10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were very kind, driving us up to the city center several times so we did not need to move our car. Helped us get to the bus station for Palermo too.
Cons: A little scared of their dogs at first, but they were obedient and responded to owners commands
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is very quiet and relaxing. Rooms are big and very cleaned. The owners are extremely kind and supportive giving many smart advices on where to go and what to do. Delicious breakfast. Myself and my family were really delighted to stay there. It is really a great place to stay in Monreale. Really recommended.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Host gave us a ride up to the hill town.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We loved the BNB. Awesome family run place with great people in a secure premises with locked gate and friendly guard dogs. Great pool and a super relaxing environment. The apartment was perfect and we had everything we needed including a very reasonable minibar. Breakfast was perfect. Nice pastries, cakes, meats, cheese and attentive hosts. The drive into Monreale is not something we would have attempted; we let the hosts of the BNB drive us up. The town of Monreale is as Sicilian as it gets, it was a little tough to find a person who spoke English. On the 10 minute walk back we saw a few wild dogs around that were staring us down for a minute and then walked off. It did make the walk back a bit stressful but I think they were harmless... just looking for scraps of food. There are a few places on the walk back where you need to be really careful on the road. Cars were coming around blind corners pretty quick so stay alert! It was our 1st time driving in Sicily and it can be brutal driving off the Autostrada. Around the BNB the side roads were not too bad to drive on. We would recommend the BNB as a nice launching point for days trips to many places or for a relaxing stay inside. Thanks hosts for a great stay!!!
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Internet reception weak. En-suite bathroom rather cramped. Proprietors did not speak English, but we could communicate in French.

Pros: The beakfast was wonderful, with fresh and varied food provided in a very cosy room. The bedroom was very clean and confortable, with all the facilities you need available. The residence is located in a very quiet, safe and elegant area, in spite of the fact you need some skill to park your car at the property. The cathedral is very close to the location, probably 8-10 minutes by foot. The kindness of the host worths to be mentioned - they also gave us a lot of useful information in order to take maximum benefit from our trip.
Cons: Nothing to say.

Pros: Lovely old fashioned property with good breakfast just down the road from very nice town centre. Parking so central.
Cons: Little tricky to find, satnav sends you to wrong part of street.

Pros: Lovely helpful hosts. Great breakfast in the garden. Santino even drove us up the hill a couple of times when it would have been tough to walk in the August heat. Elvira very kindly gave us a packed breakfast when we had to leave early for the airport.

10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Cons: Above and Beyond in every detail: This B&B is brand new, tasteful modern decor, clean and fresh with beautiful views out side from the balcony. Centrally located in the narrow streets of Monreale, we decided to safely park at the fountain area and Sergio and his brother picked us up! Walking distance to the Cathedral, he informed us of a free orchestral concert that night there and made our reservation for the cloister tour afterwards and even printed up our tickets. Mentioning Delle Scale Cheese shop around the corner, he took us there and he interpreted while we tasted and purchased. Breakfast was lovely and traditional, the conversation and warm hearted genuine character of Sergio made our stay so special. I highly recommend this establishment and I am a very fussy and experienced traveler.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Sergio was a delight. He did everything he could to make our trip the best it could be. He accepted all suggestions and took out luggage to our rooms. He gave suggestions for local sights and a restaurant. Breakfast was complete with yogurt and fruit and cappuccino. It was an adventure.
Cons: So many one way streets and challenges to find the B and B. But, Sergio helped us find a parking space and even a neighbor pitched in to help us in locating a safe spot. It is just a tiny place with challenges for parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: An especially friendly owner. Sergio is very helpful , knows English very well which was a huge bonus for us. The room was airy and large, with a view of both the city and the mountain.
Cons: The roads are very narrow. We did not know there s a good street to park your car a couple of blocks away. So should you be staying there ask Sergio for guidance.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was wanderfull

