Pros: The place was just beautiful!!!! The hosts are really kind and helpful, the breakfast was rich and tasty, the option to take bikes to the lake was great and the view - the best. We order the smallest room, which is less recommneded, because it has no view and its really small. Beside that, everything was super!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly host, modern apartment.
Cons: Could possibly be difficult to share facilities with other guests if all of the rooms were being used. Not many toilets for the amount of bedrooms. Also lots of noise from street at weekend.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best accomodation I ever had, especially because of the owner of the hostel. I have never met such a friendly, communicative, interesting, polite and helping guy. He loves what he does!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner Jose is the most genuinely kind and helpful person imaginable! A local his entire life, he went out of his way to provide suggestions, check on bus and transit options, suggest places to eat and drink! The historic center is stunning, the bed was very comfortable, and wifi was good. The shower was nice, and the bathroom floor even had hydronic heating.
Cons: Don't rely on google maps to get you to the door of the hostel... I had a slight confusion with the directions, but was able to get it cleared up (without cell service at that time)... Literally next door to the pharmacy. ;)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great, superb location, simple but very clean room, also the battroom. Very friendly owner with flexible check in/out times and nice tips for going around the town.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The locatiom is perfect, the owner is nice and helpful. Tidy and clean. Nice beds. There weren't many hosts so it was cosy as well. Even if, the fact that it has small rooms (up to 4 people) makes you feel comfortable and safe.
Cons: Maybe if the hostal gets full, the bathrooms won't be enough
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great as it wasn't far from were I got dropped off by the coach.
Cons: Having a drunk guest get in my bed while I was out of the room and I have a photo to prove it, which I have supplied, but it was not long til I had to leave anyway thank goodness and also the stay wasn't long enough to appreciate it more.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing host - José, you are doing a great job, keep going! I wish I could stay longer.. but next time I will choose this hostel for sure! Clean, comfortable, best location. Feels like home!
Cons: Nothing to complain about

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Once in the flat it was within walking distance of most of the town. Victoria Gasteiz has many very good bars and restaurants.
Cons: Parking and unloading luggage was not convenient. Charging even for tea bags and coffee capsules seems ungenerous.

Pros: No breakfast was offered, but in the room there were snacks and food for breakfast that you could purchase leaving the money in a pot, for a reasonable price, including coffee for free. The room was big and comfortable and the staff allowed us a late check out of two hours for free, which we needed for work.

Pros: Very nice staff and good breakfast. Rooms simple but clean.
Cons: Getting there by car is a bit complicated but once you get it it is OK... (better to go direct to the public car park located under the square... The pedestrian exit is just meters away from the Hotel
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location right in the centre of the old town. Lots of very good restaurants and livily atmosphere. The Hotel was spotless with quaint olde-world decor. The manager was very pleasant and helpful
Cons: The reception and rooms started one floor up from the entrance, which meant that everyone had to use the stairs. as there was no lift, which would be difficult for anyone with a disability. HOWEVER, the manager kindly carried our cases up and down when requireed.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location, spacious room, friendly staff
Cons: In the booking.com ad it said there was parking when in fact there’s just a public car park near the hotel at €10 for 24 hrs

Cons: There was nothing that i didnt like at the hotel
7.0 Good
Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: All was ok
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good, with croissant, fresh orange juice, cheese, toasts etc. Great service by owner. Located just opposite tourism office, and 3min walk to the bus stand.
Cons: The place becomes lively in the evening, the bar on the ground floor next door receives plenty of locals. Kids play in the square nearby. So very noisy. But on a positive note you get the real life immersion into the basque life!
7.5 Good
Pros: When we arrived, the manager even found us a parking place, and helped us back to the Hotel with our luggage. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a stocked fridge, and the breakfast was excellent. The following morning, the manager carried our bags back to the car.
Cons: The closest you can get with a car is 150m, and parking needs to be found wherever a space is free in the area, which means you could be driving around for ages. The rooms overlook the town square, so if you would like an early night, forget it. At the weekend, people are eating, drinking, and chatting close by until 4am or 5am. Then at 6:30 - 7:00 the street cleaners arrive with fan assisted rubbish blowers.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the fruit, fresh orange juice and the ability to toast my own gluten-free bread.
Cons: It would be nice to have gluten-free muffins available for those like me who can't eat gluten.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff, Very decent breakfast, fantastic location. No pretensions to being a five-star hotel, but it was really perfect for my needs and I would recommend it to most travelers.
Cons: Very decent breakfast, fantastic location. No pretensions to being a five-star hotel, but it was really perfect for my needs and I would recommend it to most travelers.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The bedroom was very clean and the beds comfortable.

