Pros: clean, modern, friendly staff
Pros: Location was a benefit.

Pros: The breakfast and the evening treats for families
Cons: The first night we checked in, we went between the front desk and our hotel room three times. At first we thought the keys didn't work since we couldn't get in the room. It ended up they gave us a room with some family already in our. It wasn't even busy.
Pros: The rooms were very nice. The fireplace was a wonderful surprise.
Cons: We could not get the bathtub to drain. There is no bar.
Cons: We asked instead of one King size bed to have two beds. We had tio pay extra 30%. The room was furnished poorly.
Pros: Rooms were great, staff very friendly, and great location for us. Pool could have been cleaner. Breakfast was good. Overall great stay and would stay there again!
Cons: Pool could have been cleaner.
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. I was not in need of the kitchen, but if I did it would have been sufficient. I choose this hotel because other family members were staying there.
Cons: I take a therapeutic bath before bed. The tub drain leaked and did not hold water. Notified staff 1st thing in a.m.Drain was never fixed - told staff at check-out. It was not listed in computer. Breakfast was mediocre. Price too high.
Pros: Room was spacious and well apointed. Free breakfast in the dining room was ver good. Staff is friendly.
Pros: Clean, quiet, very nice staff. Daily breakfast was the highlight of our hotel stay. People complain about highway noise in other reviews, but it was not even that bad!

Cons: The room had a stale / moldy smell. It is the worst hotel experience I ever had.
Pros: We were upgraded to a room that had an outside entrance but was secured through the lobby entrance since we were Holiday Inn frequent users.
Cons: Busy weekend and cleaning staff was behind; the interior rooms were not ready by 4p. Property needs more renovation and surprised that Holiday Inn would take over the buildings.

Pros: Very comfortable and romantic. It has movie posters lining all the walls of the hallway and the building is 100 years old and very historic.
Cons: As an older person going upstairs was hard
Glen Tavern Inn is a great choice for a stay in Santa Paula. You can relax with a drink at the bar/lounge, and the restaurant is the perfect spot to grab a bite to eat. Other highlights include a garden, and rooms offer room service and free WiFi.
Pros: This was a nice hotel. Friendly staff and easy check in. Excellent breakfast. Spacious room and comfortable beds.
Cons: Had a corner room and was noisy until 10:00pm.
Cons: Lock on my door wouldn't work therefore I was unavle to get into my room 3 times until they were able to solve the issue. Communication and resolution was very poor.
Pros: Breakfast was beyond what was expected. The pool and outdoor space was very attractive. The layout of the hotel was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. Check-in staff was super.
Cons: The style of the interior of the rooms was a bit outdated.
Pros: Breakfast was very nice.
Cons: Rooms and infrastructure are in desperate need of updating.
Horribly ugly patched up bathtub, Counter torn out of room replaced with closet, but in a very depressing way. It was sad to spend so much money on such bare minimum surroundings.
Pros: The location was close to many things, food wasn't in shortage near the hotel! And there are many markets *Target, Ralphs were within 5 min drive. It was a quite, very good stay for the price
Cons: On the second night, we learned that the freezers aren't exactly like the ones in a normal home so DON'T BUY ICE CREAM AND PUT IT IN THERE. Also there was a couple of surprise guests, 2 crickets that came in through a missed hole from the caulking. Its all good though, aside from that this location was EXTREMELY clean and welcoming
Pros: The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was outstanding!
Cons: There are no elevators. We were fine but if you have any challenges with stairs request a first floor room.
Pros: Great staff, great hotel
Cons: Staff, food and room
Pros: the breakfast was great!
Cons: the beds werent comfortable and the room was a little outdated
Pros: Very, very clean rooms and super comfy beds & a delicious warm breakfast! We would definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros: The staff was professional and courteous. The price matched our expectations.
Cons: It felt like a hotel on the decline. It felt like its peak was in 1992, and has since been in need of a large renovation.
Pros: Wonderful breakfast, close to freeway and shopping, friendly staff
Cons: Bathroom needed updating
Pros: I particularly like the pillows. I don't know where the hotel industry gets them, but I'm on a search for my own bed!