Pros: Excellent!!!The house of Giovanna and Roberto is great, our room was big, convenient and with great view! Everything was very clean! Breakfast was delicious (every day was deferent), so we tasted many italian tastes! Giovanna and Roberto are lovely, very polite and friendly! They gave us a programme with the places we have to visit in Palermo, very helpful! You must also taste Giovanna and Roberto's food, it is the best pasta we ate in Sicilly!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Giovanna and Roberto’s property is stunning, split levels, own room and bathroom (with a lovely big bath). Cool in the summer sicilian heat. I opted for dinner in (extra) and well worth it to experience typical meals. Giovanna and Roberto are typical of Sicilians extremely hospitable and friendly. Highly recommend a stay here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent. Very quaint and safe area only 10 minutes drives from Palermo. The house is beautifully designed and has eclectic interiors. Our room was very cosy and had an amazing view on Montreale. Breakfast was generous and delicious ...and of course the hosts were super lovely. Giovanna recommended us the local pizza place that serves amazing local food for pennies. Hope we can return soon. Thank you again:)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The owners were very friendly and if Giovanna offers to cook say yes! both evenings she prepared a lovely diner for us with nice wine.
Cons: -
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our hostess was charming and cooked us a delicious Sicilian meal one night. The architect designed house is outstanding with elevated views over the Valley to Monreale and Palermo. She made us feel very welcome.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic Food, it was so filling we skipped lunch every day. Our host Giovanna was wonderful. Amazing views of Palermo and the surrounding countryside.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staying at Villa Ciambra was like staying at a 5 star hotel. Everything was perfect. We were tired and stressed when we arrived. The owner offered to make us dinner so that we didn't have to get back in the car to find a restuarant in Palermo. The dinner she cooked was beautifully served and and tasted wonderful. If you can you should try to arrange half board. The house is contemporary and beautifully designed and furnished. This is truly a rare gem. Can't say enough to express how grateful and amazed we were.

Pros: Great staff!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely property with great facilities, huge pool and terrace with great views. Room was more like a small flat with a living room and kichen area, separate bathroom, large bedroom and access to the terrace from all of them. Host very friendly, helpful and keen to make sure you have everything you need. Excellent, large breakfast served on the terrace. Only stayed for one night for easy access to the airport but could have happily stayed longer.
Cons: Not sure how much there is to do in the area as only stayed one night before flying home although the valley is very picturesque.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: we booked 3 rooms with friends as we had a wedding near by, the host has been very kind and supportive of our needs. the place is spot clean, pool is lovely and I wish I had more time to enjoy it. Breakfast is superb. very good value for money
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly & helpful staff. Great panorama to the north. Outdoor breakfast in the shade, with panorama. Extra features like outdoor swimming pool (0-24h with lights), a little working area with desk, room bicycle.
Cons: Booking.com promised not to charge me when starting the booking process, and in the last step they asked for bank card number, and in deed they charged the room immediately. When I arrived, the host told me the room had been paid (no confusion there).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the staffs are very professional, nice breakfast, beautiful location.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very very friendly staff, amazing breakfast. Clean and spacious room with small terrace (not for sitting) and big deep pool from 1m to 4m. Very nice view to the surrounding environment.
Cons: It was bit hard to find it as there was not so much light nor navigation board around and we came during night. Room facilities was bit outdated and would deserve a renovation soon.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We had a very nice stay in this bed and breakfast. Owners were really nice and helpful, helped us to book a private trip to local winery. The pool area was very big and almost too nice so that it was hard to leave to do some sightseeing, also offered great sunsets over the valley! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. AC and wifi worked really well. Neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. There is no public transportation so you need to have a car to stay here. We will stay here again if coming back to Palermo!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed a warm welcome and had a nice stay. The room is very comfortable. The pool is great. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: very kind People, beutifull place, Horse riding was an amazing memories thank you so much!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely authentic farm surrounded by beautiful countryside. The rooms were the best we had in our trip to Sicily, with large bathrooms, books about Sicily and nicely renovated, and the dinners they cooked us were fantastic and reasonably priced. Don't expect the usual "hotel" experience. You eat with the family. Lots of cats, kittens and dogs around in the courtyard. Lovely horses outside. Historical artifacts lying around. This place is really for people who want a true, quiet, rural experience. Very relaxing, nice little trails to take walks on, and a little pool around which to sit and have a glass of wine. The drive from Cefalu to Corleone area was stunning. Giovanni and his family were great. Highly recommended.
Cons: Good WIFI in the dining room area but none in the rooms.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It’s nice big house away from the hustle and bustle among the nature with beautiful view on the fields. The Road to this place was nice as well. Here you can order horse riding, walk on the fields, play with pets, just have a rest, eat, sleep or drive to Corleone to visit Mafia museum or just see the town. Also here you can order dinner or lunch. It was unreal big with different dishes. Of course free parking. The house and room was clean with all what you need.
Cons: There is no wi-fi in the room, just in dinner area, but for me it’s not an issue.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely rural setting. Horse riding was wonderful. Very peaceful & relaxing end to our tour of Sicily
9.2 Excellent
Pros: If you want a place to get away, this is great. It's a bit of a drive to get there from most places but once you're there it feels like you're in your own villa in the country. Great dinner with owner brothers, Joseppi and Vincence. The walk around the farm on country roads in the morning sun was spectacular.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful countryside near Corleone. Very good family who runs the place and provides excellent food. We had a lovely stay.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff and an excellent meal at dinner (and breakfast was very good as well). A nice secluded cottage near Corleone.

