Pros: Lovely room, comfortable bed, nice big bathroom
Cons: Breakfast was not value for money. 9am is too early for breakfast to finish when on holiday on a weekday
Pros: The space and the location
Cons: The apartment was supposed to be with AC and Wifi. The AC was not yet connected...it seems that they were not expected to rent it so fast this year...so why rent it then. The Wifi connection was too weak as the appartment is a bit too far from the Hotel Wifi...so if you want Wifi, you need to go to the lobby. The terrace was not ready at all...still construction materail in the garden and the finition not done...4 chairs for 7 persons only. That is too much to rent it this year.

Pros: The couple renting the place is very lovely, the entire place was clean, the pool was great size and the breakfast was yum!
Cons: At the arrival we were offered a drink, so the owner opened a bottle of white wine and poured himself and us a glass. In the evening we decided we want to go to the shop to buy some wine and he was like no no dont go, it will be closed i will give you one. I was like no we can go an buy some but he was being super friendly and he handed me the bottle - the opened bottle we had with him on the arrival. So I thought what a nice man.. until we got to our last day and we went to pay (it is a cash only booking) and he charged us 12 euros extra.. i was like why am i paying more? and so he said that's for the wine. I mean, really? I did not want it, he never mentioned to me he'd charge me 12 euros plus he also had a glass from that bottle! shocking, what a business man

Pros: Breakfast was excellent but the whole atmosphere of the place was welcoming and the rooms were very atmospheric and comfortable. Beautifully furnished and decorated.
Cons: Nothing to fault - the host was especially welcoming.
Pros: A gorgeous old fashioned french house is an incredible location by the river and weir. The owners son waited up to greet us and we had a late arrival time, he was very helpful. We were on a stopover 8 of us including 2 small boys. It was a very french experience and we loved it ,

Pros: The chalet was clean and we had most of the things we wanted. It was in a perfect position for our travels around that area. The lake was nice to walk around and it was nice and quiet, due to end of holiday season.
Cons: We would have liked a little pack for washing dishes etc similar to the nice one we got with soap, shampoo etc.

Pros: The hotel had a little pool that we appreciated on a hot day and the view over the landscape was beautiful.
Cons: We rang the door bell but were not welcomed inside. We were told that the reception is outside in front of the door. The entrance to the caslte was a catastrophe. We were shown up to our room through the CELLAR which lead us to an extremely slow lift up to the 3 floor. Not what you expect when starying in a castle. It did not feel safe. Late evening I wanted to go out to get something at the car but the cellar was so dark so that I could not see the door. We were told that it was difficult to get breakfast but would be easier to drive to Casteljaloux 6km away in the morning. Which we did. The day after we could see that other people were welcomed in to the caste for breakfast. Strange The owner gave a nice impression but behaved very strange.
Pros: This was the perfect respite after the hustle and bustle of Paris. We will try to go again and highly recommend!!
Pros: Venue. Castle is beautiful! Owners were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast was industrial. Homemade items or fresh items from a bakery would have made an indelible difference. A wine tasting at the castle would have been nice too.
Pros: The chateaux is tres magnifique. It even has it's own winery. Everything was great. The owner Vincente was charming and provides a very relaxing ambience.
Cons: Nothing to dislike really. Although maybe extra towels for the swimming pool could be provided.
Pros: Lovely gardens
Cons: Bedroom was nice but totally unserviced. Bed was not made, bathroom and loo not cleaned nor rubbish removed from bathroom. Only two rolls of loo paper provided and had to take a roll from unoccupied room next door the day before leaving. Lift approached through damp basement with greenery growing on walls. Alternatively, room could be reached by stone staircase installed originally for servants. In fact the let out rooms were servants accommodation and unbearably hot as at top of building. Not a chateau experience. Also, two square pillows of horrid foam with lumpy inside toweling provided - unbelievably hot and uncomfortable. Shame because bedding OK. Good coffee at breakfast from machine we were not expected to operate so no second cup! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Very expensive for what I got and will never go there again. They don't seem to understand what is expected in the modern B and B business.

