Everything. The host was especially nice. Great balcony, excellent breakfast, easy parking, wi-fi worked.
It was very clean, a very relaxing and homey atmosphere, the food was very good and even though I speak very little German the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for families or people who just want a nice quiet and safe place to stay. no
Friendly staff, newly decorated room with good facilities. Best price quality ratio for the region.
Dining at their restaurant was fantastic! Everything we ate off the menu was super delicious. Every item is reasonably priced. The hotel's staff were very, very friendly. We highly recommend this hotel and we will come back again. The church bells ringing early in the morning...
Very friendly & helpful staff and owners. Excellent value, lovely area. Recommended!
Everything was very good Not much english lituture
It was quiet, comfortable, excellent service and fantastic scenary. The free WiFi was a pleasant surprize! I would have liked to use a credit card but they didn't take them. However, the rate was so good and I knew ahead of time about this policy so I took measures to pay for my stay. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Excellent accommodations and service for the price; very affordable satisfying and tasty meals, very friendly atmosphere. German style double beds, I understand it goes with the hotel's theme but they are not too suitable for a couple. However this was not a big issue.
The staff was very friendly! I also enjoyed the country atmosphere.
low prices - room, food and drinks, yet good service hart to find on a dark winther evening
Beautiful area, hiking, free internet, friendly staff, a little difficult to find so print out a map or use GPS. (don't use on-line directions)
Location on the town square
convenient, restaurant in hotel, fair internet prices
Wonderful at home atmosphere.
Great place, staff, and location. Lots of value for the cost.
The room was very cozy for the price paid. Excellent value! a bit farther from the city I wanted to visit and stay in, but still would stay again.
They were expecting me at reception, so I didn't have to introduce myself. The room was very good. They laid on breakfast at 6.30am for me, which was half an hour before their normal starting time. No
comfortable rooms and very kind staff.
I stayed at the Konigsteiner Hof on 20 Aug 2010, the hotel was very clean and the family which operated it was nice and supportive. They spoke English, enough to understand what I asked for during the stay. It is located in the middle of the small town, located away from everything. I was there waiting for my daughter to complete and sports camp. The room was adequate and brightly decorated, which was nice. Unfortunately, the hotel was not as close to the US military facilities as I hoped. The wireless internet had poor connection reception and you had to go down to the staff for a new internet code after every 2hrs of use, (as I have college study online and spent most of my time while in the hotel needing internet access) this made it painful. The television had no English speaking stations(suppose to have had CNN,that was the only station that did NOT work). Also, I used the sauna one after for about 45mins and when I checked out my bill included a 5euro(approx 8 dollars) charge for the use. Too much early morning and late night noise due to location. Will not stay there again.
The staff was very friendly. The room was extremely clean. The hotel restaurant had very tasty food and there were also three other good restaurants within 200 meters.
Excellent value for money and lovely big room. Definately one I'd go back to!
Very welcome atmosphere, excellent breakfast, nice staff, spacious room Only small bad point: parking in front of hotel only 2 hours (between 8 and 18h). Free parking is in the neighbourhood, but less comfortable (when it's snowing and you have a lot of luggage)
checkin was possible even after 9pm. room was very nice and clean - with beautiful balcony. there's a church right next door; the church bells were ringing for minutes at 6am on a saturday morning...
