The hotel is just fine--decent rooms, fair price, good amenities, etc. I offered my credit card at the front desk as is usual, and the attendant said she didn't need it. Then, when I was fast asleep, she called me on the phone asking for it. I was clearly being woken up and asked to give her the information in the morning. She refused so I had to wake up further to read her the card details. I did not get back to sleep for hours. The sole reason I went to the hotel was to escape an overcrowded house and get some sleep. This disturbance is clearly unacceptable and undoes anything decent I have to say about the place.
Convenient location. Shower didn't work. Vending machine gave melted candy bars and hot soda. Took 30 minutes to check in. Staff unfriendly.
During my stay I never heard any noise from the lobby or the rooms next door. The bathroom was clean and had fresh towels as well as the bed sheets. There was no fan in the bathroom so the door had to stay open while taking a shower.
Housekeeping is doing an excellent job keeping the place in great shape. My room was very comfortable, and the property is well-lit and feels safe at night. The front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. Carefully check your invoice for improperly-billed charges. I booked and pre-paid online. On arrival, the front desk removed the pre-paid billing information and put in my credit card instead (not for incidentals, for the whole bill). When I brought this to the staffer's attention, she said there was no way she knew to get the pre-paid info back onto the bill. So i had to use the hotel's computer to print her a copy of my priceline.com receipt. About 15 minutes after I got to my room, she called and asked for the phone number I gave priceline when I booked the room. I informed her it was on the receipt I'd printed, and then talked her through locating it. The next morning I found two bills under my door. First, there was my incidentals bill, which was correct and reflected my personal credit card number. Then there was the bill that should have had the pre-paid information and a zero balance. Instead, the hotel had tacked on an extra night's stay and taxes to my bill, effectively doubling the amount they were going to charge me for my stay. I went back to the front desk and explained the problem to a different employee. At first, she didn't believe me that the hotel had billed me twice for one night's stay, then she misunderstood the amount of the pre-paid charge. After much explaining, the bill was corrected and I left. That's why I recommend carefully checking your bills at this hotel -- you can't trust them to get the math right on their own.
cookies upon arrival. Breakfast was awesome. There were hot eggs sausage and bacon. Everything was so clean. I would definitely stay here again!!!
The room was spacious and comfortable; however, the carpet had few red stains, which we showed management . The complimentary breakfast was great-- good coffee, scramble or hardboiled eggs, pasteries, yogurt, fruil juices, and cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon rolls were advertised as being excellent and they were. The bed was comfortable with good support and firm.
All hotels in this town are overpriced, in my opinion. This property offers the basic amenities plus an indoor pool. The free breakfast was ok. Bed mattress was not the most comfortable and is probably due for replacement. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Location is the best feature, convenient to downtown area and highway access. No restaurant on site, but within walking distance.
We often stay at the Holiday Inn when visiting in Easton. They have great service, and very nice rooms. It's also a newer hotel.
I stayed here for one night before a race and will not return. They hosted a large church group that was overrun with children around a 10:1 (child to adult) ratio. The kids overran the pool and were doing cannonballs, playing with balls and other toys, were loud and one even kept trying to touch me in an inappropriate place. The 'adults' supervising all of these children also flaunted the pool rules (no food, for instance) and were just as unruly as the children. The kids overran the gym area, sometimes 2-3 people per machine. When I told the staff, someone made motion to do something, but they were back at it within minutes. The group also kept knocking on doors and running up and down the halls during the night and the following morning. There were also people loitering in the parking lot listening to music after 10pm. The internet was also out for the entire night. The room itself was comfortable, complete with a fridge and microwave, two queen sized beds and very clean. When I reported to the staff the next day how unruly the group was throughout the night as well as reminded of my multiple complaints of their behavior in the pool/exercise room area, no apology was offered nor was there any attempt to even discuss it further. I will not return nor would I ever recommend the hotel to anyone else, which is saying a lot as I'm a priority club member. This is the only Holiday Inn where this has been a problem.
