Very nice and helpful staff
The staff was very friendly! The hotel was very clean and very nice! The bed was very comfortable had a great night sleep.
Nothing really but if I had to put something the pool was a little cold and there was no hot tub like in the pictures but no other complaints
Continental Breakfast had allot to choose from. The Suite had a role out mattress in the couch.
The suite room had a cigarette smell to it.There was no bed sheets for the roll out mattress.
Waited for 10 minutes for desk clerk to check us in. He was answering questions about rates, etc. He finally put him on hold after I said something.
Very clean, friendly staff and awesome breakfast!!
Pool was a little to cold and wifi wasn't any good
Enjoyed the stay and the accommodations.
Renovations taking place meant some noise and some odor, and the side door next to my room was unlocked all the time. However, no problems.
Nice place. Was a bit late for the breakfast but the lady cheerfully helped me get a plate full for my wife and I.
The free breakfast was good, with a lot of options.
The bathroom floor could have been cleaner as there was hair from previous guests behind the door and in corners. We were charged for the room by the hotel even though we paid through Priceline...still waiting 4 days later for charge to go away.
The hotel was fine but I would look for better value if you are staying more than one night.
Everything was top quality and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pool and hot tub were closed.
The hotel did NOT fall in the shaded area that Priceline represented. Priceline would not discount or refund. 1 star for priceline, 5 stars for hotel. Never using Priceline again unless they make it right.
The room was clean and super comfortable. No noise. I stay at hotels a lot and usually get some hwy noise or the kids upstairs jumping. I heard nothing!
Indoor pool freezing. My kids couldn't even enjoy which was a let down as that was the main reason we chose the hotel so they could swim.
Very comfortable with pillows even labeled for firmness.
Access from Interstate 55 was slow going in after dark driving.
Location and breakfast!!
Staff was not friendly or at the front desk. Plus, staff double charged me for my room. After, I book through Priceline.. I had to wait 96 hours for my account to be credit back.
I have to say that I wasn't sure what to expect, but this actually was a nice stay. The staff was so nice, the room was clean (and HUGE), and the pool and hot tub were relaxing. The breakfast was just ok, but for the money this really was a bargain. I would definitely stay here again. The family and I all left feeling good about the decision to stay here rather than a local competitor. Just make sure you like a firm bed! But having your choice of firm or soft pillows made for a good night's sleep.
the hostess was rude. The pool was overclorinated to the point of rashes and discolored swimsuits. Your eyes burned just by going into the pool area. It wasn't worth what was payed.
The pool was awesome! The area was painted to look like being in the Bahamas or somewhere nice and warm! The hot tub was done up to give you the feeling that you were hanging out in a tiki hut somewhere tropical! The ceiling was even painted to look like a sky! The pool was warm. It was not huge, but not too small. Another cool thing about it is that it was not a shallow pool - once you got past the steps, you were in 3-5 feet of water - which is great for older kids. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was awesome! And the price was unbeatable!
What a great surprise! This hotel has quality linens, choice of pillows, a great staff and spotlessly clean rooms. Very quiet and well-maintained. Bathroom has luxury showerhead, curved shower curtain, premium towels. I highly recommend this hotel!