Pros: Location, location, location. Quiet rooms overlooking the Plaza de la Virgin Blanco. Couldn't be better.
Cons: Nothing we didn't like.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location
Cons: Parking to off load quite a distance and overnight public parking not conveniently close We. We’re on third floor and no lift
4.5 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: I came for the Ironman Vitoria. All i needed is to have s good sleep before the race and a place to cook. The owner wasn't pleasant at all. She accused me for a problem they had in the toilets. I slept there only one night before the problem occurred and had nothing to do with it. She said that i threw wipes to the toilets. I opened the garbage can to show her my wipes in it and she continued accusing me instead of apologizing. Also she gave me the feeling that i can't use the facilities of the hostel. Her worker was nice but she is not.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location and friendly staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best of all was the location (on Plaza del Virgin Blanca) but we liked everything about this place - the aesthetic design (modern), the comfort of beds and pillows, and the staff.
Cons: Only thing to be aware of it a series 3 sets of stairs to get to entrance. Also, self-serve check-in after 2:30 -
7.7 Good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ease of booking and checking in. Its location. Cleanliness. Lovely rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Just loved it! The complimentary coffee/tea and morning cake.
Cons: Nothing.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, Very nice room, the breakfast is a nice extra. There is no permanent reception but staff is available through WhatsApp.
7.5 Good
Pros: Beds
Cons: Breakfast really sucks
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, air con (it was during the heatwave that we were staying.), quiet, clean and comfortable. Public parking close by.
Cons: We were in rooms apart from the hotel and it was not immediately obvious where they were from the parking spot, which we found easily. A phone call soon sorted out the problem. When you get to the short stay hotel parking spot there is a sign on the wall but you have to walk all the way along the cloister type pathway to number 1. Easy once you know
7.7 Good
Pros: Old Town setting, character of building, decor of rooms and bathrooms, comfort of beds, breakfast included, good friendly breakfast service.
Cons: We had difficulty finding the right door to get into the building but we called on the phone and the receptionist came right out to find us.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean interesting rooms, very friendly staff, nice bonuses - computer access, skylight, etc.
Cons: If church bells bother you, bring earplugs, also some pedestrian noise at night, but we were there on a weekend...
7.0 Good
Cons: very difficult to find parking for the car
7.7 Good
Pros: Very friendly staff: they couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Vitoria with wonderful views over the square, which, while we were there was alive with festivities, music, drama and pageant. Breakfast was not large but of excellent quality.
Cons: It is awkward to find and parking is a problem, but quite frankly our stay was well worth that hassle.
7.0 Good
Pros: A real funky little find!
Cons: Hard to find!

Cons:

Cons:

Pros: The hotrl is situated excellently - in the historical building La Casa De Los Arquillos, just in the place, where historical quarter adjoins the most beautiful part of new city. The stuff is very friendly. Wireless internet and a desktop computer are both available for free.
Cons:
7.2 Good
Pros: good service, good breakfast, location, free use of internet facilities, stylish and modern rooms.
Cons: due to the location in the old part town we found a few dodgy characters hanging around the entrance to the hotel on occasion, but wouldn't let that stop us staying there again.

