Pros: Nice place in a small village. Good restaurant and excellent breakfast. The chef and owner was great talking to and very pleasant! Highly recommendable
Cons: The pillows were not that nice, everything else was fine!
Pros: Breakfast was awesome! Also very quiet neighbourhood, so slept very well.
Cons: All lights were off during my arrival at 19:45. Didn’t feel very welcome
Pros: Fabulous architecture and warm atmosphere, dinner and breakfast at the top of the top level. I will certainly come again!
Pros: Nice breakfast and very friendly people
Cons: Slightly far from Friedland(Han) rail station but at the same time free transfer is provided.
Pros: Amazing breakfast! And the host was very kind: in the morning he dropped me off at the local train station, which made the journey to Göttingen very quick and easy.
Cons: I was hoping to have dinner in the hotel upon my arrival (around 7pm), but the kitchen was already closed.
Pros: The welcoming check in and the helpful staff The restaurant of the hotel offers tasty food with local products and an excellent variety of wines and beverages. Very comfortable bed
Cons: No soap to wash your hands-we were adviced to use the shampoo or the shower gel but when we asked especially for soap they were happy to bring it. The welcome basket had only one pear for a double room. The complimentary bottle of water was a big one though. The bathroom was a little bit small. The tv was quite an outdated model and required an external receiver for the digital chanels. The hangers in the wardrobe was a collection of the wire hangers you get for free at the laundry-not very chic. Although the pillows were excellent, the linen were not in their shape. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and very tasty food and the dishes are beautifully presented but minor details such as oily stains on the dishes spoil the whole experience. We had expected a lot more from the particular restaurant. It’s a pity
A stay at Park Inn by Radisson Göttingen places you in the heart of Goettingen, a 4-minute drive from St John's Church and 7 minutes from Ganseliesel. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. This hotel has 11 meeting rooms available for events. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: After three uncomfortably stuffy, hit nights in Furth, I chose this hotel in Gottingen mostly based on its air conditioning!! (How spoiled am I??) everything was very good, though I hardly got to experience all the facilities.
Cons: The man in charge of the breakfasr room was annoying. He didn't understand that I wasn't having breakfast, just coffee--which is available at no extra charge. The rest of the staff was lovely and helpful.
Pros: Had roomservice. It was very good and just a small surcharge of €5. Delivered at the requested time.
Pros: Very near the city
Cons: Very good and clean
Pros: Clean Breakfast Bedding
Cons: Poorly designed italian shower Poor internet connection
Cons: The fitness equipment could be improved.
Pros: We left early and asked for breakfast to go. A very nice experience that lasted all the way home :)
Cons: I have slept in more comfortable beds
Pros: Beautiful and comfortable room. Nice staff. Everything one needs for a short stay is available. Although the location is somehow away from the main train station, it is still reasonable.
Pros: Breakfast was very good as expected.
With a stay at BoxHotel Göttingen (App based Hotel) in Goettingen (Nordstadt), you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Ganseliesel and St John's Church. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very nice location.
Cons: Room is super tiny, like the name indicated, it is literally a “box”. Bed is really small. Toilet and bathroom is super far from my room.
Pros: Great location. It is very close from a train station and from a pedestrian street, where shops are located. Clean room and general environment. Complimentary water, tea and coffee. Snack machine is available in the corridor.
Cons: Some lack of proof sound. I could hear all conversations in the corridor.
Pros: The room was in fact bigger then I'd expected. For a longer stay, it would be inappropriate but for two nights, why not. I very much liked that I was given a normal plastic card as a room key as an alternative to the app-based key! It was also quite reassuring that there was always a nice person in the lobby (basically reception) who could help with problems. Bathroom cleaned several times a day. Location on ground floor. Just 100 m from the University Library (free entry even for visitors) and from the centre (I don't call these town centres "city" as they do in Germany!).
Cons: Rooms without windows. Not many places to store stuff. No warm water in the room. Bathroom with a bad layout. Showering opposite to lavatory cabins and one step from the urinals... not really pleasant, even if the bathroom was always clean. The app can't do many things. The picture that is shown during the loading is DISGUSTING and not worthy of a company that intends to establish itself in the hotel business. Problem with booking (no reservation number given by booking.com which was needed to find the booking in the app). Luckily, it was quickly resolved by the person at the hotline. So, the lesson learned is: even an "app-based hotel" needs human presence.
Cons: The policy about the cancellations.

