About Enchantment of the Seas
Enchantment of the Seas, a Royal Caribbean Int. Vision-class cruise ship, was first launched in 1996. The ship journeys throughout the Caribbean, sailing out of Galveston, Miami and Port Canaveral. With 11 decks, Enchantment of the Seas caters to 2,252 passengers and there are 840 crew members onboard. This is a family-friendly cruise ship, with something for everyone to enjoy. From short 3-night itineraries to a week or more, ports of call include sundrenched destinations such as the Costa Maya, Cozumel, Nassau and CocoCay, which is an island reserved exclusively for guests of Royal Caribbean. Shore excursions here include snorkeling, riding waverunners and visiting an aquapark. In Cozumel, guests having the opportunity to drive a mini-submarine and, in the Costa Maya, explore the Mayan ruins. There are 19 cabin types to choose from onboard this ship. This includes inside staterooms, outside staterooms, balcony staterooms, and a variety of suites. The suites on offer are the Royal Suite, Royal Family Suite, Owner’s Suite, Junior Suite, and Grand Suite, all of which have a balcony. The Royal Suite truly is fit for royalty, featuring a baby grand piano, whirlpool bathtub, and separate living room. Dining highlights include prime steaks at Chops Grille and world flavors at Windjammer. In terms of entertainment, guests may enjoy outdoor movies, dance classes, a games arcade, original productions in the theatre, a rock climbing wall and numerous bars and lounges.
