetizer to get it fast, immediately the waitress ask is we want 2 appetizers instead of 1. You constantly feel the staff trying to increase the bill. The appetizers were good, However price does not match the quality, food is marginally good and staff seems to be always pressing to increase the ticket to the point where it’s uncomfortable. It’s sad to leave from a place as beautiful as acapulco and that really needs tourism to visit with a bad taste... I will not return to this hotel. The property is beautiful but the way the staff managed it, for me is not the best.
Pros: Everything but to name a few: The staff were lovely, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly people that never said no to whatever you ask. They make the hotel have such a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The room was incredible. With the press of a few buttons you have the most amazing views from your bed. The room service is really tasty and they set it up like you are at a restaurant. The Caesar salad was the best along with the paella. The buggy service is lovely. They are always ready to take you around the hotel and the ride is great with the views. The communal pool area and breakfast area has an incredible view. The level of service at both these areas makes you not want to leave the hotel in the day. The minute you sit down on a lounger, the staff have put down an ice bucket with waters in. Through out the day they brought us little things like homemade lollies and told us about the area. The buffet breakfast is really good. The variety and quality of it was perfect. The food is incredibly clean and delicious. They change the buffet day to day so you are able to try lots of local foods as well as an expansive international spread. There are lots of details that this hotel gets right. Some of these are; the turn down at night with the little cookies or macaroons left by your bed, the incense burner and candle in the room ready to light, the vanity box in the bathroom that has everything you can imagine. This hotel is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
Cons: The hotel is perfect! I would have liked to swim in the sea though. There is a restaurant by it and you can walk down to it but a jetty would be great. The Thai restaurant was nice but the Restaurant by the water (Roka?) was not as good food wise and really expensive for what the dishes were. Much preferred the atmosphere of the top communal pool and the lounge area menu.
Pros: the views
Cons: food quality could be better
Pros: Good food a la carte
Cons: nothing, all fine
Pros: It was AMAZING! Exceeded ou expectations completely and we still cannot get over it :)
Pros: The view was magnificent and the stay was super comfortable

Pros: Staff was helpful with nearby restaurants and access to car rental.
Cons: I had an accident in the room. There was a loose marble piece that when I stepped on it, it broke. I scrapped the back of my leg and my big toe was bleeding. The staff assisted with providing first aid supplies. However, the staff never again asked if I was okay or needed any additional medical assistance with my injury. Management staff never reached out to me to ask about the incident or ask if I was okay or if I was safe.
Pros: Excellent facilities and service highly recommend this hotel
Pros: The food, the personal experience and kindness. The cleansing was above expected. Everything is breathtaking.
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable.
Pros: The location, the food and especially the service are amazing. People are happy to help and make sure you have a confortable stay
Pros: Extremely friendly staff, beautiful design and pool, convenient location, bell boys cleaned our car, efficient restaurant service, got our room early (11:00am) and had a late check out (2pm) at no extra cost.
Cons: Facilities need a little bit of maintenance, food was not great, room was not 100% clean (hair on the ground from previous guests, trash not collected at turn down, In Room Dining service not collected at turndown...)

Pros: Perfect in every way
Cons: Nothing it was great
Pros: The location and good service.:))
Cons: When you are at the beach area, they do not have waiters service.
Pros: The hotel was directly on the beach and had great views to the ocean.
Cons: The hotel has three pools. Two smaller ones and shallow for the children and the one deeper for adults. Unfortunately, the children were allowed in the adult pool. I complained and was told all the pools were for all family members. While laying out by the adult pool, I was splashed in by children running all over the place. I couldn’t do laps because I was afraid of hurting the children who were always in the way :(
Pros: Location is great People are friendly Nice pool with access to a beautiful beach
Cons: A little pricey, food in hotel is pricey as well
Pros: Everything was perfect, cleanliness, confort, I would recommend it!!!
Cons: Everything was ok.
Pros: The rooms were spacious the beds were comfortable the whole place was super clean the water temperature for the swimming pools were excellent.
Cons: Honestly i loved the place.. no big complaints just the Wi-Fi could be done a little bit more differently and maybe some landlines to the internet could be more suitable
Pros: Where to start the hotel smelling the pool area are a bit dirty the stuff is great great customer service !!!and my kids ordered room service and got sick with their food other than that the location is OK it’s right next to a Gay Beach just FYI would I stay here again no not really I’m a mother of three girls and I just do not like the facility I stayed in a one bedroom lock off!!
