Best breakfast I have ever had. Wonderful property managers. Very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels I have had, period. If you arrive late (after 4:00 p.m. when we stayed), you will need a pin code to get your key. This was sent by email and we only had access to email when we had wifi. The wifi passcode is visible from the entrance door.
The staff and the breakfast were fantastic. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and tried to make the experience as good as possible. The breakfast was the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, perfect 10 there. We had a problem with the shower drain which had been clogged and was backing up. The staff fixed it promptly and no other issues. Everything else was great.
Staff were friendly and helpful with ideas and booking tours. Room clean but small. Fridge or coffee and tea facilities would have been good to have.
clean rooms, friendly management, family run, goof wifi
It was close to the train station Room was not clean
Convenience to train station.
Parking area availability and accommodating staff. none that i can think of.
locaction - close to the train station
Thia hotel is a budget hotel for people on business trips. No frills, and small rooms, but a good location within walking distance of the city center and very good value for money. The lighting in the rooms was very poor
location is great ! And the young man in hotel is helpful . I like the breakfast! No
Staff. All very helpful. Restaurant staff greeted you with a smile.
Staff friendliness. Good location. The fact that there were mainly dutch and german tourists - and no Brits. Everything was great
Not ethical. Owner tried to give us a room with broken beds that were being held up with cardboard. She did let us cancel and brought us to another inn that was wonderful named Pension Schierl. Can only recommend. The place is noisy and under construction (looks like long term projects). Tiny bathroom with a sink in the shower.
