Pros: The food, the leg room and the conve
Cons: The absurdly long check in line. The lack of confidence with the check in staff. Paying an extra 140 pounds for an upgrade that put me in an uncomfortable seat. Staff that seemed disinterested in their job and more importantly flyer wellbeing. I fly alot and rarely if ever have left bad reviews. As a business person, I hope you can use the feedback to improve staff training, "friendliness" and courtesy.