Cons: Smells, Dirty, Room Service food made us Sick
Pros: Great attention.
Cons: Everything fine, except for paying 100 pesos per day for parking
Pros: The staff is outstanding, personable and really want guests to enjoy their time. The hotel lobby, bar and Salsa restaurant are fantastic upgrades and beautiful. The location is perfect.
Cons: The music noise some nights coming from the Costera are a little loud.
Pros: Beautiful rooms, excellent ocean view. Rooms are super clean. Friendly staff willing to accommodate everyone. Will most definitely come back.
Cons: Long wait at check in
Pros: Great location perfect for families
Cons: The interior of the room was a bit out dated.
With a stay at Las Brisas Acapulco in Acapulco (Playa Guitarrón), you'll be a 5-minute drive from El Rollo Acapulco and 6 minutes from Diana the Huntress. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: I really like the place, I has a Room with private Pool and was excellent!!! I really enjoy my trip and rest
Cons: It’s really old & dated
Pros: I like Acapulco and the vintage vibe o las Brisas that's it. La concha club and location.
Cons: We have to change room first they send us to a ugly old room, and the rate price was higher than the one we sign up , they argued that it was because Us dlls. So terrible wrong. The staff , the manager , the cucaracha in our room.
Pros: Las Brisas offers a great stay. We have been coming for years and are still amazed with the views on the bay. Reasons for us to come to LB: fantastic staff(!!), privacy and beach club.
Cons: Feedback; the interior of the rooms is getting more worn every year, refridgerators past away years ago, please bury the corpses ;) also times are changing and LB is not very sustainable. A world to win. In the end it offers good value for money and we love the attention from the amazing staff, gracias chicos nos vemos muy pronto!
Cons: I had to pay an extra fee that I didn't anticipate when booking.
Pros: Excelente vista de Acapulco, se respira tranquilidad en el hotel
Pros: Location is fantastic...
Cons: Rooms could and should be better, the courtesy coffee an morning fruit is not of good quality.... towels insufficient Quality of food at the beach club is not good enough... and expensive...
Pros: The staff was friendly
Cons: The food and drinks were outrageous prices. Marked up over 300 percent. I will never stay here again if someone paid me to. It’s unbelievable that they charge those prices. I will never recommend this place to anyone and will write blogs how outrageous the prices for food/drinks were. Disappointed
Cons: Bad hotel
Pros: Rooms and staff are great. The hotel is old but very well maintained and renovated.
Cons: Food could be better
Pros: Gorgeous view. Amazing access to the coastline and snorkeling. Our room was very spacious, vintage cool, well-appointed, and the value was absolutely fantastic. So much better than a generic all-inclusive resort!!!!
Pros: Best views of the coast and superb swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning.
Cons: Due to the location there is night club noise which goes into the early morning hours. Nothing else.

Cons: Shape and location. It is very comfortable.
Pros: I liked the proximity to the Airport. Made commute bearable.
Cons: The air conditioning went out so the stay was uncomfortable. They did apologize but I believe there should have been some kind of compensation.
Pros: It has free parking, comfortable beds.
Cons: Nothing bad. Good staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds.
Pros: Room was very clean and quiet. I could rest comfortably in this one day trip
Cons: Bathroom door did not close smoothly... We have to strongly push the door to close it
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Coffee at the lobby just at night, and not in the morning And not hot water in the shower
Pros: Location and that it’s relatively new.
Pros: The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, from luggage attendant, reception and restaurant staff!!
Palacio Mundo Imperial in Acapulco, is located in the Mundo Imperial complex. (Forum Mundo Imperial, Promenade and the convention center Expo Mundo Imperial). The hotel is located in the exclusive Diamante Area, 0.4 miles from La Isla Shopping Village, 7.6 miles from Revolcadero Beach and 1.6 miles from General Juan N Alvarez International Airport (ACA). Scala Sea ClubLocated in one of the most regional places of our Riviera Diamante, a new meeting point for all young people and families where the goal is to spend an unforgettable afternoon, full of music, dining experiences and good DJs in front of a spectacular view our "Playa Bonfil Acapulco".A perfect place for those guests and clients who wish to enjoy the sun, sea and sand, on a relaxing afternoon enjoying the light of the sunset.
