Located in Tarancon, Complejo Enoturístico Finca La Estacada is within a 10-minute drive of Constitucion Plaza and Museo Casa Parada. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. This hotel has 5 meeting rooms available for events.
Pros: The restaurant was excellent and the lunch yesterday was without a doubt the best we have had in our travels through Spain and Portugal in the last two weeks. Breakfast too was freshly cooked and not the dismal “hot” food offered in other places. I was also impressed at how well your wines were priced in the restaurant. We took three cases with us.
Cons: The wi-fi in our room was virtually non existent, it came and went frequently so no real use could be made of it. If I were still in business I would avoid anywhere I could not communicate with my clients and office. As it was it just spoiled making arrangements for our next stop and enjoying on line chess.
Pros: Next to wine bodega
Cons: Difficult to find the hotel as my car sat nav could not find the address. I had to use my phone app to complete the trip. need to include the GPS coordinates on the booking confirmation
Pros: It was easy to find and located in a convenient place to stop over for a night en-route from Almeria to Santander. The hotel was very comfortable with good facilities. The staff were excellent and the food was good. Ideal for wine-lovers.
Cons: Nothing. It was all good.
Pros: The location is a bit remote being outside of Tarancon but the on-site dining, bar and spa make up for this. The Finca La Estacada is a vineyard making its own wine and there is an on-site shop which we use almost every time we stay, being regular visitors. The breakfast is very good being continental plus cooked items available.
Cons: Television reception in the room is pretty poor.
Pros: Every thing!!
Pros: Beautiful surroundings
Cons: Clean and comfortable and fresh

With a stay at Hostal Gran Avenida in Tarancon, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Constitucion Plaza and Nuestra Senora de la Asuncion Church.
Pros: The room was. Clean bed comfortable.
Cons: We had great trouble finding it.
Pros: Fabulous restaurant very close. The cabins were comfortable and private. Nice gardens.
Pros: My third stay here and a firm favourite
Cons: Nothing I would need but maybe Brits would be looking for a kettle!
Cons: the room i stayed in would benefit from shutters so that you can block the light from the Hostal sign.
Pros: Beautiful little cabin and the walkway
Cons: Nothing really to dislike
Cons: Instructions on how to use the shower without gflooding the floor
Pros: I have stayed at Gran Avenida several times now and always love the peaceful comfortable cabins. Having a full sized fridge available and two national supermarkets nearby makes self catering easy.
Cons: I always travel with a Nespresso machine but many would have liked a kettle to be provided. A microwave too and this would be a perfect self catering base to explore the region.

Pros: Staff was extremely friendly & helpful.
Pros: We arrived over 4 hours late due to traffic. When we arrived the owner was waiting for us and nothing was too much trouble for him. We had booked an evening meal and he insisted that we still eat even though the restaurant was closed.
Pros: One of the cleanest, delightful hotels we have ever stayed in. The views from the bedroom balcony are stunning. Jose the owner takes great pride in this place, nothing is too much trouble for him. The menu del dia we had for our evening meal was 11euros each inc a bottle of red wine. Breakfast was only 2.50euros each and was quite sufficient for our onward journey. It’s situated about 5km off the main A3 but very well worth the visit. We both would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Pros: Staff tried to be helpful. Food very basic, but OK.
Cons: Building in need of repair. No drink making facilities. Long way from main road.
Pros: It was very clean. And when you eventually got to see someone, they were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Apart from when we arrived. We couldn’t find a soul to ask any thing. We had arranged dinner at 7pm and no one turned up until 7-25. What was worse, we wanted to get some more things out of our car. But we couldn’t as we were locked in and no one to contact. The bedroom didn’t even have a glass or plastic beaker, the towels although clean looked like they were previously used to wash the floor. Everywhere in the corridors it was in darkness and you had to find little switches to press for light, which didn’t last more than three minutes. So for us as elderly (81 and75) it was very difficult.
Cons: Reasonably clean stains on bedding no soap, no coffee making facility, no plug for sink. A bed no more. I suppose you get what you pay for.
With a stay at Hotel Rural Casona De Torres in Mondejar, you'll be 14.2 mi (22.9 km) from Parque Arqueológico de Recópolis and 14.5 mi (23.4 km) from Castle of Zorita de los Canes. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and multilingual staff. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Location just off the main square in the town. Having booked a room with two single beds, on check-in we were allocated a large room which had one double bed and a second put-you-up type double bed rater than the usual two adjacent beds of the same quality, We queried this and were immediately offered two double-bedded rooms with an outer door - effectively a suite. Both rooms had a bath, rather than the shower in the first room. One of the baths was awhirlpool type - so this was definitely an upgrade! Xavier - who arranged the room change - also came over to the bar in the square to assist us with ordering food and getting a quiet table.
Cons: Not the hotel's fault but because of the one-way system access to the town centre is very circuitous, starting with Calle de la Industria, which made our spirits dive!
Pros: Good choice for breakfast
Cons: Nothing really
Pros: The hotel is very comfortable, clean and well-organised with charming staff. Breakfast is extremely good with a selection of different dishes. We really can't find anything to criticise!
Pros: This hotel is so charming and in the middle of the sweetest town. The facilities were very well maintained and clean. The view from our room was so special, looking down on the main street and up to the cathedral. The breakfast was delicious and had traditional Spanish offerings. I would definitely stay here again - a hidden gem!
Cons: This would have been a fine family option for older children, but was difficult with younger children with the intricate decor. However, the staff of the hotel was extremely welcoming of our children (ages 3 and 4).
Pros: The location and the wonderful owners and the food is delicious.
Pros: Everything was above wonderful for us. We shall return for certain.
Cons: We liked absolutely everything
Cons: it is very quiet, clean and beautiful. I like it very much.
Pros: The hotel excellent.
Pros: I have stayed in hotels and eaten around the world and this hotel was my "tops". The hosts and staff were excellent in every way. The food, well "magnific" is the only way to describe its form , style and taste. If every hotel was at 80% of this supreme place, all would be well! Dr R M Reid

