It wasn’t clear at the time if booking that the rental facility was off the airport and required taking the train and then a shuttle. It is easily 20-30 minutes extra to picking any other rental from the rental car station. This information should be available upfront.Reviewed Jan 12 2025

The pick up lines were long and tedious, even after checking in. Vehicle pick up is a bit far and everything is self checkout now. The vehicle I received was worn and ridden, many small items did not work and were damaged or defective. The interior was very worn. Returning the vehicle took more time than it should have, needed to find a check in person and damage was noted that was with the vehicle at the beginning as I take thorough videos of the vehicle at pick up. I believe the entire process for a company of this caliber and in Europe, should have been more efficient.Reviewed Jan 11 2025

Awful. Forced to purchase Mexican insurance which pushed the cost to almost 4 times of what was confirmed when I booked. Complete false advertisement. Car battery died and left us stranded. No wiper fluid and no tools to change a tire. Left feeling ripped off. Avoid all car rentals during high season in your travels to MX if you can.