Pros: Palacio Mundo Imperial has all installations of a 5 star hotel. International standard.
Cons: If you have a room above the big pool area to the interior you will suffer great noise. There is an outside air conditioning for the whole hotel which runs day and night. It makes a tremendous noise as if 20 lorries would stand next to your bed with their motors running.
Pros: Great resort, clean and big pools, excellent breakfast buffet
Cons: Pools closes 8pm
Pros: Very nice staff and the pools are very nice
Cons: The food by the pool buffets very bad also the food is ok but not very good
Pros: I loved all the amenities.
Cons: I didn’t like how it’s so far from all the main areas. I also disliked how everything food and drinks wise is pricey here at the resort.
Cons: We had the all-inclusive package but we were disappointed that only two or three restaurants were open from a possible six. We were told this after we had already paid the all-inclusive package.
Pros: The facilities themselves were nice, however many things were in a state of disrepair in the room.
Cons: The toilet in the bathroom had a valve that would run constantly. It took playing with it to get it to stop. I reported this to the housekeeping staff, but it was not fixed. The drain in the sinks were slow/stopped up, and needed unclogging. On check-in the safe did not work. They did dispatch someone promptly to fix this issue. The room remained quite humid for most of the stay, even with the A/C running consistently. It made everything have a damp feel. Even my clothes in my suitcase picked up a damp/mildewy smell by the end of the stay (3-nights).
Pros: Room was great and the beds were very comfortable.
Cons: All of the pools were very dirty (cloudy water and bits of food floating around). Friend cut his foot and we asked for a first aid kit, they took it as an opportunity to try to sell us Band-Aids instead of helping us, no care for our friend. Keep in mind if you want to go downtown, this place is very far away.
With a stay at Casa Giovanna Acapulco in Acapulco (Caleta), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Playa Caletilla and Zocalo. Featured amenities include a computer station, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: I can't speak highly enough of Casa Giovanni. The house is incredible, high up on the peninsular opposite downtown Acapulco with amazing views of the bay, especially from the private terrace of the top room. It's an old, safe neighbourhood away from the tourists but only a short walk from Playa Caleta (where you will also find the excellent Swiss Dive Association). The very knowledgeable host, Doug, went out of his way to make me welcome taking me out for lunch and even giving me a lift to the bus station. Highly recommended!!!
Cons: It's hard to find so don't do what I did and jump in a taxi with the just the address - actually read the directions!!!
Pros: Casa Giovanna is located a bit outside from the busy center of Acapulco but it is super easy to reach the center of town.the street is quiet and you have a awesome view to Acapulco. The comun space is great the kitchen is big and the living rom area really comfortable.the pool refresh and also from here a nice view. Wifi top! We will come back, Doug is a great host
Cons: All good

Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Pros: This place was like being at home; we did really enjoy the stay; we were comming from a bad experience in a big chain hotel and to get here was like getting home.
Cons: everything was amazing; it would only make it perfect to have a roofed parking area for the cars.
Pros: Room was large with kitchenette. Entire facility was modern and fairly new.
Pros: The staff is nice and rooms are spacious. Breakfast are also good.
Cons: You get a plastic bracelet and you have to wear it the whole time. The wifi is not very good.
Cons: Very loud major road right in front of the hotel. Room windows do not at all block or even reduce the noise. We hardly slept and changed hotel because of the noise. Otherwise nice place.
Pros: this property js very well built. the staff are nice and they know how to do their job. they speak very well english and are very flexible if you need something.
Cons: The only thing I didnt like was the pool being invaded by kids every morning other than that its great.
Pros: Design of room and view was excellent, reception staff very helpful, location on beach excellent.
Cons: booking had a kitchen, but the shelves were empty - no dishes, glasses, utensils - but they did deliver some when we asked. maid did not put water in the room each day.
Pros: the space of the room the comfy bed the view the swimming pool
Cons: the noise from the road the kitchen wasn't equipped (no dishes, no coffee maker etc.)