Pros: Excellent value. The customer service from the front desk to the maintenance ladies were ever so kind during our entire stay! They always replied to messages. And the cafe was quick and convenient!
Cons: Bathroom was tiny and at times felt cramped... parking filled up fast but it really wasnt an issue considering there was plenty in the front. Bed was a bit stiff (especially coming from one enjoys firm mattresses) and the sheets felt scratchy.
Pros: The location & price was inline with our needs. Very comfortable and gracious staff. Will definitely mark this place on the map for our friends!
Cons: We needed more time to really enjoy and appreciate this place.
Pros: Such a lovely stay. The office helped us check in past office hours with no problem at all. Room was perfect for our short stay on the way up North. Would visit again.
Pros: It was easy to get in and out of and it was clean.
Cons: I thought it would include breakfast but the front desk said it wasn't included because I booked it on hotels.com. The price was the same as if I were to book it on their website so that made no sense. The beds weren't that comfortable. The electric plug next to the bed was broken so I couldn't plug my phone in to charge there. It was okay for 1 night but I don't think I would stay longer than that. It reminded us of the small hotels in Europe. Very basic... Also there is very limited parking. We arrived kind of late to check in and we had to park on the street.
Pros: The location is great, close to Old Town and the Outlet Mall.
Cons: Seriously the most uncomfortable bed I have ever had at a hotel. Ruined the stay. Too bad, because the staff was very nice, the room was clean, and the location convenient. But if you cant get a good nights sleep, you are miserable
Situated by the ocean, Bella Capri Inn is a great choice for a stay in Camarillo. Guests can visit the fitness center for a workout or grab a bite to eat at Old Town Cafe, which serves breakfast and lunch. Rooms offer up nice touches like iPod docks and premium bedding, along with LCD TVs and refrigerators.
Pros: It was convenient, easy to find and get to, staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.
Cons: Only issue was the room key required reprogramming 4 times in one week. Not a big issue but a pain nonetheless. Small gaps under the door but that caused no issues. Somewhat musty smell.
Pros: staff is courteous, room is clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, can't rate the breakfast because I was in a hurry to leave early
Cons: smell of the lobby/ front desk, my daughter noticed it right away, you might want to use scented candle or oil burner for scent

Cons: Cleanliness of rooms. Dated fixtures and fittings.
Pros: Nice hotel, common areas are clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly, but not overly helpful when we asked about local attractions.
Cons: The room was dirty and smelled. Pictures were missing from the walls and the picture hangers were left in their place. We stayed in room 5, which was downstairs next to the driveway and the staff left the window open with our stuff in the room.
Pros: Beautiful; clean
Cons: Wish we could have stayed longer :)
Pros: The room was amazing! Clean, Large, with tremendous character! Beautiful!
Cons: Sorry to say it was in Santa Paula.
Located in the entertainment district, Santa Paula Inn is a great choice for a stay in Santa Paula. Freebies like breakfast, WiFi, and self parking are added perks, and guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby hiking/biking trails, mountain biking, and surfing/boogie boarding. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: The location is nice, close to shopping and coffee. Pool and hot tub area is nice and clean.
Cons: Rooms were not very clean, old, tub stained, shower curtain moldy, fridge was off when arrived and once on it froze our drinks, hard to get in and out of with baby things.
Pros: GREAT PRICE, CLOSE TO VENUE.
Pros: staff, room
Cons: bath towels needed to be larger and I'm a small person!
Pros: Quiet, relatively comfortable rooms.
Cons: Restaurant and room service very over priced
Pros: The beds of the hotel were nice and the bathroom had a very nice tub and shower. Those were the only highlights on this stay.
