Pros: The rooms were very cosy and comfortable!! The staff very helpful and always with a smile!
Cons: The lunch buffet was very good but need a little improvement.
Pros: Amazing food...so many to choose and all kind of foods and drinks(breakfast,lunch,dinner)...excellent service and polite working stuff!very very clean rooms and the hotel in general!!I totally recommend it!!!!love it!!!10/10!!!
Pros: We liked the fact that the hotel was very big clean and beautiful, large spacious rooms, service was excellent, and the pool really excellent
Cons: We expected the "all inclusive" hotel to be so .. ask us to pay for a safe which is in the room 3 euros a day! the food in the dining room was tasteless, the meat and chicken were not clean and we usually ate salads (which were not something either) The selection was really limited. very disappointing
Pros: Our room!! We were on the 5th floor and had a view of the sea which we could enjoy from the floor to ceiling balcony windows. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was spotless clean.
Cons: The staff didn't really know a lot about the hotel when we were asking around for advice, but the girls at the reception were friendly and helpful. There were unattended drinks around the poolside which were dropping in the pool and were not cleaned up. The food was mediocre.
Pros: Excellent location and friendly helpful staff. Will definitely stay again
Pros: We liked the facilities, the atmosphere , service hard working staff
Cons: The quality of food was rather poor especially at the greek restaurant which is part of the hotel. ( we are mainland cypriot so that is why we cannot recommend it )
Pros: Nice staff, 20-30 minutes walk to the harbor.
Cons: Food is standard, nothing special, not worth the price, we ate outside even though we had all inclusive...They reused the chicken from dinner and try to mask it with sauce and served it on the next day lunch. Also they pre charged my card in the full amount more than a month before my stay...
Pros: The property is all inclusive and there’s very little need to get or pay for anything else. It was very relaxing and had something going on whether a meal or event at all times of the day. The staff is mostly nice and helpful.
Cons: The property could have been a little cleaner and we had some confusion about the checking out date.
Cons: They did not change our bedsheet during the 7 days...
Pros: The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are comfortable and everything well look after. The food was very nice , The facilities very good and the all inclusive package allows you to enjoy your holidays without having to worry about anything. You just relax and enjoy your stay. Very good for couples.
Cons: The fact that the swimming pool closes at 18:00 instead of 20:00 as the time between 18:00 to 20:00 is the best time in CYPRUS to enjoy swimming without having to worry about getting sun burned.
Louis Ivi Mare is the perfect oasis for visitors seeking a premium Mediterranean holiday. With its blend of exquisite personal service, tasteful décor, spacious and luxurious rooms and dedicated quiet areas, guests enjoy elegance, comfort and style in an exclusive environment.
Pros: Everything was great
Cons: The food was good but need improvement. The selection is ok but meat was dry, or over cooked Missing salts vegetables in the morning, basic food not more.
Pros: Wonderful space and decoration, clean and spacious room, well balanced and very delicious breakfast and dinner buffet and the most amazing staff ever! Every single person working at the hotel - literally everyone - sets the bar super hero high with their customer service skills.
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel!! Cannot really describe how helpful and lovely the staff is!! They go over and above to satisfy the guests!! We really felt spoiled!! Everything is brand new and clean to very high standards. Great rooms and great views! Massage at spa was just perfect! Keep up the great work!! xx
Cons: constructive feedback, not that we didn't like it: No decaf cappuccino available at breakfast nor at the bar upstairs just decaf nescafe. No non dairy milk option available. Music night (Thursday night) was not very entertaining. Water at indoor pool was very cold. Water at outdoor pool was very warm. Cot bed for baby didn't have a mattress inside, they've put a quilt instead which cannot be used for newborns therefore the baby slept with us on the bed.
Pros: Was perfect. The courteous staff always helped happily. the hotel opened two months ago and everything is new, clean. nicely decorated and modern. It is highly recommended
Cons: All was great
Pros: Super clean, very polite employees, quiet, comfortable, pool was perfect, very rich breakfast
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: Very welcoming staff with great level of engagement. You don’t get this a lot in Cyprus. Spa is amazing offering variety of treatments that everyone should try. Pool area and facilities are fantastic. Room was clean and very comfortable. Restaurant options of greek and asian options are available for a romantic dinner by the pool.
Pros: The staff is very welcoming. The swimming pool is outstanding! The room was lovely as well as the view. We took half board. I didn't had much choice in the hotel's restaurant since the menu is limited to specific dishes, but the staff was very kind and exceptionally gave me a wider choice
Cons: Wider variety in breakfast. We booked a half board and it was not clear that in the restaurant you get only limited menu to choose from. The service in the pool was not good. It was slow and when we seat across from the bat it was very difficult to get service
Pros: Brand new hotel only a few months in operation, so everything in absolute order and spotless . Extremely helpful and attentive staff. Superb breakfast on terrace a few metres away from beach. Three restaurants to choose from for dinner - buffet, Greek and Japanese fusion. Loved it!
The House of the Sophias Bed and Breakfast is part of a delightful village stone house situated in the centre of Episkopi village, Paphos. The unassuming exterior hides a house of great charm. Built around a central courtyard there are three guest bedrooms and a breakfast room dedicated to our guests. All rooms are finished to a high standard. They have been tastefully restored whilst maintaining their traditional character. The bathrooms have Jacuzzi showers, and the dining room has crystal and silver plate tableware. The house is situated in the picturesque Ezousa Valley and the European Walkway,E4, runs past our doorway making this an ideal stopover for walkers. The valley is an important area for flora and fauna and is showcased in the Episkopi Environmental Centre. The other main tourist attractions in the village are the ancient Church of Agois Ilarion o Megas and the 70 metre high Episkopi Cliff "Meteora of Cyprus". This is claimed to be the highest inland cliff in Europe.