Princess Mundo Imperial luxury resort: A WORLD FAVORITE.Mexico lovers from all over the world know Acapulco for its blend oftropical scenery - beaches, hilly jungles, white capped Pacific seas- anddynamic array of nightclubs and restaurants. This is a great destinationfor an unforgettable vacation!Recognized as one of the top 500 hotels in the world, the awardwinning Princess Mundo Imperial hotel reigns over 480 acres oflegendary Mexican scenery. Affectionately known as The Princess, theresort is tucked away on Revolcadero Beach, 20 minutes from thebustle of downtown and a few minutes from the airport. The 15-storyAztec pyramid-shaped building with lush gardens, sparkling pools, twoexclusive golf courses, fine dining restaurants, a Spa,and one of the largest meeting spaces in Acapulco, caters to thedesires of the world's most distinguished guests and world-classevents.
Pros: The hotel itself is gorgeous and it feels well kept for the building’s age. The pyramid tower is open and airy, the valet parking, bellboys, and reception staff were all eager to help and always with a smile. The rooms were big, cool (which we appreciated given the 33C degrees outside), and look exactly like the pictures. The breakfast buffet in Chula Vista was simply spectacular with a wide variety of dishes, both international and traditionally Mexican, most of which changed day to day. The pools in the hotel were very clean and well attended by a team of waiters ready to keep your piña colada always fresh. The beach was just a few steps away, with available “palapas” for reserving. Overall a great (though, admittedly enhanced by the low-season) experience.
Cons: Check in and check out processes were ridiculously time consuming. The check in took over 30 minutes and we were the only ones checking in. At check out, we took 45 minutes in line (4 other people were leaving) in order to check out and close our consumption vouchers. For a 5-star resort, the reception staff moved at a glacial pace.
Cons: The room didn’t hv no refrigerator
Cons: They tried to charge me double for my accommodation. After I had paid the room upon checking in, I discovered a hidden charge in my check out balance where they were trying to sneak another charge for the room.
Cons: Food and chouces were limited and not very interesting
Cons: We had a big issue with the pools there were not space in the camastros and we had a terrible fight with other customers.
Pros: Its was one of the best time of my life in acapulco
Pros: Everything was amazing, the main building, the pools, the beach even the cost of the beach club
Cons: The snacks and the price of them 185 mexixan pesos for a hot dog ?? That's like 10 usd and it does not worth it
Cons: Dated, old, expensive .. Hotel needs a major update.
Pros: Amazing lobby, outdoor area! Very friendly staff!
Cons: The rooms, although being spacious, really resemble a 2.5 star hotel, especially the bathroom, very economy style bathrooms, with outdated plumbing.

Framed by the Sierra Madre mountain range and the crystal blue Pacific Ocean, the fantastic tropical paradise of Pierre Mundo Imperial Acapulco is waiting for you to organize your next event or spend your holiday in a luxury resort.
Pros: The staff are all incredibly nice, friendly, and attentive. They were happy to accommodate any and all requests and made the stay an absolute pleasure. The service was excellent and the food as always delicious! Free WiFi at the hotel.
Cons: Some of the facilities are showing their age and improvements would be welcome but it was not a detriment to our stay. There was no bar service at the beach but understandable as we went in low season. There was only one free socket in the room which is difficult for charging phones in this day and age.
Pros: The property itself is great the pools the staff
Cons: A lot of things in the room are rusty specially in the shower .... the curtains showers fit a little too short so when one showers a lot of water gets out of the tub Some of the tiles on the pools are coming off .... the restaurants don’t have an extended variety of food choices ... when asked the for shampoo or toilet paper they only brought one when there were 4 people in the room ... And I think they charge a lot for a pet and they don’t even provide bowls or beds ... Most of the hotels In the U.S. only take a deposit for pets, onice they see everything is as it was they give back ...
Pros: Good views!, great food, big pool!
Cons: pay on top of the price "services" valet parking (we travel in bus), bell boy! really?, tips its on discretion of every body, you don't need to abuse if is the case to give a tip to the "services" add in the room price, don't try to surprise with your extra "services"
Pros: Very good location in Acapulco Diamante. Very friendly and efficient staff, excellent pools and right at the beach.
Cons: 1. The hotel is a little run down, could use some improvement and updating. 2. Food is average at best and hugely overpriced. Breakfast wasn’t exceptional and more often than not, flavorless. The Terraza restaurant is filled with birds that pray on crumbs from clients tables and end up sniffing around the buffet (I once saw two birds eating directly from the Chilaquiles tray and no one from the staff batted an eye). Breakfast was included in the room’s fee, otherwise I wouldn’t have paid 300+ MXN to eat it. We preferred to dine out all three nights. 3. The hotel beach service. You have nice loungers / recliners available at the beach few steps from the hotel, but not beach front. In front of you, there are rows of loungers in huge tents managed by locals who are noisy and constantly trying to sell you stuff. If you want beach front you have to pay these people, and they block the view for all the ones using the hotels loungers. 4. Cars are parked under the scorching sun of Acapulco, not even under palm roofs. In summary, a hotel that’s supposed to be nicer than the Princess Mundo Imperial is just about the same as it’s lower category brother and at higher prices. Very disappointed to find the value for money is not what it used to be with the previous administration.