Pros: Perfect value for money. Very clean, room is relatively big.
Pros: Very clean place . Very friendly staff.

Pros: I got a really nice room with a nice view, it was really clean as well. Also the staff was very friendly and nice. Mr. Alejandro is a really educated man and you can talk to him about whatever.
Cons: The central air condition was set on a certain temperature which wasn’t really convenient.
Pros: Very near the Autobahn and easy check in with a very nice breakfast service.
Cons: No tea or coffee provided in the room. The change machine was empty but the staff was able to help. Check in service was down when we arrived but was fixed in a couple of minutes.
Pros: Great new, modern Hotel. The room was clean, cozy and bigger than expected.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. This hotel has 6 meeting rooms available for events. Pros: Very new, very clean, very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location - two minutes' walk from the railway station and just opposite the old city wall - is excellent.
Cons: No criticisms.
Pros: The design and location
Cons: The beds. The mattress slipped off and were too soft. The plastic strip on the shower door kept falling off
Cons: The pillows were unbelievably uncomfortable. All very high and stiff, there were no alternatives. I usually sleep very well, but because of this I barely slept.
Pros: Excellent hotel, very comfortable, very stylish, amazing breakfast, and great perk is the sauna. Great personnel. Breakfast is expensive but worth it.
Cons: The night employee was very grumpy, didn't call me when my delivery food arrived, or allow the poor delivery guy to enter the lobby, and was grumpy I even ordered food. Asked for cutlery, she reacted as if it was a chore to get it. Day personal was very professional, kind and smart.
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The floors are made out of real wood, the ceilings are high, and there's There isn't any drawer storage area, but there's a large open wardrobe with a lot of coat hangers instead. This may displease some guests. For me it was an advantage, since I tend to forget something in some drawer when available. The bathroom is very large and has a walk-in shower that could easily fit two people. The beds are pillows are noteworthy. The level of comfort they provide is excellent. This is one of the few hotels in its price range I felt like "going home" when returning from work. I slept like a baby, the chair is comfortable and I didn't miss an office desk and chair even after working for hours. The bar offers a warm and cozy atmosphere and super choice of drinks, spirits, wines and beer. I can highly recommend this hotel. The central location, friendly staff, the atmosphere in the common areas as well as the room are reasons for me to visit again.
Cons: The only thing I was slightly disappointed by, which isn't directly related to the hotel itself, was the restaurant. I dined there one night with a colleague. We had 4 dishes, none of which were outstanding. Most of them were good at best. The presentation may be nice, but I wouldn't recommend the restaurant if you are seeking a highlight culinary experience. This ultimately comes down to taste and your personal preferences and reference points. My recommendation, if you want to give it a shot, is to order one or two starters and decide based on your experience, whether you want to order your main course there as well or take a short 5 minute stroll in the center of town and look for other options.
Pros: Great staff, great atmosphere - very comfortable rooms especially the beds!

Pros: Everything was perfect.
Pros: Average hotel, nothing really special about it
Cons: - Very expensive for what it offers - Outside of the city: car or taxi are options, public transport is available, but not too often - Reception seems to be working in a quite chaotic way
Pros: Great spa facilities, wonderful food, staff where very helpful.
Cons: Mini bar prices were quite high.
Pros: The breakfast and the wellness area was really great.
Pros: The breakfast was very good even if they could not serve the very large range of dishes due to corona restrictions.

Breakfast is normal, not bursting out with exotics but exactly you need to start the day, staff is very friendly and helpful, my 7 year old was even reciving bunches of sweets regularly as an extra to his orning hot chocolate. Location is not central, but since the town is compact it does not matter where you are, it takes you 10 minutes to reach any destination. Parking is big, enough space for everyone

Pros: We had a very good stay over in this great hotel. It has a kind of nostalgic atmosphere. The family room was exact as it was in the picture and the curtain were a bit rickety. Pool was good and during breakfast the waiter put rose petals on the table because of our daughters birthday! That was much appreciated!
Cons: it was not disappointing at all. In general I would say that some small investments in maintenance would make this a even better place.

When I turned on the Monday I was told the restaurant was closed which is quite normal in Germany, but when I went down Tuesday evening I was told it was closed for the rest of the week, I was not very happy, I feel they should have made some kind of provision fit their guests, especially as they were still able to serve breakfast.