Pros: Liz and her husband welcome us with a big smile on her face, very clean room, for sure I'll be back. 10/10
Cons: Everything is perfect.
Pros: Very friendly couple and really nice, well-restored house in traditional style. Would stay there again!
Cons: Do not follow Google maps to get there but read the instructions sent by the hosts!!!
Pros: The location and property are beautiful. The owners are really nice and welcoming people, very helpful with recommendations of where to go and where to eat. We had great time there.
Pros: Staff was very helpful and friendly The room was very clean and tidy It was dog friendly Very nice atmosphere
Cons: WiFi was not working properly TV had only 2 channels to watch
Pros: Excellent breakfast! Better than in any restaurant. VeryGuests can choose from a whole list of choices, extraordinary!
Cons: Very English furniture, rather small.
Pros: We booked this accomodation late at night and were welcomed warmly and woke up to a lovely breakfast in a beautiful quaint setting. The hosts were warm and welcoming and we would highly recommend the House of Sofia.
Pros: The owners Liz and Harry make you immediately feel like home. The family room upstairs, a pure jewel, space, view, comfort, all excellent. Very nice, generous hearty breakfast served in the charming patio, real delight. An amazing property, where charm and comfort get perfectly along.
Cons: Not much to do in the village, but a great stop on the way to... Great to rest, relax and move to next destination.
Pros: Beautifully restored property, courtyard table and seats. Very quiet country location, good views and walks from village. Friendly and helpful owners.
Cons: Room very small to be described as deluxe, even for two slim people . Needed several sprays to kill Mosquitoes (which did work -not bitten). Orange juice not fresh though surrounded by orange trees. 9 winding mountainous kilometres to nearest restaurant and small shop.
Pros: From the moment we stepped through the front door we felt at home, Liz and Harry were the perfect hosts & not to forget to mention Sadie (the family dog, SOO cute and very obedient). Liz and Harry were always around to tend to our needs as we were attending my son's wedding, Great house keeping in our rooms and all the little extras in the bathrooms. Beautiful courtyard to have breakfast in the morning sun, cute cosy veranda to chill in the evening after a busy day (Sadie joined us several times). Set in an amazing area with mountains in every view and a cute white church just above on the mountain side. We were sad to leave as we felt we were leaving family...
When you stay at this aparthotel in Mandria, you'll be near the airport, within a 15-minute drive of Aphrodite's Rock and Aphrodite Hills Golf. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Pigeons & lack of balcony furniture
Pros: Staff friendly and helpful, location and facilities, partner likes days by the pool , I like cycling in the Troodos mountains which are in easy reach by car. Lots to see and do around the area , handy and good restaurants in the village. The apartments are OK not luxury but not bad either .
Cons: We have been before so our expectations where not too high , Its a location that seems to have a dilemma , my guess is it was built for couples and the odd family which has now moved towards providing family holidays. The pool area is not really big enough for loads of kids nor does it really have any other facilities , on a couple of occasions there were very heated rows almost to the point of fights over sun loungers and umbrellas , during the second week the staff started removing towels from unattended beds. Its a lovely place but you pay a premium over other local accommodation and I'm not really sure what you get for the extra money . We will go back no doubt with an expectation of OK accommodation. The seats on the apartments balcony had to be the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on.
Pros: Great location close to the airport but quiet and family friendly. The apartments are nicely furnished with all mod cons and great air con. The pools are very nice, not overcrowded and we never had a problem finding a sunbed.
Cons: The wifi was dreadful. We couldn't even rely on data roaming as the phone signal was so bad. There are only 5 TV channels, all of which are Russian or Arabic except Sky News.
Pros: It was close to where we wanted to go. The facilities were above expectations, with the bonus of a washer dryer in the kitchen. Very sizable accommodation and lost of space both inside and out.
Cons: Lack of shopping facilities (ie mini market, bar, kiosk and restaurant or eating facilities) on site. Tiles coming away from the bottom of the smaller swimming pool.
Pros: Very good location, clean pool, big rooms
Cons: Not clean daily, lacks towels
Pros: The apartment was spacious and clean with all modern conveniences and effective air conditioning. We had a lovely big terrace which overlooked the pool area, but still felt private because it was screened by shrubs and bushes. The pool was fantastic, particularly for young children. It was kept spotlessly clean. The gardens were lush and extremely well maintained. All staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent; two minutes walk brings you into the village of Mandria where there is a selection of excellent restaurants and bars, and a small supermarket. The airport is only a ten minute taxi ride away, and the centre of Paphos only ten minutes by car, or you can get a public bus, as out teenagers did. All in all an excellent resort, we had a fabulous holiday in Cyprus, and will definitely be returning to Aphrodite Sands in the near future!
Pros: The pool
Cons: All week without bed linen change It was not indicate while ordering we should buy everting for our stay there
Pros: The manageress Lia was fantastic. Incredibly helpful before we arrived and whilst we stayed. Nothing was too much trouble and you honestly felt she wanted your holiday to be a stress free as possible.
Cons: The lighting in our apartment was poor plus the flushing system on the toilets need replacing. I would warn anyone not to stay in room 101 above reception as the noise early in the morning plus all the late arrivals will keep you awake
Pros: Apt was very nice and clean
Cons: The WiFi is shocking and for that we wouldn’t stay again
Pros: The location is nice and very close to the airport. The apartment was big and had everything we needed and the staff were amazing, really helpful!
Cons: There were certain aspects of the apartment that could have been better such as the broken blind and leaking sink. The main issue is other guests reserving sun beds by the pool, even though the property states that there is no reserving beds. Unless you are up at about 7am all of the sun beds will be reserved and some stay that way all day with nobody using them.
