The hospitality, location and atmosphere.
Comfort cleanliness and location No
good central location, excellent standard of hotel, restaurant evening meal was top quality but unbelievably cheap - 26 euros for 3 course meal inc wine.
Great location. Good prices.
Location Small, crampt room; horribly uncomfortable beds, etc.
Location is unbeatable. Good value for money. Small rooms, small bed.
It was in Pamplona Very expensive restaurant, degustacion menu only offered
I could not find a single fault, the staff were very friendly and efficient, location superb.
location near city centre restaurants and tourists sites
The staff+ location all the rest....The decoration is ugly and the installation are very old, it really need to be refurbish-....Mould in the bathroom, mould in the food....horible breakfast, very low and deficient internet conection
Position. Room very nice and well furnished. Not many international tv channels. Restaurant too expensive. Pay wifi connection
Very close to the Old Town and Park. The room had a balcony overlooking swimming pool although we did not have time to use it!
Clean and central to the centre Restaurant is expensive
We were given a 5th floor room with good views over park to mountains. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The price for the car park was a bit high.
Price Facilities Location
The fact it was central to the town but because Pamplona was so attractive we did not spend much time in the hotel. No
Helpful friendly staff, remedying minor problems (TV/computer access) within minutes. Excellent dinner in "Gourmet" restaurant, although as we were only guests eating there that evening it lacked atmosphere. Hotel's excellent situation would make me stay there again. A Menu of the day was displayed prominently in the hotel but did not seem to be available in the restaurant in the evening. The "Gourmet" menu was enjoyable but it would have been nice to have the cheaper alternative. Perhaps a misunderstanding?
I liked the convenience of location to the old town area. The nights were also very quiet which was important to me. My window was partially blocked due to improvements being made on the front terraces. So my terrace was inaccessible and I could not see out a window.
proximity to the old town breakfast was very ordinary ...especially when i paid 1700 usd for 3 nights. no free internet ...big downer for that room rate , being san fermin, they gouged me hard, like a bull
.central location and close to good restaurants A little too expensive
Hotel staff got us 3 (out of requested 4) tickets to bullfight. No minimum charge for room service (just wanted coffee, and it came very quickly).
Excellent service provided by front desk staff.
they made me pay additional 20 euros for checking out 2 hours past limit time, althougt i asked for permission the day before
Nicest hotel in Pamplona....perfect for San Fermines if you want to sleep at night...10-15 min walk to all the action.......even the matadors stay at NH Iruna Park
The staff were excellent. We booked a double and intended to share with our daughter to save a bit of money, but the hotel staff gave us a n extra bed for no extra cost!
It is a nice setting in the park. The restaurant service was indifferent, and our waitress had not been trained. The room cost too much for the value received. This hotel is more like a three star hotel than a four star. The neighborhood is sterile. The internet offering was expensive, and imposed download, upload and usage limit (how 20th century). I would not recomment this hotel to anyone.
Wireless service was overpriced and poor quality connection. It would put me off using any nh hotel in future. I could not access my emails through a vpn as there was interference in the internet connection. This is a major negative to using the hotels again. I have used nh hotels in Vienna and Frankfurt as I go to both locations regularly on business
Good enough breakfast. Easy free parking outside the hotel. Very good price
Services good 10 to 20 minutes walk to the center of the city
clean. per my expectations. 1. price for internet services is too high compared to other hotels. For example, in a Parador the charge is 2 Euros for 4 hours... 2. Location is too far from center of town.
I was very impressed with the friendly and professional staff and also the location, which is in a very interesting and atmospheric part of the old city.
Close to historical centre Quite challenging to find unless you have a satnav the dining room is a converted chapel, stark white and stained glass windows. Not an intimate dining atmoshere
very friendly stuff, close to the city center difficult to find, thin walls - noisy in the morning
The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean. The restaurant was beautiful. Valet parking and internet were free.
the location for the running of the bulls no spa, no gym
Closeness to tourist places
Hotel was located quite central in the nice old part of the city and staff was helpful when asked. I booked a double bed and we were given a bedroom with twin beds put together. I consider breakfast should be included in the price.
