Not too much to like here Be careful when booking this hotel with the intention of bringing your pet. First they charge you an additional $10/night in order to get a "pet friendly" room, then when you get there they charge you an additional $20/night for actually bringing your pet. So in essence, there is a $30/night fee for pets which is much higher than other hotels in the area. Not to mention the rooms are musty smelling and in spite of their claim that the hotel was recently renovated, the rooms are far from the nicest in town. Do yourself a favor and choose one of the newer hotels in the Gateway area of town, you'll be glad you did!
We liked the pool. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was professional. They advertised a free shuttle to the airport but didn't have it available till later then our need of one at 4:15 am. We had to pay an extra $30 we had not anticipated. Taxi took long way to airport telling us it would be faster. It wasn't. Our choice of this hotel was made on having a shuttle available, so we were disappointed.
Great staff, very helpful and hospitable, from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeepers. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Walls a bit thin - late groups being loud in the hallway.
Nice checkout time Friendly staff My car almost got towed because the staff neglected to give me a parking pass. Did not know one was needed so that would have been a huge bummer Was a bit pricey also Bummer that the jacuzzi jets were not working
Very helpful staff. Alex at front desk was great. Loved the breakfast. Some faulty vending machines
Location was great and the bed was very comfortable. Wasn't very clean and small bathrooms
The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and it's a great location within walking distance of the University of Oregon campus. Couldn't really ask for more.
The staff were friendly, the room was super clean and well kept, the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge plus too.
Loved how close it was to nearby bars and university. Make sure you stop by voodoo donut, well worth it. Staff was nice and professional and gave us good recommendations.
I've stayed here on many occasions when visiting family and friends in Eugene and have always had a good stay. No frills for this little hotel, but it's clean, in a good area, the staff is friendly and they have breakfast. The water pressure in the showers is always low.
Location to the University Blow dryer broken and front desk didn't have a hand held one. Phone completely dead. Thin walls, need earplugs.
Price points are pretty good for long term stay, and they will work with you if you find a cheaper price online. Parking is one car per room, and that's no joke! Their parking lot is tiny and awkward if you drive a larger vehicle.
There was a balcony and the door opened enough to get some air. no
Location next to the U of O was great.Very quiet in the eveningsRooms were cleanStaff was friendly and helpful Bathrooms were very small.Parking slots are extra small and with a full house parking at times was not available.Rooms were showing excessive wear in spots...clean ...but worn.Breakfast was lean on offerings.

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were courteous and efficient. The parking lot was particularly crowded and the parking spots were so incredibly small we could not open the doors to get in or out of our cars. The pool was also small and relatively dirty. These two main issues really detracted from our stay...
Nice room very clean decent food Breakfast area too small
Room large, but furniture placed badly. From only armchair, not able to view tv. Stayed 2 nights, bed was poorly made both days. Bed sheets didn't fit mattress well, kept coming off. Room not crane, vacumed, and the garbage not emptied. The Contential breakfast was poor.
