Pros: Massive room and amazing breakfast, huge shared lounge and kitchen downstairs makes it perfect for groups or weddings, families and friends. Beautiful village too with great dining options nearby. Don't stay in Karpenissi it has no charm, this is the best place!
Pros: We got a better room than booked, viz. a luxury suite (fireplace, kitchen, completely equipped)! Central heating! New towels and bed sheets, daily.
Pros: The owner received us with a big smile, and ready to help us in every possible way. I booked two rooms (for my family ) and was surprised to receive a whole apartment with two comfortable rooms (each of them with a bathroom) an a great and spacious kitchen/living room with balconies. every detail was great, books in the shelves, nice armchairs, super nice wooden table, and all the facilities in the kitchen to stay for a long time (we would have liked to longer our three days stay) Very clean, and quiet. Great Breakfast!
Cons: The way from the Lobby (or breakfast room) to the rooms is very uphill, but the owner provides car help to those who need it. The breakfast doesn't include coffee with milk as we drink it, only Greek coffee. (but we received free coffee and choco for the children the last morning, special treat. thanks!)
Pros: Spacious accommodation, comfy bed, clean soft towels and sheets every day. Lovely location with beautiful views. Underground car park with direct access. Very efficient heating for the first few cold nights. TV very good. Plenty to choose from at breakfast and very good coffee. Friendly people. Cannot fault it.
Cons: Nothing to dislike
Pros: The inn/condo I stayed apart from the lovely room(s) has a beautiful tv lounge room and a kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equiped so eating in, is possible. The village is wonderful and I walked further up to the mountain with view of the pristine peaks of Mt Tymfristos and came across with the wilderness of the countryside. Breakfast is served at a beautiful cafe-country restaurant of the Epoches'.
Pros: Well furnished chalet in a restored mountain village. A great place to spend time with friends and visit the local area.
Pros: The apartment is amazing beyond expectations! Spacious, clean, great taste in decoration along with waking up to the sound of birds! Fotis and everyone else were excellent hosts providing us with everything we needed. We are already planning on going back soon! Thank you and congrats!
Pros: We were upgraded to a much better room, very nice but had no real use for the fully equipped kitchen and massive sitting room as it was hot and were out most of the time. Found the fridge freezer very useful to freeze ice packs and water bottles to help cool fresh trout bought in a nearby village. Underground car park, private space and private entrance direct into your accommodation, great in hot or cold weather and for unpacking/packing car. Plus normal entrance too.
Cons: Bathroom okay but shower just painted walls no tiles , massive space but only basic shower fitting, needed repainting or renovating a bit. Bed was very noisy, like sleeping on a very comfy mattress but very poor base. Windows hard to close and no mosquito nets on doors. Only some windows. Hard to keep cool as no air conditioning, nights were cool but with door open for breeze got bitten a lot, unfortunately that is were any breeze comes in. Personally we would have preferred a microwAve rather than washing machine, as only on 3 night stay. Kitchen got basics for cooking but no cooking, chopping knives etc.
Pros: OMG!:)..probably the best accommodation we have ever stayed (with most comfy bed&most pleasant sheets:), beautiful deco, super clean, best breakfast during out Greek holiday, amazing staff..charming little village. Your car is parked safely in locked garrage. You need to walk about 150m up&down for breakfat but that is just good excercise;). Wifi didnt work whole time, but we didnt really care so didnt even informed staff. Only thing (not criticism:),.we are trying (at least little bit) to be sort of eco-tourist so telling everywhere we dont need cleaning&towels/sheets changing during our stay..but towels was changed daily anyway:)..I know its considered as excellent servise for guests&I know some tourists demand this..but I guess you should have a choice:)..
Cons: nothing!..we loved our stay!

Pros: Amazing view from the balcony! Really nice breakfast! Friendly staff although challenged in speaking English.
Pros: This was one of the best rooms I ever booked: very comfortable , beautiful view, very quiet and clean , extremely friendly hosts !! Maria prepared a lovely traditional breakfast for us. The hotel is located in a small village up the mountain close to karpenisi - which was a much better choice than karpenisi itself. Definitely worth the price!! We just stayed for one night - but they're a lot of things to do around and I hope I can come again!!
Pros: The room was very clean, very warm, had a great bathroom, the bed was comfortable, the view was nice.
Cons: The room wasn't the same with the picture of booking.com, but the facilities were the same as it said. They said that the parking will be free and available, but when we arrived there was no parking area at all and we had to leave it 100m away in a small corner of the road which was no safe at all especially if it's snowing. The hotel wasn't visible enough and we weren't able to find it easy. The breakfast wasn't something special.
Pros: Very nice place. The team did way and beyond to make us happy. They prepared us sandwiches when we went to 4x4 tour.
Pros: There are no enough words to express the great and worm hospitality of Maria and Andreas. It’s rare to meet this kind of hospitality. Maria was so kind and was ready to help in whatever we needed .She thought of everything in advance ,so we even didn’t need to ask. She really made us feel at home, like members of the family. So,it was hard to say “Goodbye.” The room was nice and cozy, comfortable, with nice Mountain View, located in a beautiful and quiet village near Karpenissi. Breakfast was excellent, rich ,included fresh and local products . We really recommend to have a vacation in this special guest house.waiting to come again. Thanks again Maria and Andreas

The room, food, ambiance and overall experience were simply stunning. As a hint, ask Chris for some of his home grown produce such as jams, eggs, cakes etc