Location, general quality, friendly helpful staff menu offered in dining room on Monday night was very limited and the food served was of a poor quality. Staff in attendance also had limited English.
The location was very good: right inside the city walls and with their own car parking. The hotel is very new and has been furnished in a simple modern style with all amenities.
The location of the hotel was excellent, along with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The staff were pleasant and helpfull. We had dinner at the hotel where there was a good selection and the food was of good quality if a little too salty for our taste.
Very accessible, most comfortable, extremely welcoming, real value for money None
I had a very pleasant stay, staff were excellent and were most helpful
Very central in relation to hospitals. Frigo was plenty of bottles of water opened. Looks like that staff do not review with attention how previous deal with minibar ...
wi fi did not work properly.
Far enough from the festivities to not feel overwhelmed with the chaos of the festival. far walk to San Fermin festival. In July it gets really hot and there is no pool or lounge area outside.
Helpfulness of staff
The hotel had efficient staff , who had command on several languages , as one might suspect from a hotel largely catering to business clients as well as well as tourists. The room was very good , although the views at the back of the hotel are somewhat lacklustre. Breakfast was very good, as were all the facilities, although the hotel had a somewhat cold feel. The hotel is a reasonable walk from the old town ,and in winter this might be a problem, as buses and taxis seem to dispear quite early in the evening
Located next to beautiful park, close to Pamplona center- about 10 minute by bus, quiet, well equipped rooms.
Room amenities were fantastic.
Had good memories ofabba burgos Rooms too small. Everything is aimed to be no more than correct. A bit far away from city center
location, modern hotel, great room, nice restaurant / bar with good breakfast buffet
Close to food and convenience stores. A 15-20 min walk to the old town-city hall. There is also a bus nearby. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very helpful. There is a park right across the street and it is walking distance to the bus station (25 min). AC and wifi worked great.
Very helpful staff. Superb room. Wonderful facilities. Car was taken from outside front door to car park and returned as we left. Difficulty in finding the hotel in the car. Because of the pedestrian areas it was very complicated to get to it. However the hotel reception staff were helpful in the utmost and eventually we made it although without SATnav I suspect it would have been impossible.
The rooms were lovely overlooking the square and the staff we're accomodating The food in the restaurant was not as good as the hotel difficult to gain access by car
Excellent room and excellent air conditioning. A very central hotel in Pamplona but there are many closed streets so access is difficult. Once I found the way the staff were very attentive and helpful.
clean and modern within the old facade
Fantastic location, charming staff, lovely big rooms especially luxurious bathrooms
Welcoming and very helpful staff. The hotel is just a few steps from all the important sights of Pamplona. The best air conditioning and heating system we've come across - no noise and no draughts
It is a hotel whose facilities are superior to it's class It is close to train station (10 min by taxi) but not that close/ easy to find by foot.
staff very friendly and accomodation and restuarant all of a high standard and very good value for money
It had all the mod-coms (excellent en-suite, wifi, airco, fridge) and high-quality accommodation for a very reasonable price. Extremely good value for money.
Very good hotel, facilities and staff were wonderful and very service minded.
It is comfortable and all was clean
Easy to find and good carpark a little out from the centre of the old town, but public transport was good
Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing seemed too much trouble and they were so very polite and always had a smile to boot!
friendly staff, excellent value, air conditioned, and underground parking for the motorbike excellent
Staff freindly and clean and comfortabkle soroundings and secure parking
Restaurant staff refused or could not speak english
Very modern comfortable clean room, free mini bar, staff very helpful. The location was good, it was close enough to City centre to be able to walk in about 15 minutes, but far enough out to be quiet. Have stayed there before and would stay again. Thought the car parking at 15.50€ per night was expensive
Excellent value for price I paid. Very convenient location, complimentary mini bar and afternoon lobby coffee and tea service, quality and comfort, quiet, clean and well taken care of work out room had 2 stationary bikes and weights
Helpful staff I booked a double bed and got twins.
