Nice hotel, nice position, clean and comfortable room. I have found the manager/owner very unpolite with us because my puppy barked at the reception when we arrived. She advised us that if our dog would barked again in the dining room he would leave the hotel. The tone she used was terrible. Be aware, every single key can open all the sleeping doors of the hotel! Even though they accept dogs, they have to be dumb :)
The sea views and excellent evening meal The price quoted as "per room" with no dinner or breakfast on the Booking.com order was "room only". When we left the hotel we were charged that same figure per person as half board. As the total bill came to within a few euros of room-plus-dinner-plus-breakfast we did not remark on it, but the information on booking.com website needs to be checked with the hotel and made completeley accurate
Attention to guess, decoration. Replace soaps of the bahtroom when they were finished
Found the hotel to be very relazing and the food was excellent
location and welcome
We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, and had a balcony room looking onto the port. It was a lovely room, decorated very traditional. The hotel was really quiet and comfortable. We would certainly stay in this hotel again. The only thing I found difficult (probably my own fault because I don't have much french) it would have been very helpful if there was an english translation on the menu. For this reason we did not eat at the hotel.
An excellent location right on the harbor, with excellent seafood restaurants all around. our rooms were luxurious for the money. Friendly, helpful staff, though their English was almost as limited as my French.Booked on the fly through the Booking.com iPhone app, and was not misled. No complaints.
Room was large with a beautiful view and great bathroom; staff was friendly; breakfast was wonderful; bed very comfortable.
Excellent value for money - one could not find better value anywhere in this region. Nothing to dislike.
The location (with a room at the front) was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. While our French was quite good, language would not have been a problem. Breakfast was very good. Dinner was expensive and disappointing. The price of a modest bottle of wine was ridiculous. Having the W.C. separate from the bathroom was not very 'convenient'.
Our room had a balcony and a view over the harbour. It was an excellent location and the staff we met there were extremely helpful and friendly.
I had stayed at Le Goyen 4 years previously and, on both occasions, I have found my stay to be delightful. The staff are friendly, efficient and speak good English. The restaurant is exceptional and the breakfasts are also very good. Strongly recommended
superb location and views of harbour rather formal restaurant
wifi not available as advertised
lovely view from room over port
The hotel is fine, if a little characterless. It is in an ideal position for the beach and close to the town. The apartments are spacious. You can only book in and check out at the times stated. The office is not open at other times. When we got there they couldn't find our booking but I think that was just because their paperwork was a little mixed up.
Proximity to the beach and the use of a pool Initial booking was confused and we were given a studio instead of an apartment and only after I brought this to the receptionist's attention was it addressed. Also, reception staff were slow to deal with problems.
We had a very good room with good sized balcony and lovely views and accommodating of the 2 dogs
it's cosy, well kept
Basic hotel, scenic position, value for money, not very good wifi signal. Very good restaurant.
Excellent location and views. Room small, altough very confortable.
Close to coastal path and overlooking the bay and sea. Good parking facilities and modern decor in room. Menu was not good value for money and drinks expensive
the hotel was in a superb position, and the room we had with a balcony overlooking the sea was an added bonus.
