Pool, sauna, steam room, breakfast and location close to old town all excellent. Landau's excellent brew-pub with good value local food and a smoking room is less than 10 minutes on foot. Internet access very expensive via commercial HotSpot at €8/hr. in contradiction to Hotel Overview's: "The Parkhotel Landau welcomes you to enjoy its elegantly furnished, peaceful rooms with free wireless internet access". Parking also only free from 19:00 to 09:00. Restaurant very expensive for dinner compared to local alternatives.
The staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was very good, free overnight parking, nice city.
friendly staff, nice location, spacious & clean bathroom, pretty good breakfast with a wide variety of tea no A/C but only a small electrical fan in the room; bathroom could be brighter; shower doors could not be closed tightly enough
Great stopover stay , lovely old world architecture , warm family atmosphere , good value , highly recommended
The family atmosphere in a small village
very warm welcome at the breakfast table; ideal for passing through from austria to belgium. sat tv didn't work properly.
We found the hotel well beyond our expectations. The room we were given was charming and full of character. The owners were very friendly and work very hard to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
The first impression wasn't great...but everything was excellent. It's a kind of place everybody want to be there. Lovely and cozy.... My husband and I stayed only one night there and we fell in love with the "Villa Delange." Someday I want to be there with my kids again. Karen and John (the owners) were very nice and kind and two lovely twin boys were so adorable. It was the best hotel in my life.
This hotel was a real gem. Not for people who want lots of nightlife, shopping, children's amusements etc. but if you like peace and quiet, beautiful countryside and lovely little villages, then this is for you. It was a very pretty building with lovely views of the forested hills of the Pfalz. The bedrooms were superb with balconies and little kitchen areas. I would have liked a bathtub but the bathrooms were very good nevertheless. The breakfast was excellent and we had a very friendly welcome. We only had one night there as we were driving to the Alps but will definitely return if we are in the area again. The day we came was the hotel's "Ruhetag" when their restaurant was closed which was a shame as the menu looked very nice. However, this seems to happen with all small hotels in Germany and we will try and make sure we are there on another day in future.
Excellent room, friendly staff, quiet location It would not accept credit cards and this is not apparent when booking
Fantastic family run hotel, hosts are very friendly and ready to provide ideas on places to visit and things to do nearby the hotel. Charming, large rooms with very confortable beds, a large balcony and even a small kitchen with cookware. Delicious and complete breakfast.
It's a great hotel!
Spacious room, free wifi availability. Quiet room with balcony.
Excellent, attentive, professional service from the family in charge. Very spacious rooms and peaceful mountain surroundings. Sadly, but understandably, their restaurant was not open on our Monday stay.
Everything about this hotel is of the highest standard from the welcome at reception to checkout. The staff were extremely helpful and one in particular went out of her way to help with translation and explanation of the menu and winelist. Their own wine is great and good value. The rooms were very big, well equipped and the whole place was very clean. I will definitely use it again.
The quality of fittings and the size of the bedroom and bathroom. The fact we didn't have more time to enjoy the hotel.
The location is great and the food is good. The town itself is very nice. No problems
Service, rooms, location and food excellent. No.
Beautiful, Very nice.
This was a really good hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. . It was great to sit on the terrace, enjoy the evening sun and views with great food and beer. Great location for the auto-route. I would return.
Very picturesque small village surrounded by vineyards. Good access to Autobahns for the those going to Bavaria / Austria / Switz.Very good restaurant and wine list. No
Staying in the winelands is always nice. The hotel is comfortable and well situated if you like wines. The staff was very nice and helpfull. The cusine is on the wrong track with the dishes to complicated and just not well cooked. Here as always less is is more.
It is very nice country side hotel
Both the bedroom and bathroom were very spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was ample and the staff were both friendly and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Hotel Rebmann again.
The restaurant for dinner is excellent, the best I've eaten at in Germany. I'd stay there just for the restaurant. Good breakfast, too.
They need to post a "sign" near the roadside so that they are easier to find (went past the hotel twice).
Good food, comfortable room in a nice location Some noise from the road. Breakfast not available before 8.00am.
Very nice people and very helpful. Food excellant Breakfast good but could do better
A good well run family owned hotel
The attention to detail of the hotel was wonderful. The owners are friendly and care that things are beautiful and pleasant without being pretentious. Breakfast was a typical European experience and sitting outside was a wonderful option. The hotel grounds were particularly nice as well. The hotel is right by the road so there is some noise from the cars.
Very comfortable bedroom with beautiful views over the lake. The main road next to the hotel was rather noisy early in the morning. The ensuite bathroom was very small, though fittings were modern.
i personally did not stay there myself. booked it for my mum who is a 78 year old german lady and her partner. they were in Bad Bergzabern for the day to enjoy the wellness prgrams and the thermal waters and needed just a place to stay overnight. they had no problems finding it (i suppose they were warned) and were extremely excited about the place. they go to the area every year for an anniversary and thought tgis plca compared very favorably to where they stayed before.. they loved the location and surroundings, the friendliness of the staff and although they could only get a room facing the road to Pirmasens, they thought it was quiet. if there was anything, she did not tell me
Large, comfortable, well-furnished room. The proprietors were pleasant, professional, and helpful, in spite of the fact that we spoke little or no German and they spoke no English. Ordering dinner was hilarious, but the food was delicious. This hotel seems to be the "only act in town" other than a very enticing backerei just down the street...
Friendly staff, good food. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Friendly staff, good atmosphere and excellent food. No.
Very quiet and clean, big rooms. Excellent service! Free wireless internet that worked well. My husband and I and 4 children stayed for one night, and have no complaints at all.