Cons: The wifi in our room did not work at all and they said it was because we were in a part of the hotel where the signal was weak. They told me to hook the ethernet cable to my laptop and even that didn't work. It took 3 calls down to the front desk to get someone to finally fix the ethernet cable. The first night we came in, there must have been an event or a load of people at the restaurant in the hotel because we could not find a parking space anywhere remotely close to the entrance of the hotel. By the next morning half those cars were gone so I knew they weren't guests. The walls of the hotel were also sort of thin and I could hear someone next door talking loudly on their phone. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: Because we didn't book through the hotel the meager breakfast that others got for free cost us $10 each. After enough complaining they took that charge off. Other places offer free bottles of water - this place charged 2.50 if you drank one. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it said it was a no smoking room.
Pros: Live music at the Arena, total comfort in my room, nice restaurant, good food, good wine!
Cons: Tv sound was set so that we could not adjust volume and when air conditoner was running could not hear TV. Was told BT
t the desk this c was done by cable company. That made no sense.
Pros: Great Value for the room ,located close to shopping
Cons: Low water pressure, stale smell in rooms
Pros: Excellent value. Great amenities: gym, bar & grill, pool, WiFi & wired internet access.
Cons: Water pressure was very low, making it difficult to shower. I understand conservation but I would prefer to make that a conscious decision rather than be forced by the plumbing.
Pros: I like that the hotel has everything in it. Little gift shop, cafe, room service, etc, the other hotels in the area don't have any of these things. It's really a good size and rather comfortable room for the money.
Cons: The 2 rooms I was in needed painting on the bathroom doors, the Door security feature in both rooms were worn out. Light bulbs in bathroom needed changing.
Located off highway 118, the Grand Vista Hotel sits high on a hilltop with great views of the valley below, and is within 10 miles of Thousand Oaks, Moorpark, Simi, and the San Fernando Valley.
Pros: The bathtub was large, The wifi worked great, and they give you a cookie upon check-in.
Cons: The bed was really uncomfortable and squeaky. The walls were super thin and I heard everything. Parking was right outside of rooms so you heard people coming and going and car alarms. Tub was stained, sink didn't work properly and drain smelled like sulfur. I would skip this place and try La Quinta inn.
Pros: Great place to stay for a night and good value.
Cons: The outside noises can filter into your room and no amenities on site. Some maintenance was done in my room without my knowledge leaving the carpet very wet and the A/C failed to work after the maintenance visit. Front desk staff member not too concerned about my informing him of the wet carpet and unannounced work in my room.
Pros: Can't beat the price. Great for those travellers that are just passing through and need a bed to crash for a night. The location is good too, right next to outlets and theater.
Cons: The rooms are very basic. Clean, but not squeaky clean. My room had a funky odor, like someone forgot to flush. The biggest drawback, however, is that there's no free wifi. $5 for 24 hrs of slow wifi.
Pros: just a bed & shower
Pros: For the price and location, great! Very clean. A bit noisy, due to the 101 FWY.
Pros: The location was good. The fact that the Camarillo outlet stores
were right next door was an added plus.
Cons: The pillows on the bed were a bit flat. There was no jacuzzi.
Pros: They have a security guard that patrols from 10PM to 6AM. Right next to the outlets in Camarillo!
Cons: Lot's of "thuggish" looking individuals that tried "mad dogging' me at numerous times. Now I'm Latino and perhaps maybe they felt insecure about me, but get rid of that show of bravado. I realized that the low prices attracts people like that, next time I'll pay $20 more to get piece of mind. Pillows smelled like cigarette/marijuana.
Pros: The price
Cons: We found someone's dirty shirt under our bed