Friendly helpful staff who spoke good English. Availablity of a garage was most welcome. Quite far out from centre of city (good 20 minute walk).
It is a nice clean, comfortable hotel. Helpful staff. Good location very close to the university. The restaurant serves excelent food.
Free minibar was excellent Couldn't check in until 12
The room was comfortable, impeccably clean and modern The hotel was just too noisy for us. When we arrived at 4.00pm, the area seemed very quiet, but as of 11.00pm, things changed. The surrounding bars and restaurants started filling up and there were people in the street, talking loudly until 1.00am. At 1.30am all the restaurants started pouring their empty bottles into the recycling bins in front of the hotel. I tried to switch on the air conditioning to block out the noise, but it was not working.
rooms were clean, comfortable. Staff very helpful. I thought it was closer to the center. Wasn´t the best location for touring the city center, but certainly a manageable walk.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful in every way I have no complaints
The hotel is about 20 minute walk outside the main area of Pamplona but that was actually the best thing as you had to walk through this historical park which has all the old fortress walls and gates into the city which is just spectacular. There are also some really good deli's and bars on the street its on.The room sitself was so lovely and really clean.Staff were so helpful. I would have given anything for a pool but hey! this hotel had everything else, you can't have everything!
staff very very help full
Excellent hotel & perfect for a stop off when travelling. Easy access without negotiating city centre driving. Not a negative point as such, depending on your reason for choosing this hotel, but this is a retail park location so no good if you want a night time stroll.
fantastic hotel and only a few minutes by car from the city center!
We really enjoyed staying at the Zenith. The room was very modern and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.
Can't get any room service (food) from 3:00 to 9:00 PM
Close to the highway - nice & big rooms - good staff - good choice if you are travelling from area of Saragoza to area of San Sebastian eg.
The hotel was very spacious and the staff, especially one of the ladies in the restaurant, were extremely helpful.
I stayed for one night with my wife whilst making my annual visit to friends in Pamplona. I took advantage of a reduced price which was very attractive to me following the fall in the value of the pound against the euro which now makes Spanish hotels very expensive for me.
Would recommend the hotel to anyone and will return. Post code for sat nav is not for the zenit hotel it takes you 3 miles away in a field.
nice size apartment, very comfortable and equipped kitchen
the apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped and spacious. It was an easy bus journey into the centre of Pamplona and the staff were very helpful.
With no hesitation, if I ever visit Pamplona again, ah Sam Fermin hotel will be my choice. Maite, you are one of the best and most enthusiastic receptionists I had ever seen, ready to help at all times to the best of her knowledge, other receptionists are really nice and polite, but language was a real barrier for them. Reception area is small, but who needs a reception area when you have a complete small flat to stay in? Bedroom with sitting room and all facilities you may think of, except iron, are available and of best quality money can buy. Terrace adds to the advantage, especially if you are lucky enough to get one of the fifth floor suits with odd numbers, I.E. 501-503 etc. 300 m from bus station, or 8 euros taxi u can reach Pamplona Absolutely no complaint, but few points I have in minds for perfection. a wall mounted mirror might be necessary to be fixed in the entrance of the suite or within the bedroom, as the only available mirror is in the bathroom, which is not convenient to use. Ironing facilities are the only missing services from these amazing suites, with high quality quite automatic washing machine, complete kitchen facilities and wares, large size class fridge, and a microwave, missing ironing facilities may not sound right. any way despite all the aforementioned points, the suites is still one the best hotel experience I ever had in my life in terms of rooms and facilities available in the room.