Pros: The breakfast buffet was outstanding, we really enjoyed the ocean view while dining. I also loved the shuttle access to the Princess. The staff was very friendly and attentive, we had a really wonderful stay.
Cons: Better variety for evening and afternoon meals
Pros: Very good selection at breakfast, many swimming pools, helpful personal, pet friendly (it was not a problem that dog was running around), restaurants are very good, all inclusive service the best. Beautiful views on the beach.
Cons: Uncomfortable bed... We were once in this hotel and bed was perfect, this time reception gave us free upgrade of room but finally it was not better then this one before... We had really soft mattress and after first night I had really big pain in my backbone, next thing... toilet seat was under the shelf so it was not possible to open it 100% (it falls down everytime)... this just increased my pain after first sit there... We asked about change of mattress but we only received overlay which made it little bit harder... It did not help us... It took 2 weeks after holiday to come back to the same condition... After few complaints reception just said that we can call some number and next time we will get discount 45%.... I hope that not in the same room...
Pros: The location is super convenient and the beach is top notch.
Cons: The hotel should be up for a renewal, the rooms and the facilities in general seem antiquated and lacking in mantainance. Specifically the rooms smell kinda moisty and the air conditioning don't work properly for a 5star hotel.
Pros: Beach, pools, restaurants, attention at the front desk!
Cons: Family places, boring, and mature couples...

Pros: Everything the pool the beach

Pros: the property and the room was very confortable the pool was very nice bed were good and fantastic vue on the bay
Cons: the service, in most of the time the staff wAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND BOTH AT THE POOL OR AT THE RESTAURANT. we had to wait all the time, no on to open teh sun shade
Pros: First of all I like the staff, very kind and willing. Second, the location is outstanding. Great service overall.
Cons: I have no negative thing to say about the place. Unfortunately I experienced a really bad weather on my staying.
With a stay at Hotel Los Flamingos in Acapulco (Las Playas), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of La Quebrada Cliffs and Playa Caletilla. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
With a stay at Hotel Elcano in Acapulco (Costera Acapulco), you'll be steps from Icacos Beach and 12 minutes by foot from Condesa Beach. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free valet parking is available onsite.
Pros: It could use a renovation but it is a very nice place. The restaurant exceeded our expectations and the staff was really friendly
Cons: Hotel restaurant's crew seems to look too much for a tip, they already should have a good salary considering the over priced food.
Pros: The breakfast was excellent.. the location was right on the beach.. the staff was awesome ..in all my husband and I had a fantastic time
Cons: I cant say there was anything about our stay i didn't like except the ATM wouldn't take my USA credit card... but i was OK with that i was still able to shop
Pros: Besos are excellent They view is superb
Cons: They hotel needs furniture renewal
Pros: The staff, very helpful!!!
Cons: Nothing, everything was great!
Pros: The location on the beach is really nice. Great views from all of the rooms.
Cons: The water in front of the hotel is dangerous and not swimmable. We saw to people that needed to be rescued by jet ski with on almost drowning.
Pros: great value, great location!
Pros: We had several interactions with staff all around the Elcano hotel and I must say all the staff were genuinely helpful with a nice and kind smile. It only has 8 floors and 3 elevators, so the wait is quick. The swimming pool has stairs and railing so even the elderly can get in easily. There is a large wading pool section for the kids and the sun hits that area until approximately 11:00 am in Summer. There is an ice machine on every floor next to the stairs. I loved that it has air-conditioning and a ceiling fan so you can choose. I also loved that each and every room has a beautiful ocean view. Rooms with partial views or views to other places just do Not exist in this beautiful hotel. I also liked the fact that it is conveniently located a small block away from the main Avenue, so it's less noisy. Although it's not a new hotel, it is well maintained. My room lock stopped working and I couldn't get in so I went downstairs to tell the front desk clerk about it. She immediately sent a maintenance man who delayed less than 5 minutes to arrive and fixed it. It wasn't broken actually, the batteries were dead... While he was fixing it he noticed the door wasn't as smooth as should be an he asked me for permission to oil it, so he did and left everything running smoothly. This might not be a 5 star hotel, but the employees make you feel like it is. Congratulations to all the staff and management for doing a great job. Two thumbs up!
