extremely friendly staff, very nice area; tiny old town and beautiful nature including lake, birthplace of famous painter Titian.
Staff were friendly and parking good. The restaurant was closed so we ate at the local pizzeria which was excellent. Bit of an odd hotel with a maze of corridors and a lift that drove us all mad. Rooms were unheated but plenty of blankets available for the beds.
we got a very bad room (that didn't look as an hotel room), and after a lot of discussion we finally received a standard room
The room is very beautifull and the view from the balcony is great. The hotel is recently renovated and with nice furrniture. The breakfast is way under the conditions offered by the hotel.
Friendliness of staff and readiness in responding to customer's requests NO
the staff. Very helpful, knowledgeable of the surrounding area. no.
It was a truly beautiful hotel with stunning views and a great location in the center of town. The man at the reception desk was unable to procure me a taxi to go to the train station, but more importantly, seemed absolutely perplexed by the request. He also didn't get around to trying until the final, last minute despite my advising him of my need the night before, and when he was unable to find one, just shrugged his shoulders. Everyone else in town was very accommodating however, as I ran around trying to fix the problem.
Excelent location and view! You can see there the real and fascinating italian life style. I'll be there againg without a doubt. Congratulations Hotel Belvedere!
When I tried to go out during the night I found the front door locked and nobody at reception.
Very good stopping point after drive through Dolomites.
