Pros: The location was absolutely gorgeous, with a very nice swimming pool, sauna facilities and a beautiful garden with some farm animals nearby. Beds were fantastic and the room we had was very dark so great for sleeping. Breakfast was delicious, with some home made goodies (jams and such). Fresh eggs were perfectly prepared.
Cons: There is no food facilities on walking distance, so you'll need a car to go to a restaurant. You could have food delivered to the hotel

Pros: The staff was really friendly & helpful. There is no shop close to the B&B but the owner gave me a lift to the restaurant in their little village and the restaurant owner dropped me back to the B&B afterwards. Room is very cosy and equipped with the essentials including a Nespresso coffee machine. They have a heated swimming pool and a beautiful garden with a Pond. I would definitely recommend this place! Countryside B&B and not too far from Leuven or Brussels.
Cons: No shops near the B&B. You either have to cycle to the village or book a taxi (Bear in mind, there is no local taxi office close to B&B either).

Pros: Its exactly as described. The house is a large architect designed building with tiled floors both downstairs and upstairs. It is in a small hamlet. It fronts onto a quiet road and it backs onto farmland. The lady in charge was most helpful.
Cons: The WiFi is patchy upstairs but I would guess that its because the floors are thick and solid. Some local roads are closed to outsiders but Marleen can submit a form with your car number plate on it and then you can use these roads.

Pros: This is spectacular little loft room in a wonderful little town in the center of South Holland. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, seating area for eating and an espresso maker. Our host, Ron, made us very welcome and was accessible and accommodating during our stay. Breakfast exceeded our wildest expectations. There was always more than enough to eat and was delicious. I can't say enough great things about this B&B. Voorschoten is the perfect spot for day trips to Leiden, Den Haag, Delft, Kinderdijk, Utrecht, and even Amsterdam is only about an hour away. Pros: The hotel is ideal for latecomers - walking distance from the train station and self check-in. Most of the hotels and B&B's do not accept guest arriving after 22-00. Room is spacious enough, clean and cozy, I found everything I needed and even more than you can get in a big hotel. Excellent value for money.

Pros: Everything was great! A warm welcome with a bottle of wine, coffee capsules, tea, chocolate and water bottles was waiting on the table, which really made my stay much better as I needed a lot of coffee before I left my room! 9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast, the hosts
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for one night at the end of a driving tour of Europe. A family of four with two teenage children (13 & 15). This place is amazing. The accommodation is in separate building to the hosts home, and has a private entrance onto a quiet street where we were able to park. The hosts were lovely: helpful and ready to do anything to help. The breakfast was the best on our holiday:) the accommodation is perfect (although there is the spiral staircase so I assume not good for people who would have trouble with this). The pool was fantastic and such a special luxury. The kids spent the whole evening in there and my husband and myself enjoyed a quieter early morning swim the next day! We also used the sauna despite the warm weekend and that was fabulous for our tired driving shoulders. We had a genuinely fabulous time and would not hesitate to visit again. Thank you for creating such a lovely place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: incredible swimmingpool. Great room and sauna amenities. amazing fresh breakfast, super friendly hosts.
Cons: Impossible to find something that wasn't amazing.

6.7 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Well, room had no telephone, so had to get charged long distance to call from my phone when the safe jammed, heating was not working, and usb port for charging my electronics worked whenever it wanted. Staff seemed under trained and breakfast was basic.
7.9 Good
Pros: Wonderful balcony, exquisite building & great location
Cons: Bed kept separating! No room service - no room phone!! Nearly wonderful but just needs basic finishing touches
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location in a very nice building, very central.
Cons: At first we had a stinking room. We were changed to another room. We didn’t have any water to drink in the room. The mirrors were only cleaned in the bottom part, guess the cleaning person was a bit too small. Breakfast was average: no welcome, very crowded and not very tasty - but then we didn’t have to pay for it (probably just because they aren’t very well organised). When we were waiting at the reception the two ladies behind the counter were flirting with a guest, which didn’t seem very professional. The night guard (a student with hoodie) is very helpful. It’s a student-led luxury hotel at a great location.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location right in the centre of Leuven, nice staff, great in-room coffee maker
Cons: Breakfast a little pricey, but good
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful high ceiling in the room, excellent coffee maker for complimentary coffee in the room, super comfy bed.
Cons: Lighting was complicated to manage; glass door to the bathroom with direct visibility from the room sitting area to the toilet seat; heating was heavy, the room temperature was way too high and could not be fixed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Receptionists and staff was super nice and welcoming. The room was amazingly clean and big. The atmosphere inside the hotel was speechless. The location is super good!
Cons: The breakfast should offer more healthy options.