Overview Reviews
A stay at this bed & breakfast places you in the heart of Monreale, a 2-minute drive from Cathedral of Monreale and 7 minutes from Catacombe dei Cappuccini. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available 24 hours).
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice and clean room Kind hostess You can choose your own breakfast Walking distance to the duomo
Cons: The dog was barking a lot during the nights which kept us awake
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location. We were a short walk to great restaurants and an easy bus ride to Palermo (about 8 kms but about a 30 minute bus ride due to traffic!! Palermo was so busy and it was nice to come back to the tranquility of the B&B. Our hostess was very accommodating and breakfast was fantastic!
Cons: Loved everything about this place.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Extremely clean. Location excellent for cathedral. (Some travellers might find climb up difficult though).
Cons: Difficult to find and gain access as owner not available immediately and relative unable to speak English
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice views, away from busy roads but very close to the town centre. Breakfast was home made and very nice.
Cons: Couldn’t connect to WiFi
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hostess, homemade food. Sadly no English and as we have little Italian we spoke via phone app. Amazing views. We got taxi into Palermo which was so much better than driving and trying to park.
Cons: Difficult to find at first as up very narrow lane. It would help if mentioned turning was opposite red supermarket sign and straight up lane right to the end.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This B-and-B is only 200 metres from the Cathedral Square. The two guest rooms are a modern extension behind the main building. We could see the sea from our bedroom, and the cathedral from the terrace. The house was very quiet and surrounded by lemon trees. The host and her mother only speak Italian, but we communicated okay! Breakfast is in their apartment or (on fine days) on the terrace. The food is very Sicilian, with lots of cakes, toasties, very strong coffee with a large jug of boiled milk, etc. It was at 8.30 and eaten with the guests in the other room - in our case, independent travellers from Germany with interesting experiences to share. The bonus is having a free and secured place to park on the premises, as parking in Sicilian towns can be a nightmare. We didn't use the car once during our 3-night stay, as the bus to Palermo is only 400 metres away.
Cons: Suggest you use Satnav or equivalent to find the place. We had also used Google Streetview, and that helped. Otherwise ...
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice sourrounding - the limoneto! The fresh orange juice from the own limoneto! The place was very calm and only 5 minites to the great old church! We took the bus and came easily to Palermo without car - great! Very nice and rich breakfast was in the beautifol owners house.
Cons: There is the beatifull big old house of the owner - and the two rooms to rent were in a new built "box"- house besides... this was amazing... irritating...
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Lovely garden. Parking in the yard.
Cons: Everything was OK.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good, the staff was very helpful. the facilities were good
Cons: With a GPS it was still difficult to find. Directions should be attached prior to arrival.
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Agriturismo Tenute Pollara by Casa Mia in Corleone, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of C.I.D.M.A. International Documentary Center of Mafia and the No Mafia Movement and Saraceni Tower. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My friends and I (including their 9-year-old son) used this place as our base to explore Corleone, the Cretto di Burri and Gibellina. It's perfectly located, as it's very well connected to main roads yet it's also completely surrounded by the beautiful central Sicilian countryside. The property is beautiful and contains a large swimming pool, a smaller swimming pool for children (a lifeguard oversees both) and plenty of playing spaces; the vineyards and the winery, where an award-winning wine is made; lovely gardens with shade you can read a book under; a private parking lot; and the restaurant. The rooms are very comfortable, decorated in a simple, elegant manner; mine had a balcony overlooking the gardens. The staff couldn't have been nicer: Massimiliano, who checked us in, made sure the child we were travelling with could take a quick dip in the swimming pool just before closing time and Gabriele La Barbera, the Managing Director, gave us an enthusiastic and very informative tour of the winery. The food is excellent. Thank you so much to all the staff. I definitely hope to come back soon!
