A little more friendly would be nice!! But the room was really clean ,and spacious!
It had a room!! Bad flooding. Couldnt even get to the hotel I originally booked which had no water anyway. I spent way over an hour in a McDOnalds trying to find another hotel anywhere close.Exhausted from long drive to see son before he left for alaska.
I saw no where on your Priceline anything that said they were no pets. SIgn on the front desk said you can't even bring one in the building or it $150 fine!! Had my 10 lbs papillon with me. She offered to cancell. Too tired to keep looking that night.Went down next morning to check out. Couldnt stay the second night and leave dog in hot car all day. They would not give me a refund for the seocnd night, even under the severe circumstances and the fact I was checking out. I called Priceline and they said no too because the hotel said no. And the hotel said they were saying no cause Priceline said no. I want my XXX back!
Front desk staff was rather surly -- when I asked what their pet policy was (I have a crate so the dog can stay in the car if necessary) I was told curtly there was a $250 fine if I tried to sneak the dog into the room.Room was clean, but towels were thin and the bath mat was frayed on the edges. The scrambled eggs at the breakfast were terrible. I hate to waste food but didn't finish them. Overall the breakfast was mediocre.
It was located right off of I25 and can be seen from the Interstate. It was near many restaurants, fastfood and a grocery store.
I booked a two bed room for two nights for $xx. I booked a room with two queen size beds and was given a bed with one queen size bed. When I asked for the two bed room I booked, I had to pay a $95 upgrade fee. DO NOT STAY HERE! IT IS A SCAM.I booked a room with two queen beds. When I went to check into the hotel, I was given a room with one queen size bed. I asked for a two bed room - like I had made reservations for and was told I had to pay a $95 upgrade fee. Total cost of the room went from $xx per night with taxes to $xx per night. When I told the clerk I no longer wanted a room and could go to a better hotel with (Comfort Suites) across the parking lot that had a kitchen, she said that I wouldn't get a refund from Priceline. She blamed Priceline for the mix up that happens all of the time. I think it is pretty obvio...
helpful staffquiet and early bereakfast starting time
Our desk clerk went way over the top to make sure our stay was great. She even straightened out a problem with the payment for the room between the hotel and priceline. +++
It was worth we paid for the room. The value was there. The tv selection, channel wise, wasn't too exciting. But hey, who goes to a hotel to watch tv ???
