Pros: Great B&B in the middle of a beautiful region. The host is very hospitable and the breakfast is fantastic ! I highly recommend this B&B.
Pros: Everything was perfect. Breakfast super. Host very friendly and she can bake like a real Italian nonna!! The room was very romantic and the views amazing. Super clean and it felt like home. Thank you Samuella for the perfect stay and please give Argo a big huge (I mis him).
Pros: A fantastic place, better than the description on Booking.com. A very helpful and delightful host, a fantastic breakfast and great facilities. My partner and another couple used the location for the (now) annual Michele Scarponi Grand Fondo ride, and were not disappointed. Lots of other local rides to do as well. Thoroughly recommend.
Cons: Everything of a high standard.

Cons: No water in the fridge
Pros: Location, the setting, and Architecure of the building all went together to make it a great stopover before a flight home.
Cons: I can't think of any downsides to the stay
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely room. Good bathroom
Cons: Coffee wasn't great
Pros: first class reception from Simone, very clean rooms and beautiful continental breakfast, with homemade produce. highly recommended.
Pros: Excellent location and very beautiful
Pros: Very well furnished, with great taste and attention to detail. Friendly owner. Breakfast was fine
Cons: The location is a bit of a problem. I had real difficulty finding the place at the GPS got confused. It appears that 3 roads locally have the same name. I suggest they improve the signposting and/or make a request to the local authorities to clarify the address issue. The hot water could have a been a little hotter!
Pros: Beautifully decorated and spotless, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and in a superb location but 10 minutes from Ancona airport.
Cons: Nothing !
Pros: This is a great place to spend 2 nights with a partner. It is in a quiet but secure location. Very easy highway access. Completely modern facilities in a rustic house. Very comfortable . Huge shade trees . Large grass area. Pool is in good shape. Family operated, they leave at night. Excellent english. The breakfast is first rate with espresso pod machines and Mama makes an exceptional breakfast tart. The type of client that stays here is well behaved. You won’t be bothered by noise or fuss. Gate access at end of long tree lined driveway. Easy parking. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Stay here.
Cons: The rooms do not have insect screens. The common area does. You have to be careful with lights and open windows in your room. Mosquitoes are a seasonal issue as anywhere in open country. Not a deal breaker at all. Just constructive criticism.
Pros: This was a wonderful place to stay. Great friendly people who were so helpful. Amazing food and lovely buildings. Thanks
Pros: Close to the airport of Ancona (15 minutes) and close to the motorway, but a paradise of space and beauty. Good breakfast, friendly hosts, Mister Marco and Miss Eddie.

Pros: All details in accommodation made with love and care. Very kind host. Very clean. Just at front supermarket. Very nice and cosy accommodation.
Pros: Beautifully renovated house in a difficult area. Attention to detail was amazing. Breakfast self-service was superb. Trattoria next door served local cuisine. Very good. A good stop over after the ferry to Ancona. Would highly recommend it and a real taste of historic Italy!
Cons: A shame that it was difficult to find and the surrounding environment clashes with the excellent accommodation.
Pros: Lovely room but noisy. Nice fish restaurants at beach but need a car to get there
Cons: It’s on a busy main road with railway on other side. Nothing in walking distance except a supermarket
Pros: Facilities are excellent. The toon was extremely comfortable. Owners were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. There is good off road parking. The restaurant next door was very friendly and very good.
Cons: The representation on the photos on the listing suggest thay this is near or by the sea. It suggests that you will be able to sit overlooking the sea and have a drink. This is, in my opinion, misleading. As a final destination on a wonderful trip we looked forward to a relaxed seaside evening... not to be! On a specific note, the towels were very poor quality and small. When we were there there were road works which made the location hard to find. Temporary I know, but being warned of this would have been helpful.
Pros: Excellent place to stay with a lovely host
Cons: Signage could be better
Pros: Very clean. Lovely staff. Fresh burrata and wine on arrival.
Cons: We liked everything

Pros: This is a great place to stay in Marche; a classic Italian house with large, comfortable rooms (including perfect bathroom facilities), very nicely situated with a charming garden. The staff is super friendly and very helpful, and they serve an excellent breakfast every morning. It is possible to have a nice dinner in the place, as there is also a restaurant; food is really good, quite a rich menu. We would highly recommend this place!