Pros: The location was good, only a short walk to the city centre. The food was excellent.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A nice bathroom, pretty clean and good quality towels.
Cons: On the contrary, the air conditioning system old, very noisy and not powerful enough. The windows weren't properly sealed making the traffic noise getting into the room. The room a bit on the tight side.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location and price were the main plus points of this hotel.
Cons: The air-con didn’t cool the room down enough so I was forced to soak towels during the night and wrap them around me! Hotel lacked atmosphere- but maybe this is how it is in Vitoria-Gasteiz as a whole

Cons: We liked it all.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We had a lovely meal
Cons: Long walk into the centre
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great historical building which is well maintained in lovely surroundings. Beautifully clean with a large bathroom. Not over sure about the hydrotherapy shower - seemed a little complicated to use but praps that’s just my own incompetence. A little way out of the main town - about a 20 minute walk. We arrived on a Thursday night and were surprised to find the restaurant open which was excellent. I would check with the hotel about opening hours if you are going mid week. Really pleasant, helpful receptionist. WiFi a little shaky outside main areas. Breakfast good.

8.8 Excellent
Cons: It was Sunday and the restaurant was closed
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money on the outskirts of Vitoria Gasteiz. Facilities are excellent with comfy beds and lovely clean rooms. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Accommodation is quirky as you are staying in 16th century building and there are compromises to be made (see below).
Cons: Because the place is so old the walls are very thin and there is very little sound proofing in the walls. This means that if someone wants to watch telly at 2 in the morning you can here it as well as they can! To be fair reception, which is 24 hour, sorted it out for us but be aware.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: The walls seems to be quite narrow and I could hear everything from the room next to mine.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was very good, friendly staff and the dinner at the restaurant was superb! The bar area was cosy too. A very good location, it took us 30 min to walk from the hotel to the old part of the town and it was an interesting walk.
Cons: The bed was a little bit uncomfortable we were with aches and pains on the next day maybe the mattress was too soft for our like? also, the pillow was a long one, it would be better if we had 2 pillows instead of a long one pillow maybe the hotel could consider in changing the pillow system?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is quirky and comfortable with excellent bar and restaurant facilities. Although the rooms are very comfy you can also relax in the garden and comfy bar. Parking is easy, free and convenient.comfortable and entertaining