Just excellent - feeling at home or perhaps even better :) The only thing to mention is not on the hotel itself: if you opt for the public transport, it will cost you some 30 minutes to get to the centre, and you have to walk some 500 metres to a bus (no.4) stop. With a car or taxi, however, must be some 5 minutes indeed. Note this is not a disadvantage of the hotel itself!
Free Internet In The Lobby, Grocery Store on first level of hotel
Excellent quality - very clean accommodation, would definitely use if ever I go back again.
the apartments are great and fully equiped. The staff were very nice and friendly.
Great room no Air Conditioning in our room
everything its great one
Good location, bathroom with natural ilumination. Insuficcient space for breakfast, the hotel is not exactly new.
Nice Hotel in good position in Pamplona. Free wifi connection.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was clean and bright and very close to the old town square. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The decor of the room was slightly dated.
Convenience for the `Old Town` Room 511 was below the restaurant so it was quite noisey from 6.00 am onwards
the staff at the hotel were very friendly and efficient. The location was excellent.
Good location, 5 minutes walking form the historic town centre. Service-minded employee at reception desk. Excellent breakfast.
All aspects good, especially location near old town. -
Friendly and helpful at the reception. Fine location in the city. Correct room and breakfast services
NIce and relaxing easy to find in the city. very nice over night stay
Center of the city, nice food Nobody speak english
Excellent location very close to the old town, it is possibly the quietest city centre hotel I have ever stayed in, we expereinced no street noise or noise from other guests. Friendly, helpful staff.
Everything was great. The staff was very nice!
The staff was so friendly, during a crazy time in Pamplona. Room was as nice as a higher price room we had to stay in the next night because Yoldi was full. Very nice bathrooms. Great value-and location.
The hotel Yoldi is very good located in the center of Pamplona and it takes no more than 5-10 min. to get to any part of the town. Though the hotel is quite old, all the rooms are just renewed and provide all the modern fascilities. none
Position and quality
Location. Smokey cafe downstairs.
The receptionist went out of her way to help me locate my baggage that was delayed in Madrid. She was charming and delightful.
The room was really extremely clean. The staff were very friendly, and they allowed me to enter my room early. The hotel was close to the old town. Just a minor issue is that the strength of the wifi signal in my room could be improved, but no worries as I would definitely stay at Hotel Yoldi again.
Staff was very helpful and responsive. Excellent location. Well-appointed and clean room with nice bathroom. Unloading area in front of hotel is a bus stop and only allows short stops for unloading. Parking is in municipal lot about 3 blocks away, but this is very manageable.
Very luxurious and stylish decorated. Friendly staff. Restaurant facilities (menu & quality of food) are better than in comparable other Spanish hotels. Hotel is close to Pamplona and to the Pyrenees, also the beach (San Sebastian) is within reach. The very limited ability of the staff to speak English. Not all restaurant staff had a level of expertise that was expected for such a hotel.
Great location to relax in. Nice atmosphere. All hotels I've stayed in have included complimentary use of the SPA facilities. We had to pay extra to use this one and it was restricted to 2 hours. Also, no proper swimming pool seems a little strange to me in a SPA hotel with plenty of space around the grounds.
No Internet access
Rooms were very well furnished, it was quiet and comfortable Somewhat dusty
View, bed No
incredible spa experience! Employees has trouble speeking english
Showers were excellent Restuarant was smoking allowed we had to make special arrangements to eat in the bar and the food was very very poor.
Gorraiz opened one year ago it without a doubt has the finest rooms beats even the best luxury youll find in las vegas or anywhere the entire hotel is done with exquisite taste including lobby and bar and library sitting area---the spa is superb-----the only downer was that the supposed gatronomic resto was horrible we returned our meal in a second slow cooked lamb which in spain is normally great it was inedible!!!! this hotel is owned by a family that had a large resto and catering business---they bought an old castle to do weddings and added the hotel to the side of the castle their focus seems to be weddings the day we were there they had 3 wedding parties in the castle but they seem to have no interest in serving great meals in the hotel we will say however that their breakfast included in the price of the room was the best weve ever had---the golf course right next to them is professional tour course and the hotel will get you a special price--great great htoel but dont eat in the gastronomic room--go to bar and have a sandwich----robert and dana ornsteen
wonderful standard of service and comfort
The fact that there was never even the hint of a complaint or a problem. Difficulty in finding it but the staff took my car and got rid of it immediately. Thank you Santiago.
