The beds were VERY comfy! I wanted to pack it up and take it with me! The breakfasts were also very good! I loved the variety of choices each separate morning. I love that the bathroom products are Nutrogena as well.
The pool was smaller than I was imagining. The bathroom didn't have a vent. The curtain rod was the kind that has the arc so it gives you more room in the shower, but whoever installed them installed them halfway into the tub, so you have even less room.

My family enjoyed the free breakfast, indoor swimming pool, and the free WiFi. They also enjoyed the free hot chocolate throughout the day - what a nice treat! With the exception of our room, the rest of the hotel appeared clean.
Although our bathroom smelled of bleach (clean) - the rest of the room was less than clean. Dental floss on the floor, chewed gum in ice bucket, used band aid under the drapes, and a sock (not ours) stuck between the mattress and the box spring. UGH!!
Location. Complimentary breakfast was satisfactory.
Television didn't work. Free WiFi connection impossible---clearly they could not meet the capacity of guests. Elevator was not working. What's to like?
Breakfast and leaving
Service that the Staff did not provide for us and accomadations we were stuck with. Being called a liar by the staff and the A.M. not returning any calls or making an attempt to get ahold of us. Staff covering up their mistakes made.
Breakfast was outstanding!
Got stuck on the elevator but the staff was very nice. They even said our rooms would be reimbursed for the inconvenience.
The staff was very nice and helpful
They charged my credit card for a room I already paid for 2 months before still fighting them and my bank trying to get the money put back in my account
All the staff I encountered were friendly and asking what they could do to help make my stay better. Very quick to respond to issues. The elevator went out at nite and they immediately had someone there to fix it.
Size of room, comfort of bed, breakfast
Noise--poorly insulated Small basic bathroom
Location and the breakfast was great
The staff member that checked us in was abrupt and somewhat rude. Our heat didn't work and she made it sound inconvenient I was calling to get it resolved. She also was irritated when we asked for more towels, we only had 2 towels in a 2 double room.
room was clean and nicely equipped, breakfast was a nice bonus
Although it was nice to have breakfast included in the room charge, some of the main dish items were not all that appetizing; specifically the turkey sausage, and cheese omelette. Oatmeal was bland.
no outdoor swimming pool
I love Hampton's. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, free breakfast
stayed two nights and when the maids came in to clean all they did was make the bed. we had a couple of rooms and were not happy with the maids but other than that everything was good.
The hotel was reasonably accessible to Estes Park and Cheyenne WY. and the best thing was it was available during the dates I needed it.
The hotel overbooked and did not have a room available the first night(7-24). The third night(7-26) my room was not cleaned.
The staff...prompt changing out the broken refrigerator and help getting the air conditioner to work.
The noise....we were in room 101....4 girls (guests) playing games running up and down the stairs laughing and crying. Also, the floor above us....we could hear them pacing back and forth....not a quiet room...
Noisy next door neighbor with 2 children, one very young sounding who was whining (old enough to understand requests), both were running around like thundering herds). I called front desk around 10:30pm because I was trying to sleep for an early morning
they were in the middle of a major remodel no pool no elevators noise all night very disappointed should have called them
We stopped at the hotel around midnight, after our dog was admitted to ICU at CSU School of Veterniary Medicine. It was pouring rain and we were too tired and stressed to drive back to Denver in the rain. The Hilton was full, so the gentleman at the front desk called the Hampton for us, to see if a room was available. We were delighted there was still 'room at the inn.' We awoke to the smell of freshly brewed coffee coming from the lobby where a delicious breakfast was being served. There was plenty of food and they didn't run low on anything. The room was a delight and the bed and bedding were outstanding. We were so glad we ended up there and would definitely stay again! I found out after we got home they offered an AARP discount, so will definitely ask for that the next time we are there. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks!
From the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by the smiling, friendly woman at the front desk, we fell 'at home' for our two night stay. Breakfast was the usual fare, nothing to complain about, but again, even the attendant at breakfast was courteous and helpful. Being off the busy street was a big plus, it was very quiet yet very convenient to the highways, old town of Ft. Collins and the mountains.
The price was right, the location conveient, bed was amazingly comfortable and the staff at the desk and at the buffet breakfast was outstanding.
The staff at this hotel was exceptionally friendly. The pool area was very clean, as was the fitness room. The compimentary breakfast was one of the best we've had at hotels that offer this service. We will be back if our plans put us in the same area again.
I'm a repeat guest, and plan to stay there again - just can't find anything as good or better for the price. The complete property was sparkling clean, the room was quiet (but quieter in rooms farther from Harmony Rd), beds in Hampton Inns are amongst the best in the hotel industry, and the staff was unfailingly courteous, friendly, and efficient. The incuded breakfasts are quite good, but they've been known to run out, or low of, food on busy days (apparently the chain tries to economize a little too much on the food) - so don't be surprised if you show up for breakfast in the last 30 minutes and find fewer choices.
