Location for the parc asterix site. Price was good compared to uk hotel Eating dinner was not a good experience, orders were wrong and when they did get it right, 10 minutes later they realised they had run out of one dish! Bill was a complete cock up.
I liked the chalet style of room with own front door. food was good value and excellent. Pet dog was welcome. Can't think of anything important.
The restaurant was above average - quite good. Staff was helpful with a small problem. Location near and good access to DeGaulle airport was very helpful. Senlis is an attractive and historic city.
Yours was the only hotel we visited in three weeks in France with tea and coffee facilities in the room - always welcome! Well presented Buffet too Perhaps a more obvious signage for the hotel -
no nonsense, just what we need
The staff were very good. I arrived at 2150 and dinner finished at 2200. I was told that I could still check into my room, stow my lugage etc and still have a meal if I wanted one from the non a la carte menu.
Although we arrived just after the restaurant had closed, they held a table for us so that we could eat after a long journey. The staff were very friendly, and really seemed to enjoy their job. No. It was excellent value for money.
The rooms were clean and an extra bed in the room accomodated a child. Free Wifi was great for the teenagers. Rooms were serviced with clean towels left every day. Buffet breakfast was good, plenty of variety. Restaurant food was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Paper cups for tea and coffee. Although rooms accomodated 3 only 2 cups and 2 of the small individual milk cartons were left each day each day.
The owner of this establishment went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasurable. She arranged a time in the morning for our gourmet breakfast of fresh pastries, yogurt, quality coffee, orange juice, breads and cheese. She was always available to provide local information and suggestions; even to arrange a booking for dinner. The property contains an eclectic collection of art that adorn the very tastefully decorated rooms which reflect the period of the building and surrounding architecture. Speaking of the architecture, this establishment is located in the heart of the most picturesque French village you could imagine. Right next to one of the 13th century churches, it has immediate access to bakeries, delicatessens, restaurants and a town marketplace that runs twice a week. The breakfast could have included a little fresh fruit.
Friendly and helpfull hotel staff. English no problem. Decent budget hotel for short stays. Hotel room is a bit small but sufficient for short stays.
I liked mostly the people. Yes
Car park, shoe shine tissue, breakfast well organized The fact that your staff enter my room while I was breakfasting, removing the tows too early...
Friendly staff and good basic cuisisne Smokey atmosphere
Friendliness of the staff Sink did not drain; food was terrible--canned green beans and a rancid taste to the chicken dish. Not at all up to the standard for French food from any type of establishment.
It was cheap and close to where I was working. Nothing. It suited me perfectly.
friendly staff who were understanding about my limited French, although I did use as much French as I could!
Good breakfast, nice and clean accommodation Only one pillow supplied and was uncomfortable the first night until I was able to ask for extra pillows the next day. The shower and toilet was small and access to the shower was difficult for my large husband.
Even though it was near highway, it was quiet at night.
Staff good, good breakfast for the price, bed comfortable and room was a good size. Although on main road noise from road was not bad due to good quality double glazed windows
good family sized room for 2 adults and 2 children @ good price. We enjoyed our breakfast. Check in and out was easy and quick. noisy at times, situated next to train line.
The staff was friendly and the accomodaton met our requirements. The otel was well placed for visits to local attractions.
It's very good hotel. It will be good, if possible to change\midify booking online (by internet), for example see reservation and modify reservation forms in www.hertz.com. After my booking online I haven't receiveâ an email with my booking information...
Nothing Evening meal was ok but breakfast was very poor. rooms basic but comfortable.
Nothing at all Only 1 small towel per person in room. Curtains were not properly fixed to rail. Linen was lying on the floor just outside our room on arrival and still there on departure. Room was definitely in need of remodelling.
hospitality and service
The staff has been very professional and I apreciated the quality of the service and the comfort of the bedroom (bed and bathroom). It's the best IBIS hotel without hesitation I have seen. Nothing at all
Very nice rooms, quality breakfast, extremely service minded staff. Located in a very small quiet village close to A1 motorway exit. Poor wifi connection.
Our stay at L'aunette Cottage was wonderful. The staff was very warm, the service was excellent. The grounds are lovely, homey and so welcoming. I would make any excuse to stay at L'aunette Cottages again. No
This little hotel is an absolute treasure!!! Excellent is rather inadequate to express our sincere delight.............the owners, the accommodation, the situation. Altogether perfect! Thank you! We enjoyed our stay & will return. No restaurant, but a minor issue ~ there was good facilities nearby.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very nice, very clean, excellent breakfast, and for us the location was very good.
We loved the hotel, staff were very attentive, food was lovely, if you needed anything extra you only had to ask. Jean put himself out to help us with our day trips as original ones planned were disrupted with the French strikes, he helped us find alternatives. We loved everything.
Modern facilities in Rural Building. Excellent alternative to staying at overpriced hotels in Paris CDG airport precinct. Everthing was good about this hotel
Absolutely beautiful, tastefully renovated village in a really pretty part of France. The owners were a delight and recommended a very nice local restaurant for us to dine in. The renovation of the house is superbly done and the garden is beautiful with the added benefit of a swimming pool we were invited to use. Could happily have stayed a week instead of the overnight stop we had booked. Magical
proprietors were fantastic, rooms and garden were wonderfull; breakfast was good; close to attractions
friendly reception , ambience , room quality , location , meal nothing
Lovely garden, excellent breakfast in beautiful room. We find latex mattresses too hot.A teapot would be appreciated for braekfast.
selection of cable TV channels again, low budget... but I knew that going into my stay.
Quiet, comfortable room, good shower, very clean Not very accessible without a car and couldn't get a drink after 10
quite loud during one night when a full bus arrived at 5:30 a.m. and the next morning from the construction vehicels of the next premise, starting to work at 6:30 a.m.
The customer service
The bed was comfortable and the area was good The shower head leaked, the room was not kept clean and tidy during my stay
Car parked safely, near to room Shabby, old furnishings. Questionably clean? Decor dirty (walls etc) Noisy, disturbed by other guests outside late at night.
No frills room for overnight bed.
If you have some noisy neighbours, you won't get any sleep. Walls are as thin as paper.
Location of hotel was exelent for are stop over through france to spain
The beds were more comfortable than last time and the airconditioning was very welcome
The excellent firework on the eve of july 13. Amazing!!! The ard keys did not work.
The young man at reception was very friendly and helpful. The location was good. The window had no screen for security if left open while sleeping. There was group outside downstairs talking till after 3.00am which affected us.
Parking The railway noise
easy to find, free parking, local to a surburban shopping area. small cramped bathroom, with no fan or shower curtian/door.
