The rooms were of a good size and the beds comfortable. The receptionists were very helpfull
A lovely hotel with excellent value for money restaurant. Very well situated and easy to find. Our third night was very noisy, a large coach party was staying and they seemed to gather either in the lobby, funneling the noise through the corridors, or outside smoking under the balconies of the rooms. It would be useful if there were two bedside tables and not only one. This was supposed to be a superior room. Air conditioning would have been useful. Luckily we had read about the "no check out payments before 8.00am" rule and paid night before.
The location on the edge of the crowded town was perfect, as there was plenty of parking and an easy walk. We did not know how to raise the metal shutters and nearly broke them before calling the staff and asking for instructions. We could find none in the room, and that would be helfpul to those of us who visit from out of the country and are unfamiliar with such things.
It was efficient and the breakfast was fine This is a business travellers rest-stop - a holiday inn, a best western type of hotel with very little character or feel to it and set beside a very busy road.
Nice village, nice hotel, nice rooms, nice personnel. Parking area for the bikes under roof. No pool, no jacuzzi. Would have been nice...
Close to township, the river and main road. Quiet rooms and good location for hiking etc.
good location, friendly staff, good food, convenient rooms, good value Despite the menu always a bottle of red wine on the table. In case desired white/rose available. Not realy a complaint, just peculiar
Seventh time stay and the standards are as good as ever. Hospitality, attention to detail, food, accommodation - all excellent. Thank you Absolutely nothing - you won't find better value for money !
During a motorcycle trip through the Pyrenees, stayed at Booking.com hotels in Berga, Bielsa, Pamplona, San Sebastian and La Seu d'Urgell. We all agreed that the Hotel Bielsa was the best hotel for the price. Room was large and clean. Facilities are modern. Staff was friendly. Best value for the price. No. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again to explore more of the Pyrenees.
Staff changed the booking terms on demmand, fast without additional chrages. We were able to ha e the breakfast before the standard restaurant opening time. Great price. Outstanding location: Pineta valley at 15 mins drive
Fantastic location -- great mountain views, lots of hiking right there. Soundproofing between rooms could be better.
the restaurant was very good, the original sampler dish recommendable if still available the superior room is spacious but does not guarantee the good view
The hotel was warm, cosy and comfortable, just what was needed with the snow all around outside. An excellent breakfast. The evening meal was good but very overpriced. Perhaps a bar meal would have been a better option. Be carefull, we discovered on checking out the cost of the room had been taken out 2 weeks before our stay and no one had told us!
Very comfortable mountain lodge in beautiful setting. Facilities, cleanliness and food all up to high standards of the Paradors. Well worth the journey.
Wonderful location, stunning scenery. Comfortable, well equipped room. Pleasant staff. Magnificent spread for breakfast but 'hot' buffet was cold.
Wonderful location at top of alpine valley, but rather isolated - 14 km from nearest small town. Great for walking/flowers/scenery but not much else. Only easy dining is at the hotel, but restaurant is very good with wide choice and many interesting regional options. Hotel itself has lots of character, but is also comfortable and has sufficient facilities.
Relaxed atmosphere, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Magnificent building with beautiful views and setting, An excellent place to stay.
The location was spectacular and the staff very friendly and helpful.
great location staff very very correct but quite distant meal was good but like previous parador felt rushed we live in france so are used to a more leisurely meal .which can sometimes be a bit slow for us ... but this was on the other end of the scale .. and i felt hurried
Location and friendliness of staff
The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's in a beautiful location. There didn't seem to be any separation between smoking areas and non-smoking areas. The cafeteria and the corridors constantly smelled of cigarette smoke.
Spacious room. Pleasant staff Excellent base for touring the Pyrennes
