The location is outstanding and the accomodation is very rustic with superb views from the room balconies Learn up on your spanish as you will need it. The family that run the hotel make you very welcome indeed
What a view a wonderful view right in the mountains had a great country feel to it food was good except breakfast was weak . Generous host with great local wines This not negative but be prepared for longish drive into mountains and hairpins well worth the effort
The hotel provided an excellent stopover for us on a 3 day walk in the Pyrennes. Very clean, freindly and good value for money.
The hotel is wonderfully located in the beautiful mountainous landscape next to the National Parc of Ordesa, only sourrounded by untouched nature. Stunning view from the balcony. Very friendly staff. The hotel is a little bit clairaudient. Quite simple breakfast.
Nice small village in the mountains of only 8 residents, great location, friendly staff, great dinner inspite of the remote location. Many activities for nature lovers
The hotel, the staff, the location and the rooms were all really really good and I would definitely stay there again. It was very good value. If I were to be really picky some of the evening meals were a bit ordinary. A bit more traditional Spanish food would have been nice.
We liked the view, the place and the staff that tried their best to help us. Breakfast is very poor
Magnificent views from our terrace. Helpful staff with regard to activities and walks to take. Fabulous surroundings and genuine village experience
location in mountains terrific with easy access to national parks and walking trails; staff very friendly
Quiet clean place with much comfort compared to Refuge goriz Dinner and Breakfast were too late
Apartment was well equipped, very large. Views were amazing. Wifi did not work in the room only outside. Given the cold weather this was not so good.
The hotel is beautiful. the village where it is located is an authentic beautifull small and calm village.at your stay you can only hear the sounds of the river which passes nearby, the birds and the bells of the goats and sheeps which pass by the hotel every morning and evening on their way to the mountains near the 12 century monastry and back, The room is very good and very well equiped with everything. The facilities are excellent, and the familly who runs the hotel is a warm and very nice and fraindly people. no
Good, generous breakfast before headed off hiking for 2 days. Staff not friendly at all. Also a dead mouse in the pool for over 3 days shows a lack of attention to detail! Torla is a great place but also a travelator for trekking tourism to the Pyrenees. Hotel Ordesa it seems does not have to engage with tourists to operate a successful hotel business. Would stay in another hotel closer to Torla next time.
We liked the surroundings very much and the pool was nice. We also liked the breakfast buffet. We thought the staff, especially at the reception was not friendly. There was no greeting and we thought the staff was friendly to the Spanish guests but not to us. We felt quite unwelcome.
Location and standard of room were excellent
Beautiful location; comfortable hotel; good food.
Helpful staff. Could not get WiFi to work.
Big and clean rooms, quiet, free wireless Internet, great location
good hotel with very good bedroom
the view and th way the hotel looks.the stuff. I didn't check first so... there is no one to blame . the spa was close during my visit
Bad acoustics, ew heard every word spoken in the next room. Shower head broken
Excellent value for money, the hotel is very clean and the gardens are beautiful. Lovely position Its a pity they dont do evening meals (or they didn't the night we were there) but there are lots of restaurants in the town so it wasnt a problem
View of mountains, spacious room & bathroom, pleasant staff, lovely walled village with restaurants..
Value for money. Excellent location for mountain walks.More then helpful staf.
Friendly, comfortable, efficient,clean
Due to our bad habits, we prefer to have the TV in the bedroom rather than in the living room
stuff is very helpful the bad is very poor
Good location Hotel is a bit run down, small room. Better room ventilation and sound insulation is recommended.
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable, good breakfast. Decorated with objects of interest.Well placed for Ordesa. Poor sound insulation vis a vis neighbouring room.
The location is excelent, the design of the hotel look pretty, the room was comfortable, the host were helpfull and the breakfast was good. we would like to stay more than one night
Owners were very helpful - even dried our hiking boots after we got caught in a heavy rain storm.
This was a delightful find! It is far enough off the beaten track that it is a destination, probably not a one-night stopover. Yet we found our one night there to be a treat.
