-location -big parking -close to all the services I found many drops of stain blood on 2 of the 4 pillows. I found men's body fluid on the skirt of the bed. Took it to the front desk and they refuse to give me an other room .
Size of be and room Dirty, toilet bowl NOT clean when I arrived. Nor cleaned while I there. Comforter was discussing and stained. Bed sheets weren't changed on my stay are they had black spits on it they whre there my second night. Not vacuumed. Dust under air conditioner a
Hard to think of anything except location and price Old and rundown. No sink stopper, broken baseboard lying loose, worn carpet, no tissues etc.

Quiet, great location. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very outdated, needs major renovation/updating. Overall room quality was poor - bad paint-job, old appliances, old sofa, old bathtub and fixtures in the bathroom.
Bath needed a bit of a spruce up.
Location is best! Front desk & dining area under renovation. Breakfast: Limited fresh fruits choices/ No grab-to-go breakfast as with other Super 8 motels. Hallway: Cigarette butts not removed regularly from hallway ashtrays, making hallway stink. Bed : not turned over completely.
The location was alright. Room was outdated and in desperate need of repairs. The room was not clean. There were 3 lamps, 2 of which didn't work and the one that did work was hanging off the wall. Stains on towels. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Ac wasn't working properly. Dirty.
like having fridge and microwave in room took away breakfast right on the dot of 10:00 am - suggestion would be to have breakfast left out until time of checkout 11:00 am. Food does not need to be put away at 10:00 am
So bad that I had booked (and paid for) two nights, but left after the first. What luxury I did get, like a king size bed, came with issues : no sheet covering the mattress so you could see stains on it, and the sheet that was there looked like a queen size. Issues with the room: -the sheet on the bed had dirt smudges on it -damp, dingy, gross carpet (kept socks on the whole time) -weird musky smell to the room -not nearly enough outlets (you have to unplug something to plug something in) -towels that were still semi damp (plus old and ratty) -at night you could hear people from downstairs and everywhere around you talking -shower head looked like it had never been cleaned... ever -love the free wi-fi, but it cuts in and out -- not reliable Issue with the location: -right by highway 6 intersection with woodlawn, so it was VERY noisy -not the best area of Guelph -- just a heads up P.s. do yourselves a favour and have breakfast at the Mcdonalds near by -- it's worth paying the extra few
Location Moldy bathroom
Old and dates with minimal renovations. Expensive for a 1 star motel.
Decent location Couldn't understand staff, room was tiny, dirty and could only get a smoking room which wreaked of smoke. Bed was uncomfortable and price was almost as high as a 2 star. I know you can't have high expectations with a 1 star place but I was disappointed.
It was the closest to my destination. I would have liked a non-smoking room but unfortunately they were not listed as available. So I got a smoking room that smelled awful.
Friendly welcome at check in. Spotless room. I would stay there any time.
Clean Rooms , New Windows , Very good A/C ,We upgraded and got the Comfort level we looked for.Management very supportive