Pros: Lovely location, stunning views all around the property Nice pool Had a kitchenette in with the room which was a bonus
Cons: Room needed a bit of tlc. Walls very thin, could hear neighbours Portable air con was very noisy Breakfast adequate, typical of Italy, not a lot of choice on the first day of arrival but did get better
Pros: We were welcomed by the lovely owners and Mrs Anna made us feeling at home being always super friendly and available in supporting us with anything we might have needed. The house sits on top of a hill dominating the valleys around, surrounded by fields and no other houses. The property is kept in perfect conditions with a great mix of authentic countryside houses together with modern technologies and all possible services a B&B can offer. Great facilities like the driving range over olives trees and a luxurious swimming pool.
With a stay at BB Fontebella in Montemarciano, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Spiaggia di Velluto and Rotonda a Mare. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Nice position in the hills and near the motorway. Good breakfast.
Cons: Noisy dogs.
Pros: Good breakfast, nice quiet location with ample parking room
Pros: The location was lovely with beautiful views. It was also v relaxing and quiet. Breakfast we'd preordered the ham and cheese breakfast which was delicious and I particularly liked the brown bread. Our room was comfortable and there were lots of interesting ceramics, paintings, and books to look at. I also loved the swimming pool which was v clean.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.
Pros: It was rustic and had a nice view of the countryside. Nice breakfast.
Cons: A bit isolated. Had to go up stairs with luggage. Room needs more light.
Cons: It's a nice place to live. The room is very clean and the location is near to the beach.
Pros: Nice little place. Breakfast is just croissants in packets, French toast, jam and milk for the coffee all placed when you arrive, so if you want proper toast and egg, advise is to buy your own stuff. There were eggs in the fridge but told not for me. I think she secretely didn't like me :) or perhaps because it was very cheap. Hard to find the flat, for me at least and pushy about arrival times. But otherwise nice and pleasant if you're happy inside!?
Pros: My booking at the San Marco in Pesaro was cancelled at short notice. I couldn't get to the Casa Roberto until 11.15 pm, but the proprietors took trouble to meet me at the station and guide me to their delightful apartment, very attractively decorated, well equipped and very comfortable to stay in. It's a good place anyway, and for my purposes - convenient access to Ancona airport in the early morning - an absolute godsend.
Pros: Great position. Very close to Falconara Marittima train station.
Cons: Not very well noise insulated. Could hear cars overnight and train
Pros: We are always made very welcome here, our dog loves it! Set in the hills above Ancona amongst olive trees and overlooking the village it’s a very tranquil place. The restaurant/pizzeria serves very good food, and is very good value for money. If you want a peaceful place to stay, good food and a welcome for your dog then this is the place to stay.
Cons: Improvements to the property are ongoing, and only the bathrooms need a little updating.
Pros: The property was very traditional and set in a beautiful area with a delightful restaurant and pizzeria. Also a terrace for dining. The food served was excellent and the breakfast ample. The rooms were very clean and heated. The family were very welcoming and helpful. Pets are made very welcome too. Our dog had a wonderful time, and became great friends with Bianca the family’s dog. Secure parking on site, all in all a great place to stay, only wish we could have stayed longer to explore the beautiful countryside.
Cons: I don’t have anything negative to say about this property.
Pros: The food and the service were exceptionally good. Everyone was very friendly and the place was beautifuly situated. Our dog was very happy too, and made very welcome.
Cons: The bathroom was a little tired, and needed to be modernised.
When you stay at Tenuta Villa Colle Sereno in Montemarciano, you'll be 12 minutes by car from Spiaggia di Velluto. Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Nice place in a relaxing context. Excellent either if with family or business. Excellent food quality and staff's courtesy. Really enjoyed the stay.
Pros: Staff was a bit thin. The restaurant was very good but an English menu would have been helpful. Nice people!
Pros: The staff were lovely . The food was really excellent . The best seafood pasta ever
Cons: It was dirty . Stairs dirty room dirty , beds were horrendous , swimming pool was so green you couldn’t see in it . Table at dinner was dirty .
Pros: The location was excellent- right off the highway. The view was beautiful and very relaxing. The restaurant had an excellent selection of dishes, well prepared.
Cons: The breakfast was minimal- certainly could have used some fresh fruit/ there were 3 pieces which were not very appetizing. Too many sweet choices fir breakfast- not enough healthy ones.n.
Pros: Great location. Quiet. Near town center.
Cons: A lamp or two Non functional. Reception a little amateurish but nothing serious.
With a stay at Brezza da.Mare B&b in Montemarciano, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Spiaggia di Velluto and Rotonda a Mare. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Value for money. Could host family + 2 kids. Clean.
Cons: In the middle of nowhere. No contact with the hosts. No need, of course. Good for dog lovers as the neighbours have a rather outspoken and articulated couple.