Pros: This is a really wonderful house. The owners are really kind, friendly, welcoming people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It is a wonderful place, clean and comfortable with a really good breakfast. The town is quite small and there are not many places for a meal in the evening.
Pros: Home made jams and bread....lovely!
Pros: Incredibly welcoming and kind hosts. Beautiful garden. Spacious rooms
Pros: Nice hosts, but the room was too expensive for the location and the quality .
Pros: Fantastic stop for 4 tired cyclists. Our hosts looked after us perfectly and did everything make our short stay totally enjoyable. Thank you so much from Pete, Pete, John & Chris

Pros: A warm welcome after a long drive from the uk! Our room on both trips we have made was beautiful, clean and the bed very comfortable! The breakfast is excellent, even when you oversleep by an hour and a half! The hosts were more than happy to serve us! The residence is about 10-15 off the motorway in a rural, exceptionally beautiful area! They are also happy to accommodate our Chocolate Labrador for a small charge!
Pros: Had a really good nights sleep, peaceful location, excellent breakfast and evening meal, after a day's drive was really good to relax by the pool with a good bottle of wine and unwind and be able to take in the view across the valley.
Cons: There is nothing I can add, its a really nice place with excellent hosts.
Pros: Peaceful place, room comfortable, breakfast very good. Owners very helpful.
Pros: We came to Larroquiniere for a short stay but were pleasantly surprised and would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay in the beautiful Lot-Garonne region. The best part of our stay was the dinner and breakfast. Marie and Manuel provided a healthy and extremely tasty home cooked meal and breakfast was amazing with home made jams and brioche. We also had a great time sharing our table with a lovely British family also staying at the bed and breakfast. This is also a wonderful place to bring the family with animals to see (sheep, cats and dog) and a pool. I highly recommend a visit.
Located in Clairac, Château Marith is within a 15-minute drive of Musee et Ferme du Pruneau and Moulin de Gorry. Featured amenities include multilingual staff, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Fantastic place - lovely staff, family run - couldn’t recommend highly enough!
Pros: Quiet location, very friendly and helpful proprietors, comfortable and clean room, newly refurbished. Lovely dinner in the restaurant and good breakfast in the morning.
Pros: The accommodation was very good. Large wetroom. Bed comfortable. Unfortunately Restaurant not open at this time so had to go out for dinner. Clairac just short drive away. Weather was good so having a motel style room was not an issue. Not sure too good in bad weather!! Owner spoke good English and was very pleasant.
Cons: We had difficulty finding hotel via sat Nav as it takes you into Clairac but not to hotel. Need to use GPS coordinates to eliminate this issue. We were lucky we found a very kind fireman who took us there.
Pros: breakfast was superb ,freshly squeezed juice all the usual French fare plus the owner made a very nice ommlette in the evening the owner booked us anearby restaurant next to a river, great meal, live music, great view of the river agood overnight stop
Pros: The place seemed to be closed when we arrived and the man who looked after us didn't appear to expect us. He was very helpful but since the only other people were either in the Gites or workmen working on the Chateau site there was no atmosphere. The menu in the restaurant was very restricted for some reason and we only eat there on the first night. The breakfasts were good but soulless since we eat alone in a large restaurant. Good swimming pool. It should be made clearer that you are not staying in the Chateau itself but a block in the grounds. This made it more like a motel than a local B&B of the kind we normally like. The manger did his best and was friendly and helpful but we will not be returning.
Cons: Clearer information about the nature of this place. Perhaps I should have paid more attention to the details, ensuring it was more in keeping with our likes before booking but in the past this has never been an issue.
Pros: We had one of the gites which was excellent the rooms were spacious clean tidy with all facilities And continental breakfast was very good James was very very helpful Would recommend
Cons: Leaving the venue
Pros: The property was beautiful. The gite was very spacious inside and outside. The pool was lovely after a day in the car. Lovely views of surrounding countryside. Would def stay there again
Pros: There is a large park and right in front of this beautiful river Le Lot. The welcoming was great, done by the owner itself and was really nice. Beautiful area, very promising expansion coming soon as the owner explain. Top place and nice people. Well done and keep up!
Pros: Fantastic hidden gem. Beautiful setting, located near a small town 7 miles from the Motorway. Owners could not have been more helpful. I am a fussy eater and do not eat meat, the lady owner prepared a special meal just for me, and it was delicious. The Chateau is beautiful, renovations are ongoing and what they have done so far is of a extremely high standard. Fantastic value for money, and we could not have been made to feel more welcome. Thank you Caroline and Jean Yves
Pros: Superb breakfast and cozy restaurant. Nice with the pool as it was very warm when we arrived. We booked a deluxe double room and the size of the room was deluxe but not the decor. Host very friendly towards us. Fair price.
Cons: Outside space/terrace was not cleaned/prepared for guests. The bedside tables were dusty as were the lamp shades on them. Otherwise cleaning fine. Room could maybe have been better prepared with more fresh air as it was a bit stuffy and in general the place could do with a little more TLC. Maybe the heat with record temperatures the week before prevented this.