Cons: Everything was perfect. I'd have stayed more had I known I'd love it so much! A warning for first-time visitors to Sicily: be prepared for Sicilian portions (the food is excellent but it's a lot of food).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s a must to see this place in spring! All is green, the place is calm and quiet, the view is perfect. The host Massimo is extremely helpful and commited. The pizza was delicious, but it couldn’t beat a wine, which was perfect. Remember to take a bottle with you, or two.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and dinner was great - supper. The young men who welcomed and served us - Max and Emanuele were very nice and friendly (siete bravi !), we will definitely be there again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What did we like? Where to begin! My wife and I liked Casa Mia so much, we extended our stay by four additional nights. The Agriturismo is located in an area of Sicily with 360 degrees of stunning views. I never thought I would see an area that was more picturesque than Tuscany, but it was. Built into a winery, the accommodations were both modern yet quaint. The bed was very comfortable (very important if you've ever stayed at a place with a cheap mattress), the WiFi was fast, and our spotless room had a walk-out balcony overlooking the scenic landscape. Most nights we chose to have dinner there. The food was beyond superb, and we asked the chef to surprise us with her choices. She did. Numerous courses were served and each one was better than the last. We usually enjoyed a bottle of their fine wine made right there, and I was happy to know it's available in the United States. The morning brought more platters of food, fresh pastries and fresh brewed coffee. We were taken on a tour of the vineyards and was able to stroll through the vineyards. There were two men whom deserve special accolades. Massimiliano and Gabriele. These two young men acted as our own personal concierge, making sure our visit was spectacular. Thank you guys! My wife and I spent a month traveling in Italy and Casa Mia was by far our favorite destination. When we finally left, we felt we were leaving friends behind. But we are already planning another trip there, so we will see everyone again.
Cons: I didn't like leaving.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at that agritourismo. Max was extremly attentive. The food was fantastic and too much. At the visit of the winery we have learned more about the good wine which they produce there.
Cons: Sometimes the music at the big pool was a bit loud .
7.9 Good
Pros: The grounds around the rooms we stayed in were nice. It look like it had a great pool and I'm sure it would have been a great place to relax in. We were on a tight schedule so we just checked in and then left to go to Corleone to explore and have dinner. The breakfast was good. The staff served us as much coffee as we wanted and they had lots of fruit and typical Italian breakfast foods.
Cons: The keys were very hard to work. The room was so-so. ( but is was comfortable and very quiet.)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I am from NYC and not easily impressed, but Agriturismo Tenute Pollara Casa Mia far exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing, the staff perfectly wonderful and the grounds were gorgeous. This is not your ordinary agriturismo-there is a beautiful pool (unfortunately closed in autumn), mini golf and tennis. Dinner was great and the food was copious (marinated mushrooms, zucchini, almonds, yummy eggplant, steak, pumpkin that I am still dreaming of, Salumi, cheese, and yummy ricotta turnover type thingies - all paired with the wine made right there. Our room, dinner and yet another copious breakfast and a wine tour came to just under $100 euros - an incredible bargain. Would go back in a heartbeat- and just for comparison, we are now at Verdura resort in Sciacca- which is gorgeous, swanky and heavenly but which value-wise cannot compare to Tenute Pollara Casa Mia.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location was great, in the middle of the Sicilian rural area. Beautiful nature, calm and a big swimming pool. Great service-minded staff, Massimiliano is a real factotum (a do-it-all). Very tasty wine and good food for dinner. Over all we had a very positive experience.
Cons: I was expecting a different breakfast, with fresh home made marmalade or jam, instead we were served frozen croissants and commercial jam.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff really took care of the guests which made it extra special. It was an oasis in the middle of nowhere.
Cons: A small detail: somewhere to hang your towels in the bathroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place surrounded by the vineyards used for its own wine production and with great views towards rolling hills and steep forest cliffs. The food served at this place is great. For a very reasonable price, the chef will take you through a traditional locally inspired menu served with the agriturismo’s own wine. The staff are all very accommodating and this place makes you feel welcome. Especially Maximiliano made our experience one of a kind.
Cons: Swimming pool can get a little crowded with outside visitors.

