It was under construction in the lobby and no mention on website Cost $--- foot the middle of nowhere
Very nice front desk staff
BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!! Stayed there on Thursday Aug 20. Woke up with bites all over. They were little red bumps friday morning, but by Friday night they were huge itchy red lumps. We were on our way to Marathon for weekend. Weekend ruined by itching, nasty

Clean, comfy beds, good hot breakfast.
No spa, pool wasn't heated.
Recently renovated hotel. It was a beautiful room very clean and the staff was very nice.
Easy access to highway
Price was entirely too much for the type of hotel rating.
The bed was comfortable
The shower was broken and so was the tub, so I couldn't bathe or shower

I came in at 9 am bec I was forced to sleep in my car the night before due to icy road condition and no vacancy anywhere. I was happy enough that they gave me the wifi password to pass the time but without my asking, they even checked me in at 11 am.
In the walk in shower of the ADA room, there is no 'cubby hole' to put your shampoo, conditioner etc. I ended up putting them on the floor instead.
Close to the interstate. Room was clean.
Water smelled bad. Hard to get soap to lather up.
There was mold on the bathroom wall, and it appeared to have been there for some time.
Placed in handicap room which was unsuitable for us.
We were not accommodated with room choice.
under construction to load
large room and quiet
common areas were in need to attention. weeks and carpet stains throughout.
They gave us a well placed room, lots of space and the breakfast was very good!
Location ,easy to find
Air conditioner was a little noisy
This was the worst holiday inn or even hotel ive ever stayed
To much to list staff is awful breakfast is awful considering it was a holiday inn staff takes no pride in there job
It's new, clean and the rooms are spacious. We've traveled through Ft. Stockton many times and have stayed in some rather disappointing places, but this hotel is one of the nicest in the area.
The staff seemed uninformed and poorly trained during the check-in process.
The noise level was the worst problem; could hear each step taken on the floor above us. Call to front desk did help problem of slamming doors and loud discussions above.
Due to a major medical emergency we were required to stay 80+ miles away to be near the hospital my brother was transferred to. Priceline agreed to refund the 2 nights if the manager would authorize - the mgr would not even speak to us and authorize.
The management should be ashamed of themselves. No compassion for a family that is already dealing with a very sad medical situation. Disappointing that at this time of the year that there is not kind human spirit at the Holiday Inn @ Ft Stockton TX.
Reasonably close to the interstate
It was horribly dirty with food in the hallways and nasty stains everywhere. There was water damage and mold. The staff was inhospitable bordering on rude. For certain, the staff was incompetent. The manager was even worse.
Room had leftover washcloth and soap from previous guest.
The walls in the room have no insulation in them. You can hear everything that went on upstairs.
The room was clean and well appointed, the staff very friendly, and breakfast more than adequate.l
filthy grounds and pool. Room not very clean. terrible, unhelpful front desk. do not go here
My wife is disabled and cannot use bathrooms without grab bars and special showers. Even though the hotel had ample handicapped accessible rooms, the desk clerk refused to give us one. She said I could only do that through Priceline.
The room was very large and spacious. The bathroom was huge which was very nice so two people could actually be in it at the same time.
The price is ridiculous for a small town in the middle of nowhere. We were for a convention type event so the hotel was chosen for us, but the rates were still way too high.
Friendly staff. Easy location for a one night stop over.
IN the early am we could here the person in the next room snoring very loudly. Either the walls are to thin or that was an extremely loud snorer.
location and rate
The internet service was slower than the old modems used to be. I was unable to do anything on line. The woman at the front desk told me that the internet had problems 'with Apple products.' ????
Clean hotel, nice breakfast that the kids enjoyed, probably the best Holiday Inn I've ever used (though admittedly I don't often use them). A little off the highway, but easy to find and navigate to.
No bar, no mini bar, late late dining is non-existent except for an IHOP (which was horrible!). No dining is really a Ft Stockton issue, not a hotel issue. Parking was an issue - small lot and many people were taking p two spaces. Irritating.
Large beautiful room, nice amenities, but ran the shower for more than 30 minutes in the evening and no hot water. Another attempt in the morning with the same result. The sink, oddly enough, did have hot water. At check out desk clerk was unaware of the probably so may have been an isolated problem to our room, so if you can live without the hot shower, great hotel. Nice, VERY nice breakfast, well maintained.
