Pros: welcoming, nice atmosphere, small sunken bath
Pros: the breakfast only
Cons: it was not good value for money, quite dirty, run down, i would not stay here again
Pros: Friendly staaf, good breakfast, nice silent place
Pros: Quiet during my stay. Staff polite but business-like
Cons: Hotel generally - drab, in need of re-furb or at the very least deco (my company is currently refurbishing a hotel in Harrogate). Room - not duly dirty but carpets, curtains etc need a good clean. Bathroom has mould on ceiling & two walls. This is due mainly to poor ventilation, however, room cleaners should have this under control and they don't.

Cons: check out 11.00, would pref 12.00, but not big issue.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly the young gentleman on reception.
Cons: TV was a little small relying on a set top aerial so he picture moved around.
Pros: Food and Staff were first class.
Cons: Nedd to improve on details. Broken TV and Remote. Stained mattress outside room.
Pros: Room clean and ? recently redecorated
Pros: Near to city centre
