I was on the 5th floor and the room was very nice
The noise from the 4 lane road in front was bearable But the train within 1/2 block I could not sleep withI also booked this hotel because online Days Inn close to the airport!!! Cost me $30.00 cab fare to get there.. The shuddle does not run after 11 Pm
It had rooms available at reasonable cost in what seemed a convenient location, but...
Trains going by with loud horns at all hours. Bugs in room. Towel service poor. Ancient television set.I'll never stay there again.
The staff were all so helpful. wifi in room was too weak (I thought it was my device, at first). They taught me a lot when I used the lobby area for reception. Breakfast was adequate, lots of friendly people around.
A booster for their wifi is probably in order. Room was large enough, but carpet turned our feet black. Looks like it had been vacuumed, must be mildew or such (smelled like it!)Everything is sort of old, but it looks like they do try care for things. For the value received we are satisfied. We felt safe & well cared for. For a short stay (2 nites) it would be silly to spend more for a beach location.
Friendly when answering phone calls. The pool was nice.
They advertise for airport and cruise ship shuttle. They only drop off at the cruise port, not pick up. It cost me $30 to taxi back. The airport shuttle doesn't run around the clock, and they make no effort to accommodate for a 7am flight. $35 taxi.My door wouldn't close without slamming it. The lights in the room including the only one in the bathroom didn't work.
The staff was very helpful and nice!!
Almost everything. It is very old and dirty like. From the hole in bathroom wall to stains in the ceiling to the train that blows its horn every hour. Traffic loud too. A room in the back would be better. Will spend more $ in future & trust reviews!!
The staff was outstanding and very helpful. The location was good, but some of the people staying there were a bit unsavory. The pool was beautiful and well maintained.
The train tracks were very close and the noise was very distracting. The furnishing are tired and beat and are in desperate need of replacement. We stayed in two different rooms and the first one's beds were short sheeted.
Distance from the interstate
Loud trains go by every hour or so. virtually impossible to sleep. Booked 3 rooms, 2 of them had roaches.
Absolutely nothing. It was horrible.
Didn't like anything about this hotel. It was in awful. Bad part of town. The rooms were dusty, dirty and the bathroom was filthy. The bathroom floor was so dirty, my house shoes stuck to the it. I washed the soles off the shoes before repacking themThe worst part of the whole experience is my wife had a box of jewelry stolen in the forty-five minutes we were out of the room. The value of this loss, between 3,500 and 5,000. Wouldn't stay there on again on a bet!
The kindess, care and professionalism of the desk staff was excellent, however, the sheets were not changed and I was attacked by bed bugs and developed a major breakout on my back and some on my legs.