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff have been lovely, really helpful, a great breakfast. Really busy for them as the Ironman weekend and a wedding going on meant they were all under pressure but still managed to smile throughout!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The perfect location - near the center and by the park. Our room had a beautiful view on the park and the old city. As we travel in the car it was important that the hotel has a private parking. The staff is very friendly. The hotel exceeded our expectations.
4.8 Okay
Pros: the location is really excellent and the room is good
Cons: - the air condition does not work well during the night. I've complained but received no response; - noisy room; - there was a constant smell of cigarette in the last days. I've complained two times, but nothing was done (as it seems was standard protocol on this hotel)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff helpful. Good location for jazz festival and sightseeing.
Cons: Ate in restaurant one evening and went through menu with waitress to check what was gluten free that I could eat. When main course came I ate half of what I thought was a chip, but was a vegetable coated in batter. Some people could be very ill as a result of a mistake like that. They were very apologetic, replaced meal, but friends had finished by the time it arrived and I coulndn,t face the food. They did reduce the bill, but I,m surprised at such a big hotel chain. Their gf bread at breakfast was not good.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I had a great stay, staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very tastefully decorated. The food in the restaurant was great, very well cooked and prepared (I had lunch and breakfast there). The bed was comfortable and the room+bathroom were clean.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We wanted a hotel with parking and easy access to the motorway and this ticked the boxes. We felt like we were visiting someone’s home rather than staying in a hotel which was great! The room was very comfortable.
Cons: The shower head bracket was broken which was a little inconvenient and the seal on the shower door kept falling off so a little attention here would be good. Also, just a warning to other travelers that the on site restaurant and bar closes on Sundays. This was not an issue for us as we had a car and found a great restaurant nearby.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: A bit out of town but worth it need car old converted farmhouse gorgeous.
Cons: Bus came closer
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful Hotel...
Cons: Not ideal for pedestrians, however I persevered.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We were lucky to get there during holidays season and the business area was closed therefore the hotel was quite and beautiful. The owner is very kind and friendly. The rooms are very clean and cozy. It's just 7 minuts driving from Vitoria Downtown.
Cons: All was good although it seems that it could be noisy during business days.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A much nicer place than one expects to find in the industrial park area.! Nicely appointed rooms, with great bathrooms and a good bed. Quiet and restful. The restaurant... well, I ate in the bar area, which was ok...but it seems that there is a much nicer restaurant which seemed closed. The evening meal was forgettable and the only language spoken Spanish.! Seemed strange in an area with every international forwarding company warehouse close by. The food itself was a small dish with beef stew into which a dozen french-fries were heaved.! The tomatoe salad was good. It sure sounded more appetizing on the handwritten menu.! So... maybe it was my choice or the fact that the hotel was not very full..? Breakfast was a much different affair. The server was quick, efficient and courteous. Spoke English and the food was good. So..NO to dinner, YES to breakfast. On top of it...the restaurant bill was too high for the single dish food.
Cons: Dinner and the subsequent price of it. English, even in rudimentary form could be expected in a nice place like this in the international area it is in.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Male bar staff seemed detached and impersonal - not a big problem but makes a difference when you are a stranger to have a little conversation Couldn't get anything to eat until 8.30 pm so I went to the Comedor on the industrial estate which was great value
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Very thin walls. I could hear my neighbours and the TV.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Comfortable and clean rrom with modern en suite facilities.
Cons: The half-hearty attempt to provide food in a restaurant that we suspect was officially closed. The meal was awful and it would have been better to tell us dinner was unavailable with a recommendation of where to go for a decent meal.
7.2 Good
Pros: The girl on reception really looked after us and took us into Vitoria because their restaurant was closed. We chose her recommended restaurant and it was excellent.
Cons: The restaurant had had an electrical fire and there was only fast food alternatives within walking distance. Only reason for marking down service facilities.
6.8 Good
Pros: Very nice and helpful staff; lovely designed rooms.
Cons: Unfortunately there was no hairdryer.
6.8 Good
Pros: This is a small family run restaurant / hotel conveniently placed to the main routes in northern Spain. It is in a restored finca and the rooms are more than adequate, very comfortable and well appointed. The en-suite bathrooms although small have luxury fittings. The family were very accommodating and deserve to be successful.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is brand new, the rooms are super comfortable. Excellent shower.
6.4 Good
Pros: Classic Spanish woodwork with architect design features. Wireless internet free throughout hotel. Rooms clean and warm. Value for money.Staff helpful and cheerful.
Cons: Promoted as farmhouse - OK description based on hotel design but it was on the edge of an industrial estate with nowhere to walk or other local amenities.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice people to the reception ... very clean and confortable atmosphere.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Cheap, comfortable and convenient.
Cons: Room just a bit cramped.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly welcome, though language difficulty. Clean and tidy. Central location. Quiet.
Cons: Kettle and mugs provided but no tea bags or coffee or milk, which would have been nice. Central location excellent but this meant absolutely no parking nearby. Free on street parking about 1 kilometre away, or underground car park about 200 metres away. This cost €10 per day, but provided good secure parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Even though we didn’t arrive until after 11, the host was very accommodating and gracious.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly lady looked after us. Not sure how much to expect from a Pension but it was very good, just a bit smaller than a larger hotel. good access to the town.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable, and the room was beautiful with high ceilings and nice large window. It was in a good location close to the train station.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Staff ok, breakfast average for this type of hotel.
Cons: Price was outrageous, no A/C, when asked, staff said there was no need for air conditioning. "Just open the window is going to be cold tonight." But it was 84 during the day and the room is unbearable, "just open the window." Dogs barking all night and the room was hot even with the window open.
