The room was nice
The hot tub had broken tile, the heat didn't work, I cut my foot on the broken tile. The owner refused to compensate in any way
Easy to find. Close to restaurants. drive thru check in and out was nice.
No extra pillows. Pillows were flat. Bed was hard.
The location in proximity to restaurants and gas stations as well as all other shopping was excellent.
Cleanliness of the room was was below normal. Bed spread and comforter had blood stains and holes. Asked for noe bedding and only the comforter was changed. TV remote was extremely dirty. Sprayed room down with disinfectant.
Location and staff
THe roo was not clean, Carpet torn, and shower faucet didn't work
It was easy to find- nice restaurant next door-clean-helpful staff
Cheap, quiet clean enough from what we could see.
The drive-up check in is stupid. The gal working the office couldn't be heard and mumbled making it nearly impossible to know what she was trying to say. We managed to get checked in and got our key cards, but new very little else about what was said.
Hotel clerk helpful and accomodating to my guest
Bathroom was not very clean. Spiders and vinyl tub was grimey
Nothing at all
The most noise I have ever heard from a neighbor. I slept an average of three to five hours a night due to the traffic coming in and out from neighbor. If it was not the traffic it was the consistent screaming/crying of children all night.
Good beds. Good location.
Bathroom light resisting being turned on.
great location. drive thru check in & out, pet friendly rooms (did not have pet with me)
Access from parking lot would have been hard for children or senior adults or heavy suitcases, as snow was plowed against curbs & no pathways shovelled. Had to climb over snow piles to get to room. TV & bathroom light didn't work well
The location, the Wifi, the flat screen T V and breakfast
The first room they assigned to us had not been cleaned very well, there were food crumbs left laying on the sheets under the blanket and a half eaten roll of Tumbs left laying on the night stand. The second room had a broken light above the sink.
It was pet friendly and a good location for us.
Have a pending charge on my credit card from this hotel on top of what I paid through priceline. Currently appears that I'm being charged double for the room. Waiting to see if the charge is removed without posting to my account.
smoke alarms hanging down and batteries needed to be changed, waking me up in middle of night.
It is close to alot of stuff..
The neighbors air conditioner was broke and making an awful sound all night long..
nice location to I75, rooms were clean and reasonably furnished. great value.
It was close to U of Findlay, and was clean. The area felt safe.
I thought the drive through check-in was a bit odd, but it worked.
It was close to interstate, food, and our destination. The price was decent.
The bathroom light was slow to come on and the beds were very hard.
Staff person wasn't rude or anything when we asked for a non-smoking room, just indifferent.
Didn't lke that there weren't any non-smoking rooms available.
The tv remote didn't work. Told them about it so when we came back that night it would work but they didn't fix it. We had to go down a second time. Noise outside each night I think it was a lot of kids. The coffee area could be nicer.
Good location and great price, and there were WAFFLES!!
Nothing really great about this hotel.
Small, dark, not good lighting. Some light bulbs were even burned out.
Property was sub-par as far as maintenance, paint chips, carpet stained, fixtures broken, not cleaned very well. etc. If it wasn't 1 a.m. I would have left..REALLY. I felt really cheap about picking this property and I was right. Pay a bit more and stay at the Drury Inn or Fairfield Inn. The Breakfast was disorganized and had wierd selections....I don't whine about Hotels but Red Roof Inn should not have put their name on what looks like an old Cross Country Inn.and then not REDO all of the old stuff......
This hotel was clean, well-run and even provided a continental breakfast for a very reasonable price. It was easy to find. I was very satisfied with my stay.
Upon arriving the clerk was very polite and presented himself well. He was most informative in regards to the local restaurants and the location to which we were headed the next morning. A bite of hot breakfast was most welcome before we hit the road. The close proximity to the interstate was a bonus.
