Their parking is horrible...every spot was taken up, and several vehicles including myself had to either park behind someone else, or leave our car at the front entrance and risk getting towed away from the Fire Lane. Apparently, all their parking is taken up by the Ruth's Chris restaurant patrons, until they close. The room wasn't dirty or anything, but it was definitely not what I was expecting ...

Pros (+) It’s okay.
Cons (-) Staff is non-helpful. Ask for something they normally have or should be getting & all the answer you get is Sorry & Bye. It should be I am sorry, what can I get for you instead or do instead. Place is nasty & not well kept up. Don’t have enough parking for guest & people going to Ruth Chris at night. Construction all around, have you park in non-secure area & walk in the dark. Omelet bar not set u...