Pros: Love the building and decor, made us very welcome
Cons: Nothing, maybe little more toiltires in the room, but rest perpect
Pros: The decor and very comfortable bed.
Cons: There was nobody there when I arrived. I phoned and they came. I was not offered a drink or told where I could buy anything. I trampled around town but everything was shut. Luckily I had peanuts and coke in the car. There was ice in the kitchen. Suggest sachets of coffee and tea in room especially as the town is dead. The decor is lovely but the hospitality terrible. Breakfast is Viennese biscuits??? And acrid coffee. No tomatoes no cheese no egg- not worth waiting for.
Pros: The house was very unique, nicely decorated with lovely furnishings. It was very clean and Marimar who met me and showed me around was very kind and helpful. The town is very peaceful and a nice place to relax.
Pros: Beautiful arab style house on a patio
Cons: a slight odor in the bathroom from bad plumbing. bed was a bid lopsided
Pros: Staff were friendly when they arrived but we had to telephone to gain access. If you want the experience of staying in a place with lots of 19th and 20th century furniture and "rural" decor (such as saw blades hung on the wall) it is great but this was not a priority for us. The price was Ok but the night before we had stayed in a great 4* hotel for only 8 euro more.
Cons: The worst thing was that the room did not have an outside window. The window only opened onto a indoor area with a skylight. It was not possible to get much ventilation and opening the window onto a public area to get some left us feeling a bit exposed. We were told this was the only room left. I suspect that such a hotel room would not be legal in the UK. There seemed to be no way to control the aircon. The shower was not too good, most jets were blocked. Only one set of keys given. This left us with the choice when one of us left the building to either lock the other one in or leave them in an insecure situation. To be honest we did not ask for another set of keys before the staff left. There was nobody in attendance at any time during our stay except at the start. We arrived at about 3pm and after driving round the village at about 5pm we could not find anywhere to eat that was open. We had to drive 10km to find a place to get a sandwich. However we cannot say that our search of the village was exhaustive but certainly the restaurant in the hotel was not open and we were told it would not be open when we arrived. Noise transmits a lot in the hotel and we were regularly disturbed by noise of flushing toilets.
With a stay at Hostal Gastrobar Carmelo in Villarejo de Salvanes, you'll be 30.8 mi (49.6 km) from Estadio Wanda Metropolitano and 30.9 mi (49.7 km) from El Retiro Park.
Pros: The friendly service
Pros: Nice small hotel run by Spanish staff, good bar, great food in restaurant
Cons: Basic accomodation. Noisy inverter for heating. Restaurant closed Sunday evening.
Cons: Thank you very much for your kindness! At your Hostal, I felt like home. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I could make the chek-in earlier, the food was delicios and the atmosphere was great. The music you have there is the one I like the most! I hope I'll come again there! Thank you and I wish you the best. Hope to see you soon!
Pros: Lovely reception staff, very attentive when we arrived a little late. Wonderful fresh meal in restaurant. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Clean, comfortable nice décor.
Pros: Price-Quality very good. Staff top. Cleanness good. The rest what you expect for the price. Recommendable.
