Quick check in
Great staff! Very helpful. Quiet and pretty clean. Nice pool. Great for the price. No fan in bathroom. No breakfast.
The floors _were not clean. Resturanst war good.
I liked that the place was small and convenient. It was VERY kid friendly. Not the place to stay if your looking for upscale. The restaurant in the parking lot was good too ! My bed was uncomfortable and felt old and not enough blankets.
Loved that it was dog friendly. Staff very helpful, friendly and accomodating. What a wonder town to visit, and the Motel 6 is near everything you want to see and do!
No extra charge for my dog. The wifi did not work, the microwave was broken, the tv barely worked, The fire alarm went off at 1am, and the staff, firemen, and police could not turn it off for over an hour. So this building needs long overdue maintainence. Also this is the most expensive motel 6 I have stayed in, in the worst condition.
For ten dollars less than the Travelodge down the road, we got three beds in two rooms and newer, nicer facilities. The wifi didn't work. Boo.
Please, everybody stay away. I don't want their prices to go up. I love this place.
My grandkids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The carpets could be updated. Our room was full of stains. And the bathroom door had no lock.
The location is perfect. The lady who runs it is very nice. Homemade muffins, yogurt, juice, tea and coffee were available. Pool was good for kids. Just older needs updates, smelled old
Friendly front desk, nothing fancy but clean and close to beach
Rooms were ridiculously small staff was overly loud in the morning internet was non-existent no channels on the TV .said no smoking but the room reeks like cigarettes
Nice location Regular breakfast, muffins cereals etc no eggs or waffles/pancakes, nothing fancy Very small but sufficient room Regularly decorated, not run down nor fancy Seemed price for location with friendly staff was what put it up top for me Add some waffles, you have a toaster Please increase the pay for the housekeepers so you don't feel the need to put out tip envelopes
When you won't give me a refund for a room I didn't want, at least do me the favor of canceling these stupid marketing surveys. Thanks for adding insult to injury. I'm never using Kayak again.
inexpensive, clean, and breakfast on Sunday actually pretty good.
Never got inside to like anything. Arrived after midnight and no one ever answered the after hours doorbell, or the after hours phone number. Waited and rang for about 40 minutes. Called the corporate number and even they couldn't get a hold of anyone at the hotel. Had to find a different place to stay which was hard at that time of night with a car full of small children.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated having the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The people above us were very noisy, stomping and running back and forth until well after midnight. Thank goodness my husband has hearing problems! :-)
I really appreciated that the staff was friendly and the rooms were really clean. It was a good basic hotel to stay at. It was also a great bonus the frigerator was a good size. It was easy to find and close to many of the activities we were planning to do.
Awesome room and location!
Our room had 20 electrical outlets. That simple fact meant that we could recharge every device for the three of us, plus enjoy the fridge, microwave, coffeemaker etc. There's also laundry, good water pressure, comfortable beds, etc. We've stayed here 4 times over 12 years, and we will stay there again.
Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, service was food.
The motel was nice however some of the walls were a little dirty and the shower was awful. The pressure for the shower was weak and the temperature was inconsistent. Despite the above issues, my boyfriend and I were comfortable in the King Bed Room.
Weather was cool while home was very hot. Even needed a coat one day. Gardens are beautiful. Great place to sit and read a book. Location is good - next to small shopping center with grocery store and restaurant. Easy hop to downtown and not far from Mendocino. Pillows were a bit to stiff for me.
The gardens and fountains were very nice. There are a couple of areas with outdoor seating. There was a gazebo, barbecue, and fire pit to enjoy. They have a great pet policy and a gated yard for your dog to run in. The rooms were clean, but had a musty smell. We were in a pet room, so that could explain it. The rooms were very small and I found it frustrating to maneuver around the furniture. The plumbing was poor. The sink did not drain properly. When the shower was turned on, half of the water continued to flow through the tub faucet. The toilet clogged and there was no maintenance onsite. Housekeeping missed our room. When we went to the front desk at 4pm we were told housekeeping was gone for the day. Despite all of this, I would stay there again. It was worth it for the gardens and the dog policy.
I could see the ocean from my room which was clean, comfortable, and smelled great. The staff was helpful and happy. Breakfast was simple, but free! The gardens were beautiful even in winter. I will return again to see their summer glory!
Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was cold, but they had fruit.
Staff were friendly upon arrival, locations is good. You have the beach just across the street. There are restaurants around like Mcdonalds, a pizza place, taco bell just a short drive from there. there's a dollar tree in case you need to buy some essentials. They need to upgrade those bed comforters, we checked the bed before going to sleep and one of the comforters had a big stain on one corner, not sure what was it but it was disgusting. We had to take them off and used our sleeping bags, good thing we had those. Rooms looked kind of old, but you get for what you pay. For a one night or just passing by it is a good place to stay.