Cons: I liked mostly everything in the Elcano hotel. I just didn't like at all that the swimming pool facilities are not open until 9 and we really enjoy swimming early, at around 7 am before the sun hits hard and before going for breakfast. I also didn't like the prices at the restaurant. I believe they're a little high. I also didn't like that the buttons to call the elevator were lacking a frame and that doesn't give a good impression to some guests that are not as easy going. Other than that, everything is great with the Elcano Hotel
Located in Acapulco (Costa Azul), Hotel Costa Azul is within a 10-minute walk of El Rollo Acapulco and Icacos Beach. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Pool was very clean and good security in property
Cons: Staff was very helpful directing activities to go enjoy are vacation
Pros: Restaurant is closed. Fiasco for a category hotel
Cons: Enable the restaurant. I got a cab to breakfast in calinda beach. Will you refund me that money?
Pros: The room was super spacious, the bathroom was modern and beautiful. The pool is beautiful. The hotel is very well located. The bus 10 minutes away brings you to every place you want to be in the city. The staff is amazingly helpful. They make sure you have everything you need and take the time to give recommendations and advises. A big thanks to Ariana Who helped me a lot with organising activities with my 14 year old niece. The staff is always smiling, so welcoming. The hotel is really great but the staff is even greater !!!
Cons: The only thing missing from the hotel was coffee and tea. There should be a coffee machine or at least a kettle for everyone to use in a common area. Staff was helpful though and let me use their microwave. Also, if there was a restaurant in the hotel, it would make a big difference. There are not that many restaurants in immédiate proximity of the hotel and during the evening, we easily want to stay and eat by the pool rather than go out. There are food delivery options, but only three: chinese, mexican and pizza. Which is very limited when you stay for a few nights. Put more than one toilet role in the room :-)
Cons: There is not illumination in the stairs, it could exist an accident there
Pros: Very nice location, friendly stuff, the rooms are very clean and big. We enjoyed the pool and that it is very close to the beach (walking distance).
Cons: There is unfortunately no food and drinks in the hotel.

Pros: The location is amazing. Really easy to get around and find things to do.
Cons: The staff is rude. They kept asking if I was staying there. I had my bracelet on the whole time and wore short sleeves. Asking them for information or suggestions was a bother to them. The staff acted like providing service was doing me a favor.
Pros: The view was beautiful. The room very clean, beds very comfortable. The service was great and all the staff were friendly and attentive.
Cons: The smell of the air conditioner. Smell up the whole room. We kept ours off because the breeze was enough to keep us cool.
Pros: Only good thing is the location ( heart of gold acapulco bay)
Cons: We book 3 rooms. Two of them the air conditioning did not work properly even after reported and semi fix still bad bad. They did not have tonic water for my gin and tonic , then I ordered jack and ginger ale , they said I don’t have ginger ale too!!! I said ok give me a piña colada with amaretto and they did not have it also !!! They have complimentary beach beds and umbrellas on the beach only if you spend $500 pesos with them! But how to spend money if they do not have what we want to drink ??? But the worse is their bed and umbrellas on the beach goes only half way to the front as there is a wall of chairs and umbrellas of a local beach guy for renting so the whole beach view is blocked !!! The waiters for the morning breakfast buffet are careles and unprofessional. Reception is a nightmare ! The only team is 100% active and nice is the valet parking! This hotel is advertised with 5 stars and in reality they have max 3. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE !!
Pros: The location was good, right in the centre of Acapulco and nightlife and restaurants. The pools were nice but could be redecorated and the pool water is not filtered too well. The maids cleaned everyday.
Cons: Air con not working, moved to another room and air con still not working. Furniture very dated. Have to pay for use of minibar to use as a fridge. The beach sun loungers are not free. An item of my laundry was lost and not much attempt was made to recover it and when I tried to explain at checkout that I was not paying for that item they weren’t very helpful. The bathroom drain was blocked so nowhere for water to go. Twice I ordered food and it arrived with items clearly not on menu and the second time I ordered I specifically asked for it not to be on the plate and yet it still arrived! The staff were friendly but not very professional at times. Not 5 star and will not stay there again.