An superb hotel with very friendly staff set in a most beautiful area of the Pyrenees. Be aware that their is no restaurant at the hotel for evening meals but there are numerous restaurants located in the nearby village of Torla some 15 minutes walking distance.
the location is excellent, and the staff is amazing especially Anna! we had great time there!!!
Most of all the owners were very kind, attentive, charming. The hotel's location is near Parc Ordesa. It's cosy, pleasant and fine atmospher hotel. Nothing.
Very welcoming. Good view. Pleasant, helpful staff.
The Hotel was clean comfortable and tidy with spacious rooms. The staff were very helpfull and tried their best to please us, making us feel very welcome. The food was good and adequate.
General ambiance; general friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; excellent food; comfort of the room. Smoking was allowed in the dining room which made breakfast time especailly very unpleasant.
The desk clerk spoke English and she was very polite, free guest computer access, nice continental breakfast served to us in the dining room, rooms and hotel very attractive, attention to detail in furnishings. Dining room allowed smoking, so we did not eat there for dinner.
Great place to stay to explore Parque Nacional de Ordesa. Pleasant town to walk around. The dinner was excellent None.
Seven (7) stars ******* service. Hotel staff very very friendly, always want to help. Large and comfortable rooms. Tasty breakfast.
The rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is perfect The continental breakfast is very poor and unattractive
Welcoming, spotless, well-equipped though simple, all in excellent condition. Food perfectly acceptable and all reasonably priced. Excellent secure garage. No
Good food, friendly helpful staff, clean and well maintained. Building work across the road very noisy
We’ve stayed in bedroom with sitting room, it was cozy, clean and nice decorated with view to the mountains. The restaurant was good value for money. The people were kind and helpful. No
Attractive, very clean hotel, inside and out. Near Ordesa Park, well placed for excursions and walking. Staff extremely friendly and efficient. Food very good and reasonably priced. We have no criticism of this hotel.
very nice as a start point for Pyrenees discovery. Hotel is cozy, clean. Breakfast can be improved: toasts and jam, croissons and cofe are not enough especially if you are going for a long track.
The hotel was very noisy
stop for 1 night onlly dirty bathroom
The place is very nice
Wonderful views of the Pyrenees from the balcony. Room faced east so we got the morning sun. Quiet surroundings, nice to be outside the town but only a short walk to shops. Room was clean and spacious. Parking available right in front of the hotel. Walls were thin. Could hear next door guest snoring. Fortunately there weren't too many noisy guests but it could have been a problem.
the helpful and pleasant staff.the value for the money restuarant.the calm positoin of the hotel. no
The countryside location is superb but still easy walking distance from Broto & Oto; the rooms have a balcony with chairs to admire the panoramic views No evening meal on Sunday but plenty of restaurants to choose from in Broto
Helpful staff, fantastic landscape and the quiet. Walls between rooms a bit thin
The Location was excellent, plenty of walks and lots of restuarants to eat at. The manager was rude, he pretended he didn't understand english, and he overcharged us for our stay
Its location and price were pretty good. You can hear people talking in the other rooms even if they're not shouting.
Nicely decorated room. Comes with soap etc., even toothbrushes. Perhaps if I know more of the Spanish language, the hotel receptionist would be more friendlier.
Easy to find, good location; very clean and comfortable; although staff did not speak english, this was not a problem; staff was very helpful; free wi-fi; breakfast only for 3 euros per person; refrigerator and hair dryier in the room. No shampoo in the bathroom.
Very nice hotel. Friendly stuff. Good location
The location is excellent. Our room was splendid, huge and pleasant, with a wonderful view. Everything's new and sparkling. The staff was friendly. We have asked for a late checkout, and we've got it without problems. Although they did not speak English, we have succeeded in understanding each other. The breakfast was too late, starting at 9:00, and it was was quite poor.
Location with easy access to Ordesa National Park
non freindly reception staff. no english or italian or german speeking staf which made communication impossible!!
Location of hotel near to the National park 1. Staff not very approachable, a little "stand-off'ish", put this down to region of Spain? 2. Very few amenities in Broto (Resturants)
Location - value and friendly reception. Excellent for Ordesa National Park
The room was large, clean, and had a minibar! All in a 1-2 star hotel. The staff was very helpful and freindly.
