Cons:First room the bed was not clean. Second room was better but bed was super lumpy and the smell of someone smoking pot permeated the room.
Pros:I liked the location of our room and the size. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean
Cons:Expectations were not met. An absolute problem was that the shower water was cold at all times. On the hottest setting no matter the time of day the temperature barely reached lukewarm. It is not at all comfortable to have to take a cold shower. When you stay at a hotel you really want to be able to sleep and get clean. The shower was not at all comfortable with the cold water. The cold water did not allow for anyone to properly clean. The cold shower water was a huge disappointment. We feel that we really did not get what we paid for with the hotel.
Pros:Almost everything. Location. Amenities.
Cons:The stairs and railings appeared dirty. The key cards for the rooms were too sensitive to other objects and had to be repeatedly reprogrammed.
