Beautiful decoration, helpful staffs who are so welcoming and always smile. Room is clean, beautiful and spacious. Good location
Wifi in our room doesn’t work at all and is slow even in the lobby. It’s quite common in Morocco not to have wifi in the room but a 5 star hotel could have improved it? Breakfast is nice but very expensive considering the market rate

This Riad is absolutely stunning, pure luxury right in the heart of the medina, the building blew me away, stunning interiors, beautiful rooftop view right over the whole medina, incredible to watch the sun rise and set from here, and most of all the staff were amazing.

Love the common areas. The riad is beautiful! Don’t like that the rooms have no Moroccan flare. We missed that a little bit. The dinner menu in the hotel could be a bit more varied. Seems a little limited.

Roof terrace was lovely and the staff were very happy. Staff make a good cocktail.
You have to make sure you have a room with a balcony or terrace if that is what you have requested. Our suite didn't have a balcony or terrace as expected. The food wasn't Relais Chateau standard.