Pros: Valentina and Angelo were great hosts and very welcoming. Comfortable accommodation with a lovely terrace. Good location to access major roads for reaching tourist sites in western half of Sicily.

Cons: Our stay courant have been better
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything except wifi
Cons: Wifi
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, nice people, everything perfect. Thanks a lot Julia
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Personal attention of owners, not far away of center of Palermo and with direction advice of the “manager” easy to get there even by car. Safe Parking place for your car.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely little place. A little oasis in the hills of Sicily and only half an hour drive from the airport. We loved staying here; was a great base to visit north west Sicily. Valentina and Angelo were just perfect in every way and their local knowledge was ideal for a first time visitor to Sicily. I would have no hessitation in recommending your stay here.
Cons: The location had a pool; which is wonderful; but me being me, I never read the small print and the pool was available until only 4pm. B&B’s are great way to stay; but most get back at tea time. If the pool was available to say 7pm, would allow people that stay there to enjoy a swim at the end of the day; which would have made the trip even more perfect. I hope that Angelo takes this as constructively and makes this change; if he were to make this change, then I would have no hesitation in coming back.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was very spacious, Valentina and her husband were very nice and helpful. The B&B has a nice and clean pool. Breakfast was good!
Cons: Rather busy street next to the B&B (but I guess you will find this everywhere in the surroundings of Palermo / Monreale.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Angelo and Valentina could not have been better hosts. They have a deep knowledge of all aspects of Palermo and Sicily and are generous in sharing their knowledge. The property is well set up with a lovely clean outdoor pool set in a lush garden. The continental breakfast is a good start to the day for exploring Palermo, Monreal and beyond. This may of course involve the challenge of Sicilian driving, but even there, Angelo does his best to help. We recommend them without hesitation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Angelo and Valentina were very friendly and helpful. We had a large and beautiful room and bathroom. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was tasty and certainly sufficient. It was great relaxing at the pool. If we are in the area we will definitely go back.
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and highly comfortable large rooms with terrace, air-condition and excellent bathrooms. Great Internet. Excellent breakfast. Out of the street parking in the property. Long interesting conversations with Angelo gave us insight understanding about Sicily. Clear instruction on how to reach Palermo, that Angelo gave us, helped us to reach it in a very short time. It is recommended as a excellent base for touring Palermo, Monreale and the area.
Cons: None
B&B La Piazzetta - Monreale - Bedroom

