I liked that the bed was clean. The pool grounds looked nice
-Parking lot was completely dark -walked though dark parking lot with 2 kids while people hanging around the lot yelled to us. -homeless person sleeping on hotel sign AND at the back entrance door -Room Key was not needed to access back door. Free for all -Got in elevator and doors reopened and a homeless person got in with us -went up old noisy elevator to our floor that had cups, napkins and random garbage in the hall -our room bathroom door wouldn't close -water was YELLOW with note on bathroom door out the water and about bugs -I was afraid to leave room, called front desk and asked if they would please bring water. vending machine was broke and I would pay. I had two kids needed water. HE LAUGHED -TV was so fuzzy we couldn't watch it -car alarms went off ALLL night PLEASE keep parking lots lit. The kids are still having anxiety about our stay there. How unsafe they felt. NO matter how confident I seemed to them, they knew how sketchy this place was.
Not Clean and had a bug in the bathroom.
I waited about 45 minutes bacause they couldn't find my reservation, I showed it to them. The front desk people were not nice about. I had to call kayak so that I could get help, because they didn't know what to do, at one point they were going to turn me around and I told them that I had been driving 5 hours, my teenage son was in the car sleeping, it was almost midnight that I got to go to the room which I had to walk very far to get to just to find out, that I was given a room that already had people in it. We had to walk all that again to the front desk and get keys to a different room. After finally getting in the room, I went out to find out if there was a closer way to bring the car to the room where we were since I have bad knees, they didn't tell me about the closest way to go to my car, I found out myself.
Price was ok.
That it was claen and the swimmingpool. It is nice to sit outside. The diner was very good
The breakfast was not international
nice pool and hot tub and very nice bar by the pool
The room was ok, the services and the breakfasts
The swimming pool was wonderful and the staff very helpful.
Service very bad during breakfast time. Staff can´t handle all the tables they have and control the numbers of tables they want to serve so you have to wait at the lobby for 15 to 20 minutes every day with an empty restaurant and 20 persons at the lobby for a buffet breakfast.... Feels like they want to get you tired not to serve you so you go somewhere else.
The pool and Tiki bar facilities were attractive and in a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean.
The food was of a rather poor standard. But for a helpful waitress giving us free meal vouchers I would have grudged the price for the quality offered.
The hotel was very accomidating and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
Nice place to stay if you are looking for something close to the Ft. Lauderdale airport. You can have a dinner in the evening for a reasonable price, the breakfast is OK, too.
Wireless Internet is only available in the lobby. The packed parking place is stretched along the long hotel wall, so you might walk a long way from you car to your room in case you are not lucky to find any free slot.
The beds were comfy and clean. The breakfast and service were excellent.
The air con was extremely noisy the room decor was very tired and needed updating. The carpet was sticky and the corridors were very long and depressingly gloomy. Certainly not a holiday hotel.
It was a nice quiet hotel the staff are very nice.