We only live less than two hours away, but decided we wanted to do Dorney Park in two days and stay at a hotel for that true ''vacation'' experience. We wanted a place that was a great value and location and we were not disappointed!! We were able to park there the first day, even though check-in wasn't until 3pm. They have plenty of discount tickets to Dorney ($30 each rather than $40 at the gate) and you can literally walk across the street. It is a four lane highway, but traffic was surprisingly slow (because of two traffic lights that you can't see). My husband and my two children (ages 7 and 8) were able to cross safely many times. So besides saving the money on parking (at $10 a car!) we were actually closer than a lot of those spots in Dorney's own lot. It also gave us the freedom to go somewhere else for dinner (much cheaper than dinner in the park and more options) and rest and shower. There is a great Hibatchi place down the street as well as Fridays and Perkins and various fast food places. Ask the front desk for coupons - they are incredibly nice. And definitely try Ice Cream World next door - tons of unique flavors! The room was simple and clean with large HDTV, a good sized refrigerator, microwave and hair dryer. Towels were well stocked and there were all the little toiletries too. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the pillows even had labels of ''firm'' and ''soft'' for just the right mix. We didn't hear any noise from the other rooms or hallway. And the free breakfast was delicious with great variety. My whole family had a different breakfast and enjoyed it. Will definitely stay again!
excellent stay. Front desk staff extremely professional and courteous. Hot breakfast exceeded expectations. On the day of departure, we left prior to breakfast being served. However, the front desk person fixed us a snack to take with us.Staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. Will definitely stay there on my next visit.
This hotel offers free hot and cold breakfast. They have free water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate all day long. The rooms were impeccable. I thoroughly loved my sitting area with the couch and my big king-sized bed. They had an unbelievable amount of channels to watch. There were many places to easily walk to and go to eat. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. I found absolutely nothing wrong with it!
I must say, I stay at alot of HoIlday Inn Express' around the United States for business and this one in general was one of the nicest, cleanest, and unique Hoilday Inn Express'. The staff was more than helpful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I will probably back there for business again and I will make sure I book a room with them.
Once inside the room it was like any medium priced hotel room: 2 beds, flatscreen TV, mini fridge, microwave. It was very clean considering... I felt like it was a hooker hotel complete with drug addicts and pimps outside the front door and even in the lobby. it was very sketchy. We were only 3 blocks from the Crayola Factory but this was no place I would ever bring a young family. Even the staff seemed "strung out".
Given the great location, it's surprising just how bad this hotel was. Left early because it was literally uncomfortable to be there. Avoid this hotel.
Staff was friendly. Rooms was smelly and dark, fuzzynes on TV screen, only two available outlate to plug in tables, PC, phones... Etc.
during my visit i encountered a very dirty bathroom, so dirty i wore my flip flops in the shower! it also was very stuffy air quality; i also had requested a smoking room and did not recieve one. not sure if ill ever stay there again, unless desperate changes are made.
Rate for king size bed was under $100/night. Quiet. Even though the room is non-smoking now, it and hallways still reek of cigarette smoke.
Price Location Breakfast Room needs repair/upgrades
Didn't get to stay Did not honor my reservation and front desk was no help, booking.com was not helpful in resolving issue- I had to book another hotel out of pocket at 11pm
Clean really comfortable beds nice staff more than generous breakfast parking by unit great access to tpk
Asking for an upgrade w/ Our AARP card and receiving it at a great rate!! Staff was accomadating & faxing was a breeze.Excellent location.Comfy beds.pkenty of rm in the 2 db. Bed room. Works fir an extended stay!! Key card was problematic.Washing machine had a "Out of order sign on it "yet someone was drying wet clothes.Fitness Center outof date. Rm Decor was dated but beds were very comfortable!!
This place should be condemned. Can't believe it is flagged Ramada. Place is filthy.
Our room was beautiful. We were expecting a room with a bed and bathroom, what we had was a beautiful suite which was very, very clean! The bed was soooo comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Hallway was very warm and stuffy. There was a coffee maker with packets of coffee, but we didn't use it as there was no packets of sugar or creamer.
The location of the hotel and the room I was given was off the main traffic area and the shower was nice lack of servicing each day. had to get my own towels and linens daily. air conditioner unit smelled horrible, like mold and urine.
