Pros:Customer service. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and clean.
Cons:No good breakfast provided. No eggs. Just cereal and coffee.
Cons:Renovations would wake us up.
Pros:The night staff and maids were fantastic! Good location for city life close to the mall. Tons of fun movies for free on demand. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure
Cons:The two people that seemed to be running it (manager's?) were rude. When i went to check in, the women was on the phone. I waited for her to get off and she seemed to get mad at me for waiting. Also the 2 running it continuously asked when I was checking out like I was unwanted and that they didn't have records.. Also the elevator smelled of drugs (possibly weed) and cigarettes. The 2 running it also hovered over the guests. The man wasn't as bad. Our card keys for the room were cancelled multiple times.. We had to keep going to the front desk to get them fixed. The front desk acted like it was a huge inconvenience for them. Not much on the breakfast. Frozen waffles, cereal, oatmeal. Also there is only on big thing of butter and one thing of cream cheese. Everyone on the hotel used it. The shower had a low bat to where if you are over 5'5" you will have to duck. I will not be staying here again.
Pros:Comfortable and very friendly staff
Cons:Bathrooms need updating, the workout facility is just s treadmill and bike. Breakfast had very little to choose from and none of it was appetizing. This Josh attracts a certain kind of clientele.