But at booming. com? there is nothing mentioned about late ckeck in time and my colleague couldnot arrive before11:00p. m. if I would have known they require not/late check in time, i will not book it according to our schedule.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location and room
Cons: Breakfast time
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Calm place, good bed.
Cons: Summary: Very unpleasant owner, not fulfilling what she promised, never present to answer question, to refill missing food at breakfast, location and owner not baby friendly, location far from town center, toilet/bath has no door so don´t expect any privacy, only one pillow, wellness is only an infra-red sauna which was broken. Details: This has been the worst experience ever (and we´ve visited dozens of accommodations and always give a good to brilliant score!). The owner is rarely present and always in a hurry so since our arrival we didn´t feel welcome, everything in a rush. We requested two separate sheets and a baby bed which were both promised. When coming back to the room at 9pm we realized nothing was prepared so we called the owner who made up an excuse that the baby bed is broken (extra sheet she also didn´t provide). Nobody at breakfast to refill, to ask, no tea (nor hot water, nor water boiler), food buffet half empty, no children chair. Owner comes half an hour later and when we asked for tea and children chair we got smacked that we made a mess (yes, some breadcrumbs on the floor from the baby!), that she only has two hands and no time and that we should have brought our own chair and baby bed ourselves. So basically whatever we asked was promised but not delivered and on top we got a feeling we and especially our child is not welcome. Owners 3 main responses are: "Hundred people ask my attention and everybody wants something and I only have two hands", "I´m up from 5am and sometimes need to give a key at 1am...", "If it were my kids I would have made sure I have everything with me, it´s about discipline, my kids would never sleep in another bed or leave breadcrumbs on the floor". And she never forgets to add "I hope you at least take care of my room, it´s been newly painted" (which certainly is not the case).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very kind staff, beautiful setting. Free parking. Would stay there again!

9.6 Excellent
Cons: The window needs a thick curtain, it was so bright in the early morning and not comfortable to sleep
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Close location to local station, restaurant, and university. Very comfortable place and in a calm and relaxing area.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is far out, but free bikes make this work just fine.
Cons: The basic room is a bit too basic. Best avoided.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was a very nice room, spacious, clean and bright. The staff is very polite and helpful with little tips about the city. The wireless internet connection was quite stable and fast, which was important for our online conference calls. Although it takes some time, we preferred walking between the hotel and the center and enjoyed it a lot. There also seems to be a free bicycle rental service of the hotel, which we did not use. One downside can be the lack of shops and restaurants around the hotel. But you can reach an area rich of shops with a walk of 15-20 min. Also, if you need some snacks or drinks in your room, you should better buy them in the supermarkets close to the center and carry them over.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice breakfast, friendly staff, good large room. I appreciated the most that they arranged my late arrival very well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy check in, friendly staff. Free parking in the street (if you find a spot). Quiet area, not too far from the center by bicycle. Simple room with plenty power sockets and a small empty mini fridge. Good water pressure in the shower. Large bath tub. Very clean. Selection of pillows to choose from. Good memory foam matras, not too soft.
Cons: Wifi was bad on the top floor, might be important for some people.

Pros: A beautiful place in a peaceful and safe location. Very gracious hosts.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly couple. The room they offer is very ample and with own bathroom (toilet is separate, though next door). The breakfast is really good (coffee, milk, juice, egg à la coque, ham, cheese, butter, marmelade, vienoisseries, etc.) and at really sharp price. Parking is very safe and free on the street, althoug they can also provide a spot at the entrance. Bus stop really close which takes you really quickly (I think 3 or 4 stops) to Metro 1, so commutting is very fast. All in all I was at great comfort there.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel is conveniently close to the airport. The owner was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Tricky to find in the dark (6:00pm check in). This means Brussels rush hour traffic!! Dirty Kleenex from the previous occupants left on a shelf. Beds are located in a loft, up a narrow circular staircase.

7.1 Good
Pros: Central location, Clean and Nice rooms.
Cons: When we were checking out we couldn’t leave the key anywhere because the place was closed. At 9:30 on a Thursday. A little bit odd.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good, the owner was very kind. Room had an interesting look. Price was reasonable and location was central.
Cons: Bathroom was not separate from main room. Few wall sockets. Floor and corners could have been cleaner.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a very nice hotel in the very center of the pretty city of Louvain/Leuven. Comfortable and interestingly decorated room, with hair dryer, toiletries, TV, teapot and Nespresso coffee maker. Comfortable large bed. Warm welcome (the owner/manager is extremely helpful; get recommendations from him). A superb breakfast. There are only three rooms in this hotel, one on each floor, so I presume it is fully booked most of the time. This hotel may not be ideal for everyone: there is no elevator, so if you have trouble handling a relatively steep staircase or are carrying large pieces of luggage, you may find access difficult. But otherwise, I recommend it without hesitation.
7.5 Good
Pros: This small hotel with only three rooms is situated in the very centre of Leuven, above a lasagne restaurant. We were there with a friend, whose room was at the top and was quite noisy, though ours, on the first floor was surprisingly quiet. The rooms are large, and ours had a small fridge, and most facilities you would need or want. The very best aspect is the owner, who is very friendly and eager to help, bringing us fruit for breakfast when we asked and seeing to the cleaning of the room when we told him how dirty it was. After this, the room was clean. The breakfast served downstairs in the restaurant was ample, though my wife would have liked some cereals. The centre is not so far from the train station and even with relatively heavy suitcases we managed to walk easily. The stairs are narrow, and not always easy to carry heavy suitcases up, but otherwise fine.
Cons: When we arrived, the room was very dirty, full of dust, which as my wife is asthmatic and has allergies was not very helpful. However, when we mentioned this the first morning, the place was thoroughly cleaned and afterwards was fine, though I suspect the area is quite dusty. You will notice from the pictures that the shower and toilet are open plan, so if you don't like that idea, be warned. The top room is apparently much noisier, even with earplugs, which are kindly provided. Leuven is always very expensive to stay in, so value for money is a relative term, but this place was quite expensive, so you have to decide if location and character, which the rooms have, makes it more worthwhile than somewhere a bit quieter and cheaper.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ohhhh the cafes all around us! The window looking out to the street of Leuven!
Cons: A bit noisy, but we actually in the end, enjoyed it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and the staff really helpful
Cons: The open style room. I would prefer more privacy in the bathroom.
