Very convenient to the Hiroshima Ferry Port for our trip the next morning. Check in staff couldn't find my reservation for a number of minutes.
Cleanliness, comfort, staff and value Location. Around $23 for a taxi. Didn't find out about the free hotel shuttle or bus $2.40 until after
Close to the water and ferry to miyajima Far from the train station
Location is good being above Hiroshima train station and adjacent to shopping mall. We stayed on the 20th floor. Noise from chair movement in the restaurant above our room on the 21st floor was bothersome. Some elements of the Japanese toilet did not function correctly.
Great location at the train station and great views. Many restaurants in the hotel and around and a higher floor restaurant. Larger than typical room and very comfortable linens and details. The maple loop tourist bus winter hours aren't very long. The restaurant and hotel is expensive.
Excellent value for price. Very pleased with size of room and comfort. Staff so helpful and pretty good at speaking English. Bar was nice place to relax. Close to station and very convenient. Room service was nice as well.
Location is convenient and perfect, located at the JR rail/Shinkansen station, with Hiroshima city streetcar station in front of rail station. Extremely clean, awesome beds, spa-like showers, great food, fun bar with Happy hour, easily-accessed smoking area outside the lobby, corner rooms with amazing views, English speaking staff, money-converting machine in lobby, A+ breakfast buffet, convenience stores located steps away in rail station and across the street. All was basically perfect. Just know that the hotel is NOT "walking distance" to any tourist spots, but IS located steps from the rail and Shinkansen central station and a short walk to Hiroshima streetcar station which will take you all over the city for a few dollars. (¥160 or $1.60 to go direct to Atomic Dome and a museum). Restaurants are pricey but there are 7-Elevens in the rail station for late snacking.
Great hotel with clean modern rooms. Friendly staff with excellent service. Convenient to railway station.
Excellent location, large clean modern rooms, get the deluxe rooms as they are well furnished and modern
Beautiful spacious rooms. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. They provided excellent customer service. Convenient to railway station. Would stay here again if I return to Hiroshima without a doubt.
good location, reasenable price
A centrally located hotel, close to the A-dome and shopping. Good quality to a good price
This hotel is good for just sleep shopping business which we spend most time outside , The location is good just 200 m to Steertcar station The room which I booked from the Net is face inside for other person I recommed to request Riverside.
I booked nonsmoking room but it didnt smell good, it seems like they out the nonsmoking sign just before my arrival.
Great location! Easy to access from Hiroshima St. Room was clean, comfortable, a bit small but we didn't spend much time there anyways. Staff is very helpful. Highly recommend it.
the location the room was too hot and the air conditioning was ineffective
This hotel was in a very convenient location- a mere minutes walk away from the Peace Museum and a fancy oyster restaurant on the river. The hotel bar was also excellent with affordable, high-quality drinks and excellent service. I liked everything about this hotel.
Excellent location and value for money. Both the building and room were spacious, welcoming and relaxing. Breakfast could have been more varied.
The room was very spacious , clean and the bed was especially comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to the Hiroshima museum and to several resteraunts in the area. But above all, the service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to help us. Can't recommend them enough!
Efficient handling and good at providing tourist information guidelines
Great Location next to Peace Museum and Peace Park. The staff helped me with all my problems and questions. Would totally stay here again if I ever come back to Hiroshima The room was small, but not unexpected, and was enough for me.
The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. They promptly posted me an important item that I had left behind. The bathroom was extremely small and difficult to use as was the wardrobe which was very hard to access due to poor design of the area.
Great rooms, very attentive staff, and the location was excellent for catching the sights. Nothing, the stay was excellent.
Conform to expectation we can have for a 4 stars, Conform to Crowne Plaza standards, good location, nice room.
The location was good and convenient. Hotel staff was accommodating and helpful.
The hotel reception was very luxurious and the staff very professional. The location is good, a little walk from the nearest tram. The room was a bit small but clean and tidy.
Very polite staff. Clean and very well managed. Even though I did not have it the Breakfast Buffet looked fabulous. At 4 am the alarm went fire alarm went off. there was no fire but the alarm kept going off for a long time. Then the emergency lights came on and stayed on all morning. The staff was great in the manner of how the situation was dealt with.
Convenient location. Clean. Friendly staff. Free internet access in the room was very useful. None
The hotel was in a central location very near to all the amenities including the sombre peace park. Overall a good place to stay.
Location in downtown and view of Hiroshima from our 19th-floor room. Room too warm, lacked HVAC controls.
Very new and well designed rooms at this price. Great cost perfomances.
The hotel is well located close to the main attractions and many restaurants. Taxi fare from the station about 900 yen and easier than the tram and a walk with luggage. Use the south exit. (Not the Shinkansen side) The room was well equiped and immaculately clean like most of Japan. Free internet(wired) worked perfectly. Standard rooms are small. Upgrade at least to a corner room with bathroom overlooking the city. We paid an extra 1000 Yen per night for this room type at check-in and it was a bargain.
staff were friendly and helpful. also restaurants on site was a plus limited English speaking staff
We had an absolutely beautiful tatami room with a balcony overlooking the sea with the ferry port within sight. The facility is spotless. The staff was very kind and helpful. It was a beautiful and peaceful stay. The room is over the front porch where people smoked, so we could smell smoke from our room on the 4th floor.
Free internet access, complimentary drinks, nice and convenient location near the main station, nice staff. Breakfast a bit poor
new, modern hotel, good free breakfast and 24hr free coffee/drinks
Very well positioned, near the train station and not so far away from Hiroshima's highlights. Price is fair considering the breakfast is included. Very quiet and clean.
It was very close to the station. I like free Laundary facilities and spa. We did not like the bed.
The unlimited drinks offered as refreshment. The room was too small.
The man at the desk knew how to communicate in English, and he planned out our trip in Hiroshima. he was of great help nothing
very pleasant and comfortable stay. It's about a 10 minute walk from station but not a problem. All good
Room was extremely clean. Modern. Excellent, friendly service. Handy to transport and other facilities. None
Politeness of all personnel; Japanese design, all new hotel in Japanese style with Western style bathrooms; very spacious room; very good Japanese breakfast. Best possible location. A hotel I would recommend for tasteful travellers rather than for tourists. Nothing.
The staff were absolutely delightful, going to every length to make sure our stay was wonderful. We received a room upgrade due to a slight miscommunication with the booking, but even without this perk the experience was magnificent. The room itself was lovely, spotless and modern. Hotel facilities were the same, lovely baths with lovely views. The food was also delicious, we ate with our eyes as much as our mouths! Hotel location couldn't have been better, 5mins walk from the ferry dock and entrance was at the beginning of the main lively street. Can not fault this experience. Walked around what we thought was the hotel (going off the pictures we remembered from the booking) but were not confident to enter as it only seemed to have signs with Japanese characters or the restaurant name (which was different to the hotel name). Turned out to be the right place though - I wouldn't say this is the hotels fault either, but just for the sake of answering this question..
The hotel has an excellent location. The team is very supportive, in particular the generl manager who has helped us exceptionally. Breakfast menu is more Japanese style than Western.
The hotel is near the the main shopping area and near the Memorial park and museum. - very good location
Very helpful staff and accessible/near from tourist spots Very limited use of english
the room was a fair size, the location was very good right next to the peace park. also there are tram stations few minute walk which makes it easy to travel around. check out was very early!
location - close to the bomb museum and a-dome, and hondori. most staff spoke english. the lift is quite slow. the map does not show clearly which street the hotel entrance is on - perhaps be more specific.
The location of the hotel is very nice and the staff is very nice and cooperative!