Overview Reviews
With a stay at B&B La Piazzetta in Palermo, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Cappella Palatina and Catacombe dei Cappuccini. Featured amenities include express check-in, luggage storage, and microwave in a common area. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Clean rooms and friendly staff. Parking space available.
Cons: Room was quite big but cold and windows are facing the wall. Hard to find even with navigation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed staying here, the apartment is confortable, clean, has a nice view. Breakfast is delicious. The bus stop for Palermo is in front of the apartment and also there is a lot of parking space in the street. The neighborhood is nice and safe. And above all, hosts are wonderful people.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A helpful and friendly host, he personally provided a car tour of Palermo for a fee, Excellent breakfast.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is outstanding, self-made cakes or tiramisu, panna cotta. There are also fruits, cheese and prosciutto, so it's easy to eat too much.
Cons: The house was pretty cold as we had not the best weather, but you can heat by using the air-condition.
7.5 Good
Pros: A most friendly reception.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean and quiet b&b. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, a really good breakfast, parking in front of the building on a small square. Bus stop is 1 min walk from the B&B. That's a big plus, because you don't want to go by car to central Palermo. We did it, traffic is ok but it's next to impossible to find a normal parking garage. They ask you to leave the car keys so that the garage staff can move your car to let others in and out. Not a good idea if you have a rental car contract that prohibits unauthorized drivers. Do yourself a favor and take the convenient bus in front of the B&B, half an hour later you'll be downtown. Overall, this place is recommended by us for its location, the breakfast and the large room.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and a good pizza place nearby. It was next to the bus stop, which helped a lot when visiting Palermo.
Cons: The neighbourhood isn't the prettiest. You don't really have any option to go outside for a walk. The nearest cafe or restaurant don't accept cards, so you need to have cash prepared.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great for visiting Palermo since a bus that takes you to the city center stops infront of the house. Or Monreale, which is easily reachable by car. Night view from the window is lovely and they prepaired a great breakfast in the morning. Everything is pretty new and modern, we had a pleasant stay. Parking was available all the time.
Cons: Not much going on around the property, but this is also a plus, since it is very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: IT was very Nice, clean and comfortabele, there was a great breakfast.
Cons: Unfortunately, iT was far from everything. We were able to Walk to a pizza place and got very good sandwiches, but you had to drive everywhere else

Pros: Lovely property. Charming owners and staff. Amazing location to appreciate the mountains of Sicily .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was breathtaking, clean and beautiful , when we arrived the chef had left for the day as we did not answer an email from the owner asking if we would want a meal when we arrived. But that was no problem his wife had a meal ready in an hour that blew us away!!! We were sorry we only had one night there. This place is not to be missed , don't make the mistake we did and book for longer than one night!!!
Cons: that we only booked for one night!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts/owners were fantastic. The restaurant was not open but because there was not a nearby open restaurant and my group did not want to go far after a long day of driving they accommodated us with a wonderful spread of antipasto, wine and dessert. The rooms were wonderful and I loved the porches in front of the room so you could sit and enjoy the view. They have done a fantastic job with the property. The breakfast was big and delicious. I would recommend this place.
Cons: Everything was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing experience and absolutely recommendable for those who look for some relax out of the city and fresh air. Excellent facilities, the room was equipped with all necessary amenities. A plus for the extra bed, which was very comfortable (something really rare nowadays). Breakfast is excellent, too, and a must for all those who want to try some typical Sicilian flavours. Thanks to Stefania and her husband for taking care of us throughout the entire stay!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The owners made us feel at home very welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and evening meal made with care and attention really tasty. Brilliant place to unwind before flying home after 2 weeks of busy cities
