This hotel was a good stopover on our trip from California to Texas.
Clean room, beds were comfortable, quick check-in.
We were looking for something within a certain price range and Phoenix was too expensive. Day's Inn Casa Grande fit the price range and the requirements we wanted (continental breakfast and a refrigerator). It is not actually in Casa Grande, but in Eloy just South of the I-8 junction. Yes it is a truck stop exit, but I found it quiet. My husband heard parking lot noises, hearing people locking/unlocking their cars that have those loud beeps. I never heard a thing. Go figure as we both wear ear plugs at night when traveling. We did run the heater all night and that dimmed any exterior noises. The room was very small, which the receptionist showed us first before we accepted it. It was in the older section, on the ground floor. I suppose it was for a single person, but we have a full size bed at home and this one was probably a 3/4 or small full bed. It was great for us as we are used to sleeping close. Although the room was small, it had all of the amenities: fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, iron and board, hairdryer, tv. It was an old room, but it was very clean and everything functioned. I have absolutely no complaints. The Continental Breakfast had cold cereal, oatmeal pkgs, oranges, pastries, donuts, bagels, English muffins, eggs, biscuits and gravy. The OJ dispenser was empty. We ate adequately. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would we stop here again? Yes. This is what you look for, for an overnight stay.
I was very impressed with the staff @ Days Inn. I enjoyed my stay and found the staff friendly and helpful.. I would like to stay there on my next trip in May.
Was in and out, only slept there. Not a room that u would like to get comfy in.
The front desk clerk was very friendly , he gave clear directions and had information on where we could eat. The room was clean and inviting & bed was comfortable. Problems... our first morning there the cleaning staff were at the door early asking for the linens before I had showered. The pool was dirty.
Be advised that this is a truck stop area. There is a large truck stop right across the street with traffic (large trucks) coming in and out day and night. The noise really wasn't a problem as we ran the air conditioner all night. This is not in Casa Grande as indicated on the address and search info; it is in Eloy which is about 10 miles south of Casa Grande.I would suggest finding a motel in Casa Grande.
The room smelled like mold, the bathroom was not cleaned. The soap and shampoo were already used and left in the bathtub. The reception on the television had light snow.'
I was there 10 days while searching for a house. Room was fresh, very clean, front desk was orderly and professional, pool was nice, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Much, much better then ''The Budget Suite'' I am now at in Phoenix central and this is much more expensive. If you want a good clean hotel, clean sheets, professional service, a 30 second access from #10, and the best price in AzCity or Casa Grande (even Phoenix Central)
