Pros: We stayed overnight on our journey home across France so were quite happy with the level of facilities and service. As a coeliac I have problems with choice of food but the owners went out of their ...
Cons: Shower room was a bit too small and we are not big people.
Pros: Initially the woman who ran the hotel was quite accommodating, but that soon ended.
Cons: We were told we could get WIFI in the bar, so we came down at night to log on. The code did not work so we told the staff (who were running the very under-manned restaurant) who told us they were "too busy" to help us. We all waited an hour until they finally came out to answer our questions and I was told "the code is correct, it is not my fault it won't work" without them even checking the piece of paper we were given to see if it was correct. The people above our room had children who screamed and jumped up and down until midnight. In the morning, after we had told them we needed to leave by 5.45am and have breakfast at 5.30am (which was agreed) We awoke to find no one around and finally a man arrived and told us he was told 6.30am.