Pros: The amenities and the location were very good.
Cons: When we arrived first to our room the balcony was not clean, it had a lot of dust. The staff of the afternoon shift (woman) was a little bit rude, she seemed that she was in a bad mood.
Pros: The attentive staff
Cons: There was some late night maintainance jobs that affect our sleep during a couple nights, but the support of the staff to reaccomodate us was fine.
Pros: Location and the views!
Cons: Too many people and the buffet breakfast was very crowded.
Pros: Location, I could go any where very easily from there
Cons: NO working telephone No working Air conditioner No towels Dirty room smelly bed
Pros: The size of the rooms is one thing in favor of this hotel. Spacious common areas are also a plus. Breakfast was really good and tasteful, it included local foods such as tamales and quesadillas! Ample variety of fruits, juices, pastries and bread. Location next to La Diana fountain-and-roundabout makes this hotel easy to access; public transport and taxis are plenty avalaible. Views of the bay of Acapulco from high floor rooms are magnificent.
Cons: We could not park our van in the hotel premises, as ceiling of the underground parking lot is really low. So, we had no option but to park our vehicle in the street, wherever there was an available space. We had to move from our originally assignated rooms to others because air-con was not working properly in the former; we had to do this transit in the middle of the night, as temperature inside our rooms was unbearable. In the restaurant, while having breakfast once, we saw a cockroach crawling on our table!

Featured amenities include express check-out, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The background of the hotel was nice on the back of the hotel
Cons: Continental breakfast without granola cereal and they did not have any cereal? I should get partial refund for this, did not have breakfast and no menu offered. lots of mosqitoes and AC unit made a lot of noise and not let me sleep. very outdated hotel, it should not be called a resort.
Pros: Really cool hotel well renovated and relaxing
Cons: The beach it’s full of people and messy , not clean
Pros: Loved that it was right on the water. Great for snorkeling. Old Acapulco location is very interesting and nostalgic.
Cons: The property was perfect. However leaving the property was a bit sketchy, drunks on the street cat calling and dirty. The neighbor outside the hotel needs to be repaired.
Cons: Deficient building maintenance, it supposed to be retro not old.
Pros: Cool design and vibe.
Cons: The water from the pool was too hot; the AC was old and super noisy; the hotel charged us for water, even though the tab water isn´t drinkable; food wasn´t tasty at all. They should improve the amenities and services they offer.
Pros: The location
Cons: No kettle for hot water. Breakfast included in the hotel rate is very basic limited to toast, fruits and coffee only. No buffet breakfast.

Pros: Carmen is super friendly and tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The pool was clean and has a nice size. During our stay it was very hot during the night but we had two fans in the room. If you expect more you have to pay more! We were very happy with this hotel
Cons: There were just 2 sockets in the room
Pros: Fantastic retro style, the way I imagine Acapulco Hotel.
Pros: Really cute hostel with a very retro feel, perfect for the feel of Acapulco! There was a swimming pool. Kitchen with good facilities and parking. The owner was really love and made the place special. Very welcoming would 100% stay again. Very close to the cliff divers beach.
Cons: A little out of town but a nice walk along the beach. WiFi wasn’t great but it did work.
Pros: We booked last minute and the place really exceeded our expectations. Such a bargain! Big spacious room, huge comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend!
Cons: The wifi didn't work in our room as we were upstairs, otherwise no complaints.
Pros: good staffs, good location
Cons: there was no air conditioner.
Pros: Paradise in a big city! Beautiful and quiet garden with a swimming pool and big mango tree (free mangos falling from the sky!! ;)), filtred water and very heplfull and welcoming owners, amazingly nice people! definitelly highly recommend it, it´s oasis!!!!
Cons: IMHO kitchen could be more equipped - like having some reasonable number of cups and cuttlery and pots so you can really use it :) but that´s unfortunatelly very common thing here in Mexiko....
Pros: Very cheap, friendly stuff, quiet area
Cons: Only cold water, but private bathroom. Swimming pool was not in service.

Pros: Costumer service excellent. It has a small pool but can have a great time. All workers were extra nice. I recomend them.
Pros: The pool
Cons: Pool wasn't very clear and was green