Got a non-smoking room that stunk of cigarette smoke. The shower was terrible. Windows were broken.
Pool had no lights
The cable in my room was not working. I tried to connect to the Wifi but that was a total failure. The heater did not heat up the room so it was really cold all night. The smell of mold lingered thought out the room and the outside deck and stairway was slippery
Nothing about this stay was good. Sub standard room Dirty sheets Dirty blanket with burn holes Even when new linens were provided, the blanket was worn and dirty Coffeemaker but with no cups! No cups in bathroom; had to use cupped hands Wifi didn't work Surprised the Ramada brand would keep this place open.
This was my first experience booking a B & B. I found it exceptionally comfortable, quiet and accommodating. I am totally sold on B & B's! Absolutely nothing!
The staff and innkeepers were very gracious. All of the grounds and building were beautifully maintained.
Great new hotel, Great location, Clean rooms and helping staff
price, convenient area to get to my conference, clean and breakfast included
Nice breakfast with lots of choices. The king bed in our room was awful. We both kept rolling to the center all night.
The rooms are freshly updated & the front desk staff were excellent
It was clean and the staff seemed to always be willing to go out of their way to help. This was a lovely experience. We loved our stay, thank you so much!

Good pool. Good bathroom fixtures. Comfortable beds. Room could have been cleaner. We found a lot of hairs in the bathroom.

Pros- convenient location off the highway, safe area, friendly staff, pool, ok breakfast, room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave. It was fine but not that great. The room was clean enough but some peeling paint, ants in the bathroom but otherwise no big deal. Bed was clean and comfortable. I didn't like that our ground floor room's curtain didn't close... But overall it was fine.
The staff was excellent and very friendly. Bed was very comfy and the tv was great. The room had a musty smell. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest and looked like it might have flooded. This was a third floor room. Breakfast was usual nasty fare.

The location in the charming town of Frenchtown was great. The overall look of the room and the public spaces was sophisticated and comfortable. Attention to a few details would have boosted my rating to excellent. The towels were ok, the window coverings in my room did not operate and were a bit weather beaten and I get it, it's an old hotel but replacing the 10x10 block of wood under the radiator in the bathroom with even a 3x3 block of wood would have made a difference aesthetically. As a solo traveler I would have like to see a lock on the window that opened on to a deck.
It was very clean, warm and cozy. We felt safe and like we were at our grandparents house. It was very lovely.
This was the best hotel bargain I've ever experienced. Room was spectacular, in clean like new condition. 2 large flat screen TV's-one in sitting area another in bedroom. Cozy country style furnishings, a semicanopy over a huge king size bed-1st class Rooms are spread out in several buildings and each has its own numbered parking spot. Map was confusing and it took some time to locate my room.
The fact that you could walk to everything in Peddlers VillageThe breakfast was nice and the staff was extremely friendly It took 3 trys for my key to work in the doorThe toilet ranThe bed was so high it was hard to get in for a 5'2' woman
Beautiful clean room and great location. The linens were cheap and stiff, like polyester; the mattress was lumpy and not of the quality expected for a hotel of this caliber. The breakfast was mediocre, with the only hot item dry and inedible.
Quiet, beautiful setting. Parking next to room. Curtains and blinds needed minor repair
Nothing - we gave this hotel a second chance and had a worse experience than the first time. The so-called 'renovated' rooms have old stained mattresses and dirty bed pads. There are limited elevators and no carts to carry your luggage. The hotel manager is a bully and will ignore your bringing the problems of the hotel to his attention.
location no phone book in suite. Breakfast provided was marginal
I liked the ambiance and the location of hotel. I did not like the fact that there were no elevators in our section of the rooms.
Very friendly and cozy place. There is not her I didn't like.
The location was good for Peddlers' Village and there were some discount coupons. Our room was up a flight of stairs and then down 3 more stairs when we got to the 2nd floor with no elevator so we had to drag our heavy luggage up and down ourselves.
1st room, we had a bad air conditioning unit. In the middle of the night, we had to turn off the unit, because of a strong electrical burning smell. We had to open windows and door to clear the air.