Cons: Unfortunately no coffee in rooms but staff were willing to make us a few
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The facility was heaven on earth. The owners and staff were by far the most courteous and professional staff we have experienced in our many visits to Sicily. The meals we were served were exceptional. We look forward to returning to Crapa Licca.
Cons: We loved everything! This was our final stop in Sicily (3 days) and was nothing short of excellent. Rosario and Stefania are such gracious hosts. You could not ask for a better example of true Sicilian culture.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Oh my. Stop looking now and book this place. A wonderful oasis in the Sicilian country side not far from Palermo. So quiet relaxing and beautiful. Nice pool to soak up the sun and owners are just as warm as the sun. It’s a definite must to book dinner also - the Sicilian specialties they serve over 4 courses is a tour de force of cooking. Enjoy!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location first class- mountains, extensive gardens and 15 mins from sea. Great scenery. Staff excellent; guest welfare paramount . Room comfortable with a terrace and well serviced . The evening meal was of a high standard of cooking and service with quality ingredients. We requested a savery breakfast and again this was of the same high quality as the evening meal. We would return and stay a few days it was so relaxing and peaceful
Cons: Marginal. Maybe the room could have been a tad more cosy. But this is a very personal preference not a criticism of the accommodation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location in the mountains Quiet environment Incredibly helpful owners. I arrived early and without hesitation the kitchen was put to work preparing a delicious lunch. The heating in my room was faulty and they moved me late in the evening to a new room Good fixed dinner in the evening including wine of EU 30 Charming owners and staff One hour to Palermo airport
Cons: The road was a little twisty but I knew that from the map.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful experience. Great host, very familiar atmosphere, feel like at home
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a great accomodation! Bia was very friendly and eventhough she could only speak Italian, we made it work with the help of Google Translate. Bia drove us to a typical Italian restaurant and she told the staff we could sit in the back, with all the real Italians! The breakfast was amazing and all self made. The women working there gave us a great tour around Corleone and showed us different places we would otherwise wouldn’d have seen. Ladies, thankyou for everything!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The lady is a very nice host. Good breakfast. Nice view. Comfortable beds.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A delightful and somewhat quirky hostess. Bia is the kooky Italian Zia (Aunt) you never had. Honestly, it was the most surprising host experience I’ve ever had. I was utterly charmed by the end. Adorable!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely marvellous: host, location, facilities. It is possible that Bia is the friendliest, most helpful person on the planet. On my arrival I was offered pasta, aubergines, meat, watermelon, ice cream and coffee (all were of excellent standard). I'm not sure if this is a standard welcome or if I was just in the right place at the right time! The room's balcony looks out onto a view of mountains and yet it's 5 minutes away from the town centre. Excellent accommodation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and value. Nice staff, wonderful breakfast. Clean and awesome bathroom. The room had excellent view.
Cons: All was great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The big balcone has great views over the compo d’oro. There is also large outdoor area at front of property. Its a quiet area. Antonella is very hospitable and friendly showing me local sights. Highly recommend a stay here
5.4 Okay
Pros: Clean, spacious and good views.
Cons: After I had booked, the owner immediately emailed to tell me that the price was more than advertised on booking.com; then my credit card was charged much earlier than it should have been. When I arrived at the property she wasn't at home and had left keys for me, which turned out to be a good thing since when she got home she wanted to talk a lot. Then it took her ages to take my passport details when all I wanted to do was go to bed. The property was 10 minutes from town on a road with no pavement. My room had no AC and the bathroom was through the kitchen.