Pros: The check in process was hassle free and fast, the room was clean and everything was great.
Cons: Only suggestion I have is to make an earlier check in time available, even though everything was reserved me and my friends who also reserved separate rooms were informed that check in time is at 3pm...their flight landed at 7am so we had to run around til 3pm.
Pros: ease of registration/booking. smoking rooms
Cons: plumbing needed replacement, sink was cracked. needed caulking the tub was nasty... furniture was placed in wrong spots. look like mold on bseboards
Pros: The property was well maintained and felt safe at night. Additionally, it was close to the freeway and shopping.
Cons: The exterior and front office could use a minor facelift.
Cons: very old building.
Not felt safe at all.
bad air conditioning.
Pros: Refrigerator, microwave and DirectTV with some movie channels was nice. I did not go to the pool but it looked nice from the street. Did not go to the breakfast but that looked to be fine. Bed was fine.
Cons: Dirty walls, the door was hard to close and lock. Needs painting very badly! I had to use my Software Engineering skills to enable the internet as there were 2 listings and once your device auto connected to the wrong one you had to mess around to get the one that worked.
Cons: Old. Run down
Pros: Good price, if you just need a place for the night.

Pros: The lady at the desk was very nice, unlike you fuckers
Cons: The diarrhea sign by the pool...the dead cockroaches in my bathroom...mold on the door and duct tape holding things together. No working phone...um, illegal!
Cons: Loud. People allowed to smoke right in front of non smoking rooms
Cons: Rooms were not clean and ready for check in at 3:00.
The Tv control was hard to used. Two young men at front office were so nice.
Pros: The location
Cons: The noise of air condition unit.
Hotel was good, it was the staff that made me feel that I needed to write this review. The front desk lady was horrible and not friendly. She was rude to me and my wife saying that we did not have any reservations even though I made them through priceline. Luckily, Priceline's customer service was top notch and fixed my problem with the motel 6 clerk. Mary was awesome and I really appreciated her help. I will be using Priceline again soon :) Thanks Mary G.!!!
Pros: Staff was rude and not helpful at all. You can clearly tell she hates her job.
Cons: The staff.
Motel 6 Camarillo CA is located within walking distance to many dining and shopping areas. Play golf just 2.6 miles or visit Channel Islands Harbor 13 miles away. Enjoy our outdoor pool. Relax with Wi-Fi in all of our modern guest rooms for a fee.
Cons: Breakfast was not represented well online...it was coffee and granola bars only
Cons: clean great parking-well lit at nite personnel were all pleasant
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: I was expecting a continental breakfast. But end up with coffee only.
Pros: I like the fact that I can get a hotel room at a reasonable price.
Cons: We ask for a non smoking room, which we got but my wife and I almost had a Asthma attack. And this is true for all stay America that I have stayed in. The hall ways really need some help because the lobby does not have this problem.
Pros: Positives: It's 'home away from home.' It meets needs for price. No bugs.
Cons: Negatives: corporate frustrates the place - they are on a short leash. For example they are always out of something. This time muffins, coffee cup lids and fruit. Parking Is tight. No space for check ins. Plumbing can be a problem- slow drains.
Pros: Closeness to Highway 118
Pros: Clean and nice
Cons: The beds were too small
Pros: The staff was very friendly. Hotel employee at the front desk was incredibly accommodating.
Cons: There are no privacy shades on the window. Your options are total darkness, or a wide opened window.
Cons: Front desk staff was kind of rude. You have to ask for hotel amenities, which i still never received. At times the front desk staff would hide in their office do they wouldn't have to help their guests.
Pros: The room was nice and comfortable
Cons: I was not aware of some of the clientele. Though the area itself is nice the location attracts drugs and alcohol users as told to me by police after my vehicle was hit while parked but no information left. There was no functioning camera
Cons: The filth, the smell, the service, the lack of 'home' feeling, the STAFF, everything was horrible.
Enjoy your visit to Brandeis with a stay at Extended Stay America Los Angeles - Simi Valley. Guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby hiking/biking trails, and free perks include continental breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. Apartments feature kitchens and flat-screen TVs.
Pros: The location was convenient for where we were going and what we needed to do. The room was comfortable and clean.
Cons: Outdoor entrance was dirty and unkempt. Continental breakfast was okay but somewhat sparse.
Pros: The room was so horrible we walked in the room and walked out and booked at another hotel down the street.
Cons: Too much tio list
Pros: Breakfast was decent. Staff were very friendly.
Cons: Not enough pillows, room reeked of bleach, mattress was very springy and old, landscapers woke us up at 7:30am while we were on vacation.
Pros: It was very clean. I used to be a maid so I look around quite a bit before setting down my bags and I was satisfied. Reasonable for price. Nice quick breakfast.
Cons: The front desk guy when I checked in wasn't overly friendly or anything. I kinda felt rushed like he had something better to do but maybe he was just having a bad day. also, it was hard to sleep at first with all the traffic from the 101.
Pros: The price was reasonable for the quality.
Cons: There wasn't enough parking so I had to fit in between a very tight space,
The room looked seemed really old and didn't seem as clean as I would have expected it there was stuff all over the walls and carpet the shower looked like it could have fallen apart.
Pros: We were able to check in very late, Breakfast was wonderful...Close to where we were going..

Cons: Gnats and mosquitos in the room, there was stains on the walls floors bed and sofa. Can't recommend it to anybody. The rooms are spacious but they need to upgrade all their stuff.
Pros: Staff was accommodating and let me switch rooms when the one I was given smelled like pee and had mold on the windowsill. Old TV, no blankets, too close to the loud freeway.
Cons: It was too old, run down, wasn't well taken care of. Yellow and green walls down the hallway reminded me of The Shinning. The rooms weren't clean, hair in the bathroom and the towels didn't smell fresh.
Cons: I did not like that I was charged for the room and I didn't even use it. I had a family emergency and I had to leave without staying the night and yet they still charged me. Please cancel and refund my full chargs
Pros: Location and price
Cons: There was a bug in our bed, heater was very loud over powered the television. There were 3 black outs. I'm high risk and stairs were a problem for my condition. Overall it was alright, my husband couldn't sleep after seeing the dead bug in the bed.

Pros: Close to downtown and freeeay.
Pros: Location and restaurant next door.
Staff was very nice and they had all ready for a quick check in when I got there.
Very quiet, spacious room and common areas.
Parking and hotel felt safe.
Room smelled fine, no residues of smoke or harsh chemicals.
Cons: Stains on towels, sheets, bedding and carpet.
No elevator, had to drag my bags upstairs.
Dated, will benefit from a make over.
Breakfast is poor, just something to get your going, but don't expect too much.