Perfect. From the booking to the check-out... One of my best "hotel" experience so far. We requested a baby bed through booking.com. An hour after the confirmation we received an email from the "Palacio Guendulain" telling us that the baby bed will be ready for us! In addition, our room was big, very clean, staff was nice, smiling and helpfull. This should be a 5* hotel. Maybe a better choice for the breakfast.
Beautiful new hotel in an old palace, the location was perfect for wandering around Pamplona old town.
location, beautiful converted palace breakfast was just ok
absolutely superb and impressive
First class accommodation with high level of service from bilingual and friendly staff that made our stay very enjoyable. The Hotel is beautifully furnished. It's very convenient location.
The elegant decoration of the common areas and rooms, the building is an old palace refurnished. Beautiful no
Once we found it the hotel was well above our expectations in terms of accommodation. Very quet and comfortable The food was awful in the evening - we wished we had gone out to eat rather than eating within the hotel.. Breakfast was good.
Due to the fact that most of the gests come because of the Bull Run and have to get up early in the morning the Hotel adjusted the service (breakfast and coffee) to our needs. That was very thoughtful. The hotel is in the Industrial center, but since the shopping mall wit the restaurants is near by and the bus stop is round the corner it is not such a problem.
exalent hotel comfortable room fair price
The staff were excellent, could not have been more friendly or helpful. The location is atrocious. There are no facilities there at weekends - the hotel restaurant is only open Monday - Thursday and there is nowhere in the vicinity to eat in the meantime, except McDonald´s. The bus service to town only runs every half hour. Especially given all this, the price was atrocious, representing a fourfold increase on normal rates because of San Fermin. I would not stay there again.
Excellent location for traveling to city and to get back to highway. Very modern
Very clean & comfortable room, free wifi & car parking on-site, surprisingly quiet. Restaurante clean, functional with fairly limited but adequate menu. Only 1 bath towel in room, probably own fault should have asked for another one.
Modern, clean & functional
Convenient location for shops and the motorway. Quiet hotel, with buffet breakfast included. Good value food in the evening too. Secure car parking.
The room was very clean and comfortable There was no 'pay for view' available and my first language is not Spanish
good, eaasy access, free internet rooms are very cold indeed
Very clean and new; modern but not trendy (i.e. minimalistic japanese). Quiet, although next to a main road. Nice views around the hotel. Very good bathroom and bathroom perks. Staff are very kind. Breakfast was not so good. There was no room service. Beds could be more comfortable. It is a bit far away from the center (10km?), if not driving.
very nice business type hotel near the city. not walkable to the city, but easy taxi ride
The hotel is an excellent hotel as stay over hotel. We had a very clean room and it was quiet (backside) More lunch facilities would be better. Swimming pool would be nice after one day of travalling.
Just a stopover on our way home to the U.K. Nothing
The hotel staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful, which was a great relief when we arrived on motorbikes at 1.00am and were shown to two large great value and modern rooms.
Easy to find. Good position as it was a 5 min walk from a large shopping, leisure and food court centre. Also close to a bus stop so we could easily get into Pamplona without any hassles. The village of Huarte was nice to walk about with lots of play areas and walks by the river.
Staff very accomodating. Rooms immaculate and modern. Very clean. Bar and resteraunt attached to hotel was also very nice.
The staff were very informative and pleasant. They were only to please to assist Car parking area set aside for guests only
Free wifi, soft drinks. good riendly staff, clean rooms no electric shaver point in bathroom
Staff friendliness No