Pros: The people from Casa Rossa were very very kind. The apartment was very clean and great. The swimming pool was nice with a fantastic view. And on what' s app you could ask questions, and immediately within 5 minutes you got an answer. There is a possibility too to do the laundry. Really, nothing is in the way for you to go to Casa Rossa.
Cons: Nothing!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly hosts who provide comfortable lodging with a wonderful view over Monreale. Annalisa gave us useful tips for visiting the cathedral and was very welcoming.
Cons: All was good. We might have preferred to be a bit closer to town, but that was our misjudgement.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The view is breathtaking. Near Palermo, easy to find, easy to park. Nice stuff !!!
Cons: The small problem with key. There are to rooms with the same one on one hall. So a bit uncomfortable to know that some strange people can open the door.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Nothing!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We parked the car on arrival and there it stayed until we left 2 days later! Monreale was accessible from Casa Rosso and we went to Palermo by bus. Pietro was so helpful, very welcoming and nothing we asked was a problem. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
Cons: We liked everything we experienced!

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
7.5 Good
Pros: Big room, good views from the balcony.
Cons: The pillow smelled like tobacco. Difficult/dangerous walk to Monreale, driving by car is a better option. Air conditioning worked in the living area but not in the room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The place is very easy to reach both from Palermo and Monreale. Situated at a side of a rock with great views overlooking Palermo. Very clean, nice interior design.
Cons: You might get a room overlooking the rock. It is also a bit noisy in the late evening/night because of the restaurant at the ground floor.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very spacious, great terrace and view over Palermo. Comfortable bed. Good off road parking. Really excellent restaurant on ground floor - fabulous food and great value for money.
Cons: It was an 800m walk uphill to the cafe where a simple breakfast of coffee, juice and croissant was served. We could have taken the car, but then would have been faced with finding a parking space which isn't always easy. As the apartment had a nice kitchen, why not charge a little more and leave tea, coffee, yoghurt, eggs etc in fridge?
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff, great location near coast!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room and lovely shower room, food good in the restaurant down stairs, very central position with parking available
Cons: The owners suggested we changed to the Locana re Ruggero, which we did, A bit noisy at night, over a restaurant , and the cars on the cobbled streets kept us awake, but right next to the cathedral and very convenient for seeing this lovely little city and the amazing views over Palermo
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was very nice, we were happy to be able to eat in the piceria after arriving quite late. The host was very helpfull to meet us in the city centre and show us the way to the property as we missed the turn.
Cons: 1 blanket for 2 people, would appreciate to have separate ones
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great place above the city! However google maps gives the incorrect position, search for the restaurant with the same name!
Cons: Google maps location not correct, breakfast is very basic
5.0 Okay
Cons: The hotel is rather a restaurant with some rooms without a real reception. According to the description we should have had a mountain view, which we had endeed, there was a rock directly in front of our window, so that our room was really dark. We had to wait quite long, because they did not expected us. Everything seemed a little unorganised. Overall, we would not recommend to stay there, only if you do not have any other option.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We booked the suite and we didn’t regret it. Great appartment with two terrasses and an amazing view over Palermo.
Cons: Breakfast was disappointing.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic view over the bay, comfortable swimming pool and relaxing area, easy access to the beach. Great Personnel. Peaceful area of traditional Sicily, but with easy access to Palermo and Cefalu via highway.
Cons: Understand tradition, but as a tourist from Northern Europe I was expecting meals of better choice during the day. Not a big deal, could always go somewhere out, however staying at the hotel was so pleasant that I would rather not.

Pros: The room was comfortable, the view and the beach was exceptional, the bathroom was huge, perfectly clean and beautiful. The staff was always polite, friendly and helpful.
Cons: In the restaurant staff hardly spoke English and food was expensive. No other restaurant or shop in walking distance. A car is a must. Without a car, you are trapped in the hotel. There was a loud party on Friday, but on other days it was calm peaceful and relaxing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful place with a private beach, sea-view rooms, dinner restaurant on property, free parking, 30 minute drive away from Palermo.
6.7 Good
Pros: breakfast oke The first moment we booked the trip we told them that I,am walking very slow and difficult NOBODY said anything also in further mails regarding distance etc. but there is no elevator what so ever stairs allover and when toy look at the pictures on your own website you see the stairs without any grip or railing this main stair is leading to restaurant our room was again one large stair down so for breakfast I needed to climb two big stairs and hoping no bathroom needed as their was none only downstairs. as it was almost end of season all facility,s at the pool and other reataurants like sushi and pizza are closed and the daily menue was 6 very simple possibility,s in the 14 day.,s of our stay thanks god my wife could help me with the stairs otherwise I was completely lost a big shame for a company your size
Cons: EVERYTHING SEE ABOVE
6.3 Good
Pros: +free parking +private beach +breakfast was ok but there is some queue on the coffee, cheese is limited +good price for this class of hotel
Cons: -this hotel is NOT CHILD/BABY FRIENDLY. They gave us a room which was very hard to access with a stroller. We had to climb 3 different stairs to reach for lobby from our room and there was an extra stair for breakfast room that makes our holiday a real challenge.

Cons: Road to get to property rough
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was amazing. The swimming pool was great, the staff was super helpful and kind.
Cons: The way to the hotel is quite 'rough' to take, the last 15 minutes to the hotel is on an unpaved road and the first village is a 25 minute drive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful location!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! First class establishment, historic buildings, tasteful furnishings, superb food, large pool and gardens, delightful and helpful staff. Beats out any luxury hotel and is exceptionally reasonably priced: full dinner with wine and water €25/28. Will go back for a longer stay.
Cons: Stick to the SP5 to get there. Avoid at all costs taking the SP120/120bis! The 1 km dirt road turnoff to the property is luxury in comparison, and the turnoff is well marked.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: TOP LOCATION TOP FOOD TOP STAFF
